The Final Report and Recommendations of the Pennsylvania Local Tax Reform Commission

This Final Report of the Pennsylvania Local Tax Reform Commission contains a series of recommendations for the fundamental reform of local taxing authority of Pennsylvania's school districts, municipalities, and county governments.
