    A multipurpose pneumatic cultivator was developed by the Agricultural Machinery Engineering Department, National Chung-Hsing University, and commercially manufactured inTaiwan. In addition to the functions of cultivation, this machine could also深層鬆土施肥(藥)機經由興大農機系研發成功,並證實具有地下深耕、 施液肥(或藥液)及地上施液肥(或藥液)等多用途。本研究針對楊桃進行地下施肥 田間試驗,並測定楊桃葉片肥力、生長性狀及果實之長度、重量、糖度等,以比 較地下施肥與傳統施肥之差異。 試驗結果顯示使用深層鬆土施肥(藥)機進行地下施肥作業,相對於傳統之地表施 肥作業而言,可明顯地提高楊桃之產量及品質。因之,它是值得推薦給種植深根 性作物農民之一種多用途管理機械

    本計畫擬研製一套生產高品質佳葉龍茶之產製機械,並提供最佳之產製關鍵技術給農民,使茶農可以量產佳葉龍茶。一方面可以促進國人之身體保健,另一方面可大幅提高茶農之收益,使台茶更具國際競爭力。計畫第一年擬完成佳葉龍茶最佳產製過程之調查,以及佳葉龍茶產製機械雛形機之研製。第二年進行雛形機之性能測試及初步製茶實驗。第三年完成機械之細部改良以及高品質佳葉龍茶最佳產製模式之建立。The objectives of this research are to develop a GABA tea processing machine and provide the optimum operating technique to the tea manufacturers. After finish this research, the GABA tea will be commercialized produced and provides the health care of human. Furthermore, the income of tea manufacturers will be increased a lot. The first year of this project is to investigate the optimum procedures of GABA tea processing and to develop a prototype processing machine. The second year will focus on the performance testing of the prototype processing machine and the GABA tea manufacturing experiments. The work of the third year will be the improvement of the new developed machine and the establishment of the optimum operation model of this new machine

    Rice flour was used to study the effects of process variables on extruder operating system parameters in an APV Baker MPF50/25 twin-screw extruder. The process variables werescrew profile, feed rate, and screw speed. The extruder operating system米穀粉被用來研究雙軸擠壓機之加工變數對操作因子之影響。本研究選 用之加工變數為:螺絲元件組合,進料速率及螺軸轉速;操作因子為:馬達轉矩 (%),模孔壓力,產品溫度以及比機械能量。 實驗結果顯示加工變數對操作因子有顯著的影饗。螺軸轉速對操作之因子之影響 最大,進料速率次之,螺絲元件組合更次之
