    Pheochromocytoma with Brain Metastasis: A Extremely Rare Case in Worldwide.

    Pheochromocytoma (PCC) is a neuroendocrine tumor that mainly arises from the medulla of the adrenal gland. Some PCCs become malignant and metastasize to other organs. For example, it typically involves skeletal system, liver, lung, and regional lymph nodes. However, only a few cases of PCC with brain metastasis have been reported worldwide. We report a case of metastatic brain tumor from PCC in South Korea in 2016. A 52-year-old man presented with headache, dizziness and motor aphasia. He had a medical history of PCC with multi-organ metastasis, previously underwent several operations, and was treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Brain MRIs showed a brain tumor on the left parietal lobe. Postoperative pathology confirmed that the metastatic brain tumor derived from malignant PCC. Study findings are as follows: Career interrupted women's social networks had influence upon their career planning and career decision-making self-efficacy had mediating effect upon the relationship between their social networks and their career planning. Study findings suggest that career interrupted women who meet more people and interact with other people frequently and intensively, will feel more efficient about themselves and that may lead them to plan their career. Thus, it is important to provide various channels and educational programs that may enhance women's self-efficacy and enlarge and strengthen their social networks

Based on panel data (N=2,813) derived from Korea Education & Employment Panel, we estimated the structural relationship and changes over time by utilizing latent growth modeling. It is shown that cognitive/affective engagement affects outcomes, mediated by behavioral engagement. The result also show that the changes in cognitive/affective engagement affects changes in outcomes, mediated by changes in behavioral engagement. The results imply the importance of promoting student engagement in higher education and expand engagement discussion. A latent growth model is used to investigate changes in employee well-being and determinants from 2013 to 2015. The research questions are as follows. First, how do organizational support, person-job fit, and trust affect employee well-being? Second, do organizational support, person-job fit, and trust change explain changes in employee well-being? The results are as follows. First, high initial level of organizational support, person-job fit and trust were associated with the high initial level of employee well-being. Second, the rate of change in organizational support, person-job fit, and trust was positively associated with the rate of change in employee well-being. In conclusion it is emphasized that the value of employee well-being in the future workplace with some practical implications on managing and developing employee well-being
