    Constraining Parameters of Generalized Cosmic Chaplygin Gas in Loop Quantum Cosmology

    We have assumed the FRW universe in loop quantum cosmology (LQC) model filled with the dark matter and the Generalized Cosmic Chaplygin gas (GCCG) type dark energy where dark matter follows the linear equation of state. We present the Hubble parameter in terms of the observable parameters Ωm0\Omega_{m0} and H0H_{0} with the redshift zz and the other parameters like AA, BB, wmw_{m}, ω \omega and α\alpha which coming from our model. From Stern data set (12 points)\& SNe Type Ia 292 data (from \cite{Riess1,Riess2,Astier}) we have obtained the bounds of the arbitrary parameters by minimizing the χ2\chi^{2} test. The best-fit values of the parameters are obtained by 66\%, 90\% and 99\% confidence levels. Next due to joint analysis with Stern+BAO and Stern+BAO+CMB observations, we have also obtained the bounds of the parameters (A,BA,B) by fixing some other parameters α\alpha, wmw_{m} and ω\omega. From the best fit values of the parameters, we have obtained the distance modulus μ(z)\mu(z) for our theoretical GCCG model in LQC and from Supernovae Type Ia (union2 sample 552 data from [\cite{Amanullah}] \& Riess 292 data from [\cite{Riess1,Riess2,Astier}]), we have concluded that our model is in agreement with the Supernovae Type Ia sample data.     Development and Characterization of Eudragit RS 100 Loaded Microsponges and its Colonic Delivery Using Natural Polysaccharides

    In the present work, paracetamol loaded eudragit based microsponges were prepared using quasi-emulsion solvent diffusion method. The compatibility of the drug with various formulation components was established. Process parameters were analyzed in order to optimize the formulation. Shape and surface morphology of the microsponges were examined using scanning electron microscopy. The colon specific formulations were prepared by compression coating of microsponges with pectin:hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) mixture followed by tabletting. The in vitro dissolution studies were done on all formulations and the results were evaluated kinetically and statically. The kinetics of release study showed that the release data followed Higuchi matrix and the main mechanism of drug release from microsponges was diffusion.     As India expands its strategic reach in the Indian Ocean, it will need friends that it can count on. The island state of Mauritius has long been one of India's closest allies in the region. This article discusses India's plans for a military intervention in Mauritius in 1983 to prevent a feared coup that may have threatened India's interests. A naval task force was readied, but the intervention did not proceed because of disagreements in India's leadership. Instead New Delhi facilitated a political solution to the crisis that firmly consolidated its special role. This previously undisclosed episode sheds light on India's thinking about the Indian Ocean, the alignment of India's interests with the United States, and India's military capabilities
