    MasterThis work presents a sensor contact system for improvement of repeatability and implementation of newly developed sensor called CLECDIS (contact-type linear encoder-like capacitive displacement sensor). Error analyses are employed to nd the relationship between motion error of the system and signal repeatability. More speci cally, modeling relative error to the sensor interface, investigations to motion error, and appropriate machine design conducted. It was found that the metrological error in the system a ects the repeatability of the sensor signal. In the current system, signal varies 0.1% in the amplitude and 0.06 rad in the phase. In summary, CLECDIS integrated system o ers high repeatability signal in the full-scale range.
