Connections between high energy QCD and statistical physics
It has been proposed that the energy evolution of QCD amplitudes in the
high-energy regime falls in the universality class of reaction-diffusion
processes. We review the arguments for this correspondence, and we explain how
it enables one to compute analytically asymptotic features of QCD amplitudes.Comment: 8 pages; To appear in the proceedings of 12th International

Dipole-proton -matrix derived from diffractive meson electroproduction
Through a determination of the -matrix element for the scattering of a
localized colour dipole on a proton, we show that saturation effects can
already be sizable at HERA. The saturation scale is found to be around 1-1.5
for the highest available energies and for central collisions, and is a
decreasing function of the impact parameter.Comment: 4 pages, 1 figure (in eps) talk given at XXXI International Symposium

On parton number fluctuations
Parton evolution with the rapidity essentially is a branching diffusion
process. We describe the fluctuations of the density of partons which affect
the properties of QCD scattering amplitudes at moderately high energies. We
arrive at different functional forms of the latter in the case of
dipole-nucleus and dipole-dipole scattering.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures. Presented at the conference PANIC201
Guanxi and business environment in china: an innovative network as a process of knowledge-based economy
Guanxi is a specific part of Chinese business environment. Since the openness of China, it seems that a contradiction appears between the constraints of corporate governance and the cultural and traditional behaviour in business. Most of west analyses consider that Guanxi is only a form of corruption and therefore it should be fight it out. The originality of our work is to frame these questions in the context of recent concepts such as communities of practice and epistemic communities. Based on these concepts, we consider that the firm can be analysed from a dual perspective: cognitive and organisational. The first one belongs to the guanxi logic and the second one to the corporate governance. According to these framework, we point out the fact that guanxi provides an innovative network in order to diffuse and enhance knowledge.Guanxi, corporate governance, communities, knowledge, network
