조선후기에 간행된 여러 진언집에는 범자 실담장이 나타나고 있다. 특히 만연사본 『진언집』과 망월사본 『진언집』에는 「실담장해의총론(즉발)」 등으로 별도의 장을 구성하여 실담장 범자음운에 대한 자세한 논설과 더불어 그 음운에 대승불교의 사상 및 교학을 적용하고 있다. a․ā․aṃ․aḥ자에는 不生卽般若 등의 사상을 적용하였으며, i․ī․u․ū․e․ai․o․au자에 대해서는 八轉三昧卽萬行의 사상을 적용하였다. 또한 이들 a․ā․aṃ․aḥ자에 唯識의 四智를 적용하였는데, 이들 중에서 ā․aṃ자의 적용에서 기술상의 오류가 나타나고 있음을 발견하였다. 요컨대 ā자에는 能證의 成所作智, aṃ자에는 所證의 平等性智 적용이 올바르다고 할 수 있다. ṛ․ṝ․ḷ․ḹ자에는 a자의 반야바라밀과 ā자의 보시․지계․인욕․정진․선정바라밀을 보조하는 方偏․願․力․智바라밀을 적용하였다. 또한 二十般若卽不生으로서의 ka․kha․ga․gha, ca․cha․ja․jha, ṭa․ṭha․ḍa․ḍha, ta․tha․da․dha, pa․pha․ba․bha 20자모에 적용하였고, 十信에 ṅa자, 三賢에 ña자, 前七地에 ṇa자, 後三地에 na자, 그리고 佛果에 ma자를 적용하는 등 이들을 十地에 배치하고 있다. 마지막으로 ya․ra․la․va․śa․ṣa․sa․ha자에는 常․樂․我․淨과 無常․無樂․無我․不淨을 적용하고 있다. 아울러 조선후기 진언집 실담장의 교학적인 면에서는, 밀교의 五字輪[a(菩提心)․ā(如來行)․aṃ(成菩提)․aḥ(大寂涅槃)․āḥ(方便力)]의 a․ā․aṃ․aḥ자와 진언집 실담장의 a․ā․aṃ․aḥ자에 대한 교학적인 면에서는 일치하지만, āḥ자에 대한 적용이 진언집 실담장에는 표면상으로는 드러내지 않으면서 그러한 方便力의 āḥ자를 oṃ(身輪方便)․ā(口輪方便)․hūṃ(意輪方便)자에 따로 적용시킴으로써 밀교의 五字輪과는 다른 진언집만의 독특한 적용을 보이고 있다

A Study on Highly Efficient Multimode/Multiband Power Amplifiers for Reconfigurable RF Transmitters

DoctorFlexible and reconfigurable radio frequency (RF) transmitters with multimode and multiband capability are indispensable to handle the various evolving wireless communication systems. This thesis focuses on advanced power amplifier (PA) architectures for multimode multiband operation. Four major works toward flexible transmitters are explored in this thesis. First, a class-AB/F PAs is introduced for multimode operation. The class-F operation of the PA is highly efficient and comparable to the class-F PA. The class-AB operation is also highly efficient and linear.Second, Doherty PAs for handset applications are analyzed and implemented with the simplified circuit structure. Proper input power division and output combination assist the PA’s load modulation and result in great performance of efficiency and linearity. Third, a bandwidth (BW)-enhanced Doherty PA is proposed. The BW limiting factors are addressed and the PA utilize a lower Q of quarter-wavelength transformer and eliminates the phase compensation circuit and the additional offset line to enhance the overall BW of the Doherty PA.Finally, a multimode/multiband PAs with a boosted supply modulator is developed for handset applications. A linear broadband class-F amplifier is designed for multiband operation. The efficiency and bandwidth are enhanced by the boosted supply modulator. Multimode operation for various wireless application is accomplished thanks to programmable hysteresis control and automatic switching current adaptation from the hybrid switching amplifier. All the works are implemented for demonstration using CMOS and HBT technologies. The efforts could result in multimode multiband operation of the RF transmitter for the future intelligent radio terminals

Characteristics of Korean Social Studies Curriculum Revisions: Focused on 2007, 2009 Revised National Curriculum

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of revision processes of Korean social studies curriculum. We reviewed the 2007 and 2009 revised national social studies curricula and analyzed the backgrounds and controversial issues of the revisions. The social studies was introduced to Korea by the United States Army Military Government as a way of removing the vestiges of Japanese imperialism, but it was a product of negotiation between the two conflicting powers: democracy forces and nationalistic forces. Also, there has been a conflict between general guidelines and subject curricula. Within the social studies area, there exists a tension between proponents of integrated curriculum and discipline-based subjects. The politics of curriculum in Korean social studies shifted its focus from what and why we teach students to which area within the social studies takes up the most class hours in the school. This change has produced the curricula which neglect the learners. A revision process of social studies curriculum in Korea should be more democratic and have more fairness.본 연구의 목적은 2007, 2009 사회과 교육과정의 개정 과정을 고찰하고 그 특징을 분석하는 것이다. 2007 개정 교육과정은 총 네 차례에 거쳐 개정 고시되었으며 2009 개정 교육과정은 세 차례에 걸쳐 개정 고시되었다. 본 연구는 2007, 2009 교육과정의 총 7회에 걸친 개정 과정을 검토하면서, 한국 사회과 교육과정 개정의 배경과 요인은 무엇이며 또한 각 개정의 쟁점과 특징은 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 또한 이를 토대로 보다 바람직한 교육과정의 개정을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 한국의 사회과 교육과 정은 해방 후 미군정기에 일제강점기의 전체주의 유산을 단절하려는 민주주의 세력과 역사교육을 강조하는 민족주의 세력의 타협의 산물로 성립되었고, 초기의 갈등은 최근 까지 이어져오고 있다. 또한 교육과정의 개정 시기마다 총론과 각론 사이의 갈등이 내 재되어 있으며 교과 내부적으로는 사회과의 통합과 분과의 갈등이 존재해왔다. 이러한 교과 내부의 긴장, 교과 내부와 교과 외적 영향력 간의 갈등은 민주화 이후 교육과정 정치학의 공간을 확장시키면서 한국 사회과 교육과정 개정의 특징을 형성해왔다. 최근 교육과정의 개정은 무엇을 왜 가르치는가 하는 교육과정의 본질적인 이데올로기적 문 제보다는 어느 영역이 더 많은 시수를 확보하는가 하는 영토분쟁의 문제로 발전하였 다. 결과적으로 수요자를 무시하는 교육과정이 탄생하고 있으며, 이를 개선하기 위해 서는 공정성을 담보한 교육과정 개정이 이루어져야 하며 개정의 관행과 문화 또한 민 주화되어야 한다
