    一种测定液体燃料消耗量的计量装置,包括一计量罐,一控制器,设置于计量罐壁面上的第一和第二液位传感器,一连接密闭的燃料供应装置和计量罐、一连接计量罐与燃料消耗装置的第一和第二燃料流通管路,以及控制燃料流入或流出计量罐的一个或多个系统部件。测定过程中,先将燃料输送到计量罐中,燃料液位到达第一液位传感器时停止,再将计量罐中的燃料输送到燃料消耗装置中,燃料液位到达第二液位传感器时停止。然后再往计量罐中输送燃料,周而复始。计量罐上两个液位传感器间的容量为定值,控制器根据液位传感器的信号变化情况可以计算出消耗了多少燃料。该装置具有结构简单,成本低廉等优点,同时利用该装置测量燃料消耗量具有精度高、准确性好、易于实现等优点

    Zirconium phosphate/Nafion115 composite membrane for high-concentration DMFC

    Zirconium phosphate/Nafion115 (ZrP/Nafion115) composite membrane was prepared. It was characterized by means of XRD, EDX, ion-exchange capacity (IEC), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and so on. The results suggested that the mean particle size of zirconium phosphate within the composite membrane was about 5.0 nm. The composite membrane had comparable thermal stability with Nafion115, and its IEC markedly increased. The methanol crossover through it decreased by about 50% compared with that through Nafion115, while the proton conductivity slightly decreased. The single performance tests demonstrated that the use of composite membrane reduced mass transport polarization, thus resulting in better cell performance at 75 degrees C with higher methanol concentration (10M) as fuel. The preliminary result of durability test showed that the single cell with composite membrane can stably run 100h above 0.4V. (C) 2008 International Association for Hydrogen Energy.     Highly stable PtRuTiOx/C anode electrocatalyst for direct methanol fuel cells

    In the present investigation, PtRuTiOx/C electrocatalyst was prepared by a modified polyol synthesis method and the as-prepared electrocatalyst was treated under the reductive atmosphere (30 vol% H-2 in Ar) at 500 degrees C for 2 h (denoted as PtRuTiOx/C-500) to enhance the interaction between the metal particles and the support. For comparison, the commercial PtRu/C electrocatalyst was also treated by the same procedure as PtRuTiOx/C (denoted as PtRu/C-500). Transmission electron microscopy results indicated that PtRuTiOx/C electrocatalyst exhibited not only a uniform dispersion and narrow size distribution with a smaller particle size, but also excellent stability during the thermal treatment. In contrast, the commercial PtRu/C electrocatalyst is not stable during the thermal treatment and the metal particles greatly agglomerated. The results of CO-stripping voltammetry, single direct methanol fuel cell tests and life-time test jointly showed that PtRuTiOx/C-500 had better durability than commercial PtRu/C while keeping a desirable activity toward methanol electro-oxidation, which may be attributed to the addition of titanium oxide that improved the interaction between noble metal particles and the support.     直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)通常采用空气中氧气作为氧化剂,但空气中硫化物、氮化物等污染物会对电池性能造成影响.本文采用恒流放电曲线、极化曲线、循环伏安扫描(CV)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法,研究SO2对DMFC电池性能影响,分析其毒化作用机制.研究表明,SO2毒化导致催化剂电化学活性面积(ECSA)减小,氧还原反应(ORR)电荷转移电阻增大,从而造成DMFC电池开路电压和工作电压加速衰减,峰值功率密度减小.进一步探究了三种恢复策略,空气吹扫与I-V变载操作都只能实现电池性能的部分恢复,CV扫描可完全恢复电池性能
