    The purpose of this research is to find out how the big Effect of Tax Collection Effectiveness on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Tangerang City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The respondents used were restaurant taxpayers who did not complied in the 2020-2022 period. The effectiveness of tax collection has an effect on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance, where data is obtained that the value of sig for variable X to variable Y is 0.000. So that 0.000 the T table value (0.05-98) is 1.661. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it’s means that there is an effect of the effectiveness of tax collection on restaurant taxpayer compliance at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Tangerang City

    Tata kelola pasar Rengasdengklok megalami berbagai permasalahan seperti penumpukan sampah yang tidak beraturan, kemacetan, serta tidak tertatanya para pedangang karena didominasi oleh pedagang kaki lima (PKL). Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karawang berinisiasi melakukan relokasi untuk menata ulang pasar Rengasdengklok, namun proses relokasi mengalami berbagai penolakan pedagang terutama PKL. Penolakan para pedagang dengan alasan harga kios yang ditawarkan pihak ketiga kurang sesuai atau terlalu tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kolaborasi antara Pemerintah Daerah, swasta dan para pedagang dalam tata kelola pasar dengan menggambarkan peran masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa sarana prasarana yang disediakan di pasar baru belum siap dalam memenuhi kebutuhan para pedagang, serta harga kios yang ditetapkan terlalu tinggi. Kehadiran PKL yang tidak mengikuti ketentuan sewa juga dirasakan menjadi ketidakadilan bagi warga Ikatan Para Pedagang Rengasdengklok (IPPR). Peran sektor privat yaitu PT VIM menjadi dominan dalam pengelolaan pasar, sehingga para pedagang perlu mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk memperoleh pelayanan agar kenyamanan pasar tetap di perhatikan PT VIM. Kesimpulan bahwa peran Pemda setelah dilakukan relokasi dialihkan kepada sektor privat, sehingga koordinasi pengelolaan pasar dilakukan antara IPPR dengan PT VIM

    Indonesia's economic growth in 20221 shows a positive figure, namely 3.69% yoi. This growth experienced a significant increase compared to economic growth in 2020 which experienced a contraction at minus 2.07%. This economic growth certainly gives good hope for the growth and movement of the Indonesian economy in 2022. One of the strategies implemented by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM RI is the preparation of an Investment Opportunity Map that is ready to be offered to Investors. This program is State facilitation for investors to invest their capital by providing all the necessary information in the form of a pre-financial study (pre-FS). The research aims to describe the effectiveness of the program for compiling investment opportunity maps in supporting the achievement of investment realization in Indonesia at the Ministry of Investment/BKPM RI. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the output of which is the publication of the ISSN national journal OJS and national seminars. The results of this study indicate that the PPI program is effective in increasing investment realization in Indonesia. The seven indicators consisting of Clarity of Goals to be Achieved, Clarity of Strategy for Achievement of Goals, Steady Policy Analysis and Formulation Process, Mature Planning, Proper Programming, Availability of Facilities and Infrastructure, Educational Monitoring and Control System all show a high level of effectiveness

    Collaborative Governance in Basic Education Services in Indonesia-Malaysia Border Area

    This study examines the implementation of collaborative governance in essential education services in Indonesia-Malaysia's border area, in Entikong-Sekayam District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province. It used a descriptive technique with a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed with qualitative techniques and tested for validity by triangulation. According to the results, collaborative governance had not yet achieved desired results. This was based on several indicators, including starting conditions, facilitative leadership, institutional design, and collaborative processes. Importantly, the collaborative process involved several parties, including the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, academics at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Jakarta Muhammadiyah University, and elementary school figures (school committees, principals, staff and teachers). The results showed that the government’s role was not maximized, as indicated by uncertain policies and systems, overlapping authority, and inappropriate school infrastructure assistance targets. Academics actively facilitate various activities, including socialization, mentoring, workshops, and training, significantly improving education quality. Schools also operate an intense performance in mobilizing teachers to remain active amid the limitations of existing facilities and increasing their competence. Moreover, school committees also contribute ideas, energy, and materials in development, especially physical facilities. The weakness of the collaboration process in essential education services is the absence of private sector involvement

    Penelitian berfokus pada efektivitas Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Bekasi dalam penanggulangan pra bencana banjir di Desa Pantai Hurip, Kecamatan Babelan, Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penanggulangan pra bencana yang kurang optimal, dalam artian pelaksanaan penanggulangan pra bencana masih memiliki kendala. Masalah yang muncul dalam Efektivitas Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah yaitu kualitas sumber daya manusia, kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta belum disusunnya rencana penananggulangan bencana yang terlegalitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui efektivitas BPBD Kabupaten Bekasi dalam penanggulangan pra bencana banjir, dengan menggunakan Teori Duncan terdapat tiga indikator yaitu pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPBD belum bisa dikatakan efektif karena dalam realisasi dan pelaksanaanya belum merata di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi. Dari sisi komunikasi, sudah ada komunikasi dan koordinasi BPBD Kabupaten Bekasi dengan organisasi/pihak terkait penanggulangan pra bencana. Namun koordinasi, komunikasi dan sosialisasi belum dilakukan secara optimal di tingkat desa
