An Empirical Study on the Validation for Personnel Selections
인사선발의 효율성과 공정?봉? 증진시키기 위한 방편으로서 타당도분석이 미국에선느 약 10년전부터 개발되고 실시되어 왔다. 그러나 우리나라에서는 아직까지 이 방법이 잘 소개되어 있지 않을 뿐만 아니라 이것에 대한 인식조차도 불분명한 상태라고 하겠다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라 대기업체를 대상으로 질문지조사 및 사례연구를 통하여 타당도분석의 실시여부와 적용가능성을 여러 각도에서 검토하여 보고자 한다.The validation analyis has been developed and practiced in order to increase efficiency and equality for personnel selection in U.S,.A about 10 years age. but there are many companies in our country that have not any knowledge about that method and even obscure in their appreciation of its importance. Historical Changing Stages of the Labour Consciousness
노동의식이란 노동을 하는자와 노동을 시키는 자 사이의 의식이다. 노동을 어떻게 인식하느냐에 따라서 노동의 동기에 대한 이해가 달라지고 또한 노사관계에 대한 대책이나 제도가 달라진다. 우리에게 익숙한 임금노동노동관은 결코 절대적 보편적인 노동관이 아니라 역?瑛? 돌연변이와 같은 형태이며 또한 적용범위도 매우 제한적이라고 할 수 있다. 노동관에 대한 다양한 상대적인 인식은 노동에 대하여 생각하는 기존의 경직된 사고방식을 벗어나서 융통성을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 각종의 노사관계의 유형이나 잇슈, 그리고 해결방안 등을 생각함에 있어서도 임금노동노동관 하나에 국한되지 않고 생각의 범위를 보다 녋혀 줌으로서 다양한 아이디어를 섭렵하는 것을 가능케 하는 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 이 논문에서는 노동의 역사적 변천과정을 7단계로 나누어 각각 그 시대적 배경과 노동의식의 특징을 고찰하여 보았다.Labour Consciousness is the very consciousness relationships between persons who are labouring and who make them to work. The Understandings of working motivation and the labour strategies and system will be dependent on how to perceive such labor properties. We can say that the Wage Labour Perspective very accustomed to us is never absolutely universal labour perspective but only adhoc mutation-like event the applying scope of which is very restrictive. The very relative and diverse cognition about labour perspective will allow us much more flexible thinking methods rather than already established fixed ones. And it will make us be able to get various ideas in considering labour patterns, issues and its solutions through widening our thinking limits beyond remaining on the one labour perspective of Wage Labour. The Korean cultural tradition of lamentable sentiments and reciprocal sentiments, and its effects on current organizational behaviors
우리 나라 문화특징을 情에 두었다. 이 정에는 恨의 정과 품앗이 정이 결합되어 심층구조를 이루고 있음을 인식하였다. 그리고 이것에 의하여 오늘날의 근대화와 조직행동 양상에 관련된 여러현상을 설명코자 하였다. 역사적인 인과를 밝힘과 동시에 비교 문화적인 접근을 하였다.Sentiments are more particular features than any other of our culture. and It seems to me that their deep structure is a combination of lamentable sentiments and reciprocal sentiments. By such an analysis, It can be sure that current modernization process and organizational behaviors and other behaviors will be more plausibly explained into their particular patterns. The Interdisciplinary trends of Organizational Behavior Theory
오늘날 조직행동에 관한 연구는 사회과학의 거의 전반에 걸친 각 학문 분야와 연결하는 연계학문적인 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 그리고, 그 이론의 발전을 위하여 어느 종류의 학문간 경계도 인정하지 않으려고 하고 있다. 그 연계학문의 특징은 순수와 응용, 거시와 미시, 구조와 역사로 통합하는 세가지 방향으로 요약해 볼 수 있다.The contemporary study of Organizational Behavior is making its way towards interdisciplinary approach across almost every subjects in Social Science. It would not admit any borders between subjects in employing any knowledge for the progress of its theory.

Information Strategy Planning for upgrading the Human Resource Management System based on the changing company's environment
오늘날 매우 급변하는 기업환경에 기존의 인사관리시스템이 적절히 적응하기에는 근본적 한계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 보다 포괄적이고 전략적인 새로운 인적자원관리시스템으로 혁신할 필요가 있다. 그리고 서구에서 개발된 인적자원관리시스템은 문화적 차이가 큰 우리 나라?? 그대로 적용하기 어렵기 때문에 우리 스스로 개발할 필요가 크다. 이 논문에서는 이 새로운 인적자원관리시스템 특징으로서 혁신적시스템진단방식, 전략적인적자원관리(SHRM), 자기서비스접근, 거래메카니즘 강화, 동서양이중구조병존, 지식경영시스템, 경영자정보시스템, 그룹웨어와의 통합, 목표관리, 평가와 보상관리의 자동계산, 타 기능의 ERP와의 통합(특히 원가계산, 생산계획 등), 각 모듈의 데이터베이스통합, 시스템설계방법개선 등을 제시하였다.These times, our traditionally used Personnel Manangement System have some radical limitations that prevents coping with the drastically changing company's environment appropriatly. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the past system into more comprehensive and strategic new Human Resource Management System. Furthermore, it is also necessary for us to develop the new system by ourselves because the Human Resource Management System made in western industry is very difficult for applying to our industry without any big modifications.

The Design and Implementation of an Internet Marketing Analysis System for Electronic Commerce
인터넷의 급속한 성장과 더불어 전자 상거래의 규모가 커져가고 있다.사이버마켓에서 비지니스를 하려는 기업의 입장에서는 고객의 행태가 달라졌으므로 새로운 마케팅 패러다임의 도입이 불가피하다. 고객별로 개별화된 마케팅, 즉 1 대 1 마케팅(one-to-one marketing)이, 그 중 한 가지이다. 이것은 사이버마켓이라는 새로운 환경의 장점을 살리면서 기업의 경쟁력을 극대화할 수 있는 마케팅 방법으로 간주되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 쇼핑몰 운영을 통해 축적된 데이터를 데이터 웨어하우스로 구축한 뒤, ROLAP도구를 통해서 1 대 1 마케팅에 필요한 정보를 분석해내고자 하였다. 이와 더불어, 고객의 특성을 정확히 파악하여 그들의 요구와 흥미에 부합하는 개인화된 정보나 상품, 그리고 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 인터넷 마케팅 분석 시스템 구현 모델을 제시하고자 한다.The scale of electronic commerce is getting larger with the rapid development of the Internet. As the behavior of customers in the cybermarket is different from the one that is in the conventional market, it is necessary for companies to adopt a new marketing paradigm. The individually customized marketing - one-to -one marketing- is known as the way to maximize the core competence of the companies which are to take advantage of the new market environment - the cybermarket. In this paper, the followings are introduced :
(1) building a data warehouse of the accumulated data from a cyber shopping mall in use, (2) the analysis of this using a ROLAP tool, and (3) the implementation model of an Internet marketing analysis system to provide the customer-specific individualized marketing information about customers' informational need, products, and services corresponding to their demand and interest.The scale of electronic commerce is getting larger with the rapid development of the Internet. 현재 인터넷 기술을 활용한 기업 경영정보시스템의 구축은 정보의 신속성과 정확성뿐만 아니라 새로운 비즈니스의 창출, 시장의 빠른 변화, 고객의 기대치 상승 등 급변하는 기업 경영환경에 각 기업이 적응하기 위한 핵심적인 방법의 하나로 간주되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 WWW 기술에 기반한 중역정보시스템을 기업 경영정보시스템의 중심에 두고, 각각의 경영정보 시스템을 통합함으로써 새로운 중역정보시스템의 구현 모델을 제시하고자 한다.The MIS implementation using the Internet technologies is introduced or thought as a method for an enterprise to get management information quickly and precisely, to produce new business, to response both the requirements of the market and the increased expectation of the customers, and to be accustomed to the business environment which is changed dynamically.
