Abstract: Семин Николай Лонидович, кандидат исторических наук (диссертация «Спецслужбы США в 2001-2006 гг. (проблемы взаимоотношений с другими институтами государства и обществом)» , 2008), старший научный сотрудник Центра внутриполитических исследований (внутриполитическое направление) Института СШАи Канады (ИСКРАН), помощник Директора ИСКРАН по международным связям, заместитель декана факультета мировой политики Государственного университета гуманитарных наук (ГУГН). Н.Л. Сёмин окончил исторический факультет Московского Государственного Педагогического института им. Ленина и Военную Академию. Курирует международные связи и организационно-административные вопросы на ФМП. Преподаёт на кафедре Международной и национальной безопасности ряд курсов по невоенным аспектам безопасности. Научные исследования, в основном, направлены на изучение деятельности спецслужб России и зарубежных стран. В 2005-2007 гг. Н.Л. Семиным опубликована серия статей по изучаемым проблемам: «К вопросу об изучении проблем демократического контроля над спецслужбами», «О некоторых проблемах демократического контроля деятельности спецслужб США», «Спецслужбы США как инструмент внешней политики». В 2005 г. подготовил и опубликовал в издательстве ИСКРАН учебную программу курса «Специальные службы государства в системе международной и национальной безопасности», в 2006 г. – учебное пособие по спецкурсам «Органы безопасности России в системе государственного управления» и «Очерки истории разведки и контрразведки ведущих зарубежных стран» для студентов факультета мировой политики

THE IMPACT OF LABOR MIGRATION ON HOUSEHOLDS AND FAMILY RELATIONS IN TAJIKISTAN

Abstract: The aim of this research is to find out the influence of labor migration on family pattern transformation, the reproductive and matrimonial behavior of the population in Tajikistan. The subject of the research is topical, as Tajikistan is one of the countries that sends its labor migrants abroad more actively. The vast majority of them move to Russia to find a job. To find out the transformation of labor migrants’ family relations, there conducted surveys in the form of questioning and depth interviews in Tajikistan and Russia in the years of 2012-2013 within the research. These transformations make not just a considerable influence on the life of families and society, but also they can influence the demographic development of the country in the future. The phenomenon “guest marriages” that often accompanies labor migration is considered in the article

MOLDOVA IN THE CONTEXT OF EU’S EASTERN NEIGHBORHOOD: THE PROBLEM OF THE REGIONAL SECURITY ARCHITECTURE

Abstract: In the new conditions of security environment in Eastern European region, it is necessary to give suitable answers to all threats. It is appropriate to integrate the security approaches from the three countries of Eastern Partnership program of the European Union Neighborhood Policy (Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia), into the European Security and Defense Policy (ESDP). This step requires deep reforms into the security sectors of the named countries. It would be welcome to elaborate a common Security Strategy for those three countries, which are on the path of the European integration. From this regard, for the Moldovan state it is appropriate to sign an Agreement on Security, as there are signed agreements of political (Association Agreement) and economic (Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement) cooperation between Moldova and the EU. It is necessary to establish a regional security architecture – for Eastern Europe (the space of Eastern Partnership Program countries) – as a part of the European continent's security architecture. The role of the Republic of Moldova into the regional security is small (Moldova is still a consumer, not a provider of security), but yet its participation in this process would be useful both for its national security, as well as for the European continent regional security – for the important players

PERILS OF EU’S MIGRANT CRISIS – GEOPOLITICAL AND DEMOGRAPHICAL ASPECTS

Abstract: The European continent is experiencing a wave of migration of the proportions unseen since World War II.It has shaken the European continent more than any other geopolitical process, threatening to completely destroy the values that were the basis of European political and economical order. This Paper is focused on discoveringthe roots and causes of the migrant crisis and their possible concequences in a short and middle term period. Therefore, Islamic factor is here observed as a geopolitical object used in the processes of destabilization of Europe for several reasons: their geopolitical position, energy resources, demographical and religious strenght. Special interest of analysis is focused on the demografic aspect of crisis and the population problem of European nations. With all this processes and factors taken into the consideration, final part of this Paper is trying to desribe the actions of stuctures of radical Islamism and its conjuction with geopolitical interest of Americanism/Atlantism which is indirecly pushing it against Europe with the intention to create new turmoils and conflicts with unforeseeable political, economic, demographic and religious consequences

ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ СТРУКТУРНО-ЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ МОДЕЛИ САНАТОРНО-КУРОРТНОГО КОМПЛЕКСА КРЫМА

Abstract: Работа посвящена структурно-логическому моделированию организационной структуры санаторно-курортного комплекса Крыма. Автором проанализирована его структурная организация и рассмотрены основные концепции здоровья. На принципах диалектики построена логическая матрица, на основе которой создана модель, отражающая в динамике состояние организационной структуры в целях прогнозирования и управления. Санаторно-курортный комплекс Крыма в графиках и трендах (2012-2016г.)

Abstract: Статья посвящена анализу статистических показателей деятельности санаторно-курортного комплекса Крыма за 2012-2016 и исследованию качественных характеристик комплекса на основании открытых данных из реестров Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере здравоохранения. Используются методы графического анализа, логарифмирования, построения трендов, группировки и ранжирования. Результаты представлены автором в виде графиков, трендов и диаграмм
