Compared to commercialized rigid electronics, the soft electronics enables more accurate sensing from the curvilinear biological interface and tunable light incidence for optoelectronics. In this thesis, fabrication and application of soft medical devices and unconventional optoelectronic devices are developed based on the design and synthesis of bioresorbable and perovskite materials.
Firstly, soft bioresorbable medical devices are designed and fabricated, which provide novel therapeutic guideline to overcome many challenges remaining for the treatment of glioblastoma. The integrated bioresorbable devices are composed of wireless heater, wireless temperature sensor and synthesized bioresorbable drug reservoir conformally adhered to the brain tissue provides localized, highly penetrative and controllable intracranial drug delivery.
Based on the fabrication technique of bioresorbable materials, transient memory system is proposed and developed, which shows fast and complete chemical destruction of stored data by wide-range optical stimulation. The system can be established by the integration of transient ultrathin resistive random access memory (RRAM) with multi-dye-sensitized upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) and provides new opportunities in mobile and defense application.
The final goal of this study is high-definition patterning of inorganic-organic hybrid perovskite thin films which have attracted great attention since it is regarded as an alternative to silicon in the optoelectronic devices. A new method so called Spin-on-patterning (SoP) enables the patterning of perovskite thin film which has hardly been accomplished due to their extreme instability in solvents like bioresorbable materials. The 'Pedagogy for foreigners'(AuslΓ€nderpΓ€dagogik) in Germany appeared in 1970s as an answer in order to solve some problems which went in company with flowing of immigrant labours. As it was raised in the dimension of social policy, it has a political limit, not inner-educational. But the 'intercultural education' which started from reflection on the theoretical implication and practical position of 'pedagogy for foreigners' sets the goal not only at emphasizing the equal value of all the cultures, multi-culture and an ability of intercultural understanding, but also at training these qualities. Though the intercultural education is not established as a fixed subject in the school curriculum, it has been reflected in the various forms into other subjects such as many projects, bi-language education etc. The appearance, development and practical examples of the intercultural education in Germany give important meanings in order to solve the educational problems which are related to the actual problem of immigrant labours in Korea, in particular, educational one for their children. In short, the intercultural education in the transitive process from monocultural society into multicultural one is an important pedagogical theme and practical problem as well

Delirium is among the most common mental disorders encountered in patients with a temporary cognitive impairment such as consciousness disorder, attention disorder, and poor speech, particularly among those who are older. Delirium is distressing for patients and families, can interfere with the management of symptoms such as pain, and is associated with increased elderly mortality. The purpose of this paper is to generate useful clinical knowledge that can be used to distinguish the outcomes of patients with delirium in long-term care facilities. For this purpose, we extracted the clinical classification knowledge associated with delirium using a local covering rule acquisition approach with the rough lower approximation region. The clinical applicability of the proposed method was verified using data collected from a prospective cohort study. From the results of this study, we found six useful clinical pieces of evidence that the duration of delirium could more than 12 days. Also, we confirmed eight factors such as BMI, Charlson Comorbidity Index, hospitalization path, nutrition deficiency, infection, sleep disturbance, bed scores, and diaper use are important in distinguishing the outcomes of delirium patients. The classification performance of the proposed method was verified by comparison with three benchmarking models, ANN, SVM with RBF kernel, and Random Forest, using a statistical five-fold cross-validation method. The proposed method showed an improved average performance of 0.6% and 2.7% in both accuracy and AUC criteria when compared with the SVM model with the highest classification performance of the three models respectively.2

Feature selection is the one of important issue in the field of data mining and machinelearning. It is the technique to find a subset of features which provides the best classificationperformance, from the source data. We propose a feature subset selection method using the neighborhoodrough set model based on information granularity. To demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method,it was applied to select the useful features associated with breast tumor diagnosis of 298 shape featuresextracted from 5,252 breast ultrasound images, which include 2,745 benign and 2,507 malignant cases.
Experimental results showed that 19 diagnostic features were strong predictors of breast cancerdiagnosis and then average classification accuracy was 97.6%.2
