Quest for adequate approach to tense category (an attempt of Polish-Vietnamese linguistic contrast)

The contrastive analysis of Polish and Vietnamese literary works reveals many phenomena related to grammatical category of tense, which can not be explained using the concepts of traditional or non-traditional approaches to grammatical categories in general, and the category of tense in particular. These difficulties speak for the necessity of taking a more relevant approach to all language facts, which are labeled "tense". The purpose of our paper is to signal such an approach, which will serve as a theoretical basis for interlingual contrastive analysis. We claim that interlingual contrastive analysis of tense should not aim to find out the differences and/or similarities in the ways and/or the means expressing tenses, but, first of all, to elucidate the differences and/or similarities in the ways different languages look at the logical time, and the means used by them to define it. The contrastive analysis of Polish and Vietnamese literary works reveals many phenomena related to grammatical category of tense, which can not be explained using the concepts of traditional or non-traditional approaches to grammatical categories in general, and the category of tense in particular. Geological engineering characteristic of Red River dyke basement in Hanoi and concerning geological hazardsSeries of problems of infiltration and seepage deformation, as well as slope failure of river band and dike of Red River in Hanoi has made the administators and people to be fearful. In history, dike breaks have occurred in many places, influencing on the social-economic situation of the region. The major cause of the above geological hazards isengineering geological conditions of the dyke foundation. This paper presents analysis on the formation and geological engineering properties of the Quaternary sediment near Red River, especially dyke foundation in Hanoi. Simultaneously, the paper have marked out some of the geological hazards such as infiltration, seepage deformation in the flood, dyke slope slide, settle of the dyke surface and the cracks extend from dyke to the river bank. These information are useful tothe administrator to defend dyke in flood season

NGHIÊN CỨU XÂY DỰNG BẢNG MÔ TẢ TÍNH TRẠNG CỦA CÂY SÂM NGỌC LINH TẠI HUYỆN NAM TRÀ MY TỈNH QUẢNG NAM

Tóm tắt: Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu mô tả tính trạng cây Sâm Ngọc Linh 4 và 5 tuổi nhằm tạo lập vườn cây giống gốc để phục vụ công tác bảo tồn nguồn gen và sử dụng khai thác sản xuất cây giống chất lượng cao đáp ứng tốt nhu cầu của thực tế sản xuất tại huyện Nam Trà My, tỉnh Quảng Nam. Cây Sâm Ngọc Linh có 1 thân và đặc điểm cây 4 tuổi và 5 tuổi có nhiều khác biệt về hình thái bên ngoài và kích thước thân lá cũng như củ. Cây Sâm Ngọc linh 4 tuổi có thân lá nhỏ hơn cây 5 tuổi, chùm hoa chưa thể hiện đặc trưng của giống là hình rẻ quạt. Sắc tố anthocyanin phân bố ở đỉnh thân. Cây Sâm Ngọc Linh 5 tuổi thể hiện tốt các đặc trưng của giống, thân lá to, cụm hoa phát triển đầy đủ có hình rẻ quạt, không có sắc tố anthocyanin trên thân. Vì vậy, nên sử dụng cây Sâm Ngọc Linh 5 tuổi trở lên để nghiên cứu các đặc điểm hình thái điển hình cho loài Sâm Ngọc Linh.Từ khóa: Cây Sâm Ngọc Linh 4 tuổi, cây Sâm Ngọc Linh 5 tuổi, xã Trà Linh, anthocyani
