Includes bibliographical references. The present study is an analysis of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young's Knowledge Management (KM) System from a user based perspective. The willingness of users to adopt CGEY's KM system was examined, using the five factors identified by Roger's Theory of Diffusion of Innovation. Adoption of CGEY's KM system encompasses the concept of getting users to willingly contribute their own knowledge and use others' and therefore establishing a knowledge sharing culture. In addition to investigating Roger's theory, the user's perspective was used to determine the validity of Pollard's study that identifies four key factors that are critical to the success in establishing a knowledge sharing culture.B.S.
