The main objective of this study is to introduce important indicators of scientometrics such as co-citation and co-word and their application in the analysis and visualization of scientific records indexed in citation databases. This research is conducted relying on scientometric approach; and the scientific products related to exegesis in Web of Science database are used as the statistical population in the second part of this research. Using scientometric techniques, experts in information science analyze scientific products and records indexed in different citation databases to find out top authors, countries, institutes, and organizations in every thematic field as well as main topics and core journals in order to visualize the scientific products in every given field for the purpose of scientific mapping using various scientometric techniques such as co-citation and co-word. Showing the frequency of words, co-word analysis displays the most significant research topics in every given field. Moreover, co-citation analysis which has high application in scientific product analysis is used to map the intellectual structure in a research domain

BACKGROUND: Women from low-income settings have higher risk of maternal near miss (MNM) and suboptimal care than natives in high-income countries. Iran is the second largest host country for Afghan refugees in the world. Our aim was to investigate whether care quality for MNM differed between Iranians and Afghans and identify potential preventable attributes of MNM. METHODS: An MNM audit study was conducted from 2012 to 2014 at three university hospitals in Tehran. Auditors evaluated the quality of care by reviewing the hospital records of 76 MNM cases (54 Iranians, 22 Afghans) and considering additional input from interviews with patients and professionals. Main outcomes were frequency of suboptimal care and the preventable attributes of MNM. Crude and adjusted odds ratios with confidence intervals for the independent predictors were examined. RESULTS: Afghan MNM faced suboptimal care more frequently than Iranians after adjusting for educational level, family income, and insurance status. Above two-thirds (71%, 54/76) of MNM cases were potentially avoidable. Preventable factors were mostly provider-related (85%, 46/54), but patient- (31%, 17/54) and health system-related factors (26%, 14/54) were also important. Delayed recognition, misdiagnosis, inappropriate care plan, delays in care-seeking, and costly care services were the main potentially preventable attributes of MNM. CONCLUSIONS: Afghan mothers faced inequality in obstetric care. Suboptimal care was provided in a majority of preventable near-miss events. Improving obstetric practice and targeting migrants' specific needs during pregnancy may avert near-miss outcomes

The main purpose of the current study is to determine the amount of the effect of the implementation of ISO 9001 on the processes of collection building, technical services and dissemination of information at the Central Library of Tabriz. This study is of descriptive-survey type. The population includes all the employees who are concerned with sections related to processes at the library and active library members of Tabriz Central Library. The findings reveal that the implementation of ISO 9001 on the processes of collection building, technical services and dissemination of information at the Central Library is influential. Also, from the library members’ perspectives, the implementation of ISO 9001 has had an effect on the improvement of dissemination of information process at the Central Library. To investigate the hypotheses, 459 relevant questions were included in 8 questionnaires. The difference between the statuses of current processes was compared with optimal statuses. A t-test was used with α\u3c0.05, and the obtained mean score proved to be more than the mean score being compared. Therefore, the results indicated that the implementation of ISO 9001 at Central Libraries had an effect on library improvement

The basis of this survey involved LibQual model questionnaire that consist of 28 items in three dimensions (affect of services, service control and library as a place and space). Statistical population of research involved 11927 users of the Tabriz central library that 375 of users have been selected through Simple random sampling method and Chi-squared test, Mann-Whitney test, kruskal-wallis and Friedman have been used to analyze findings. Findings: of research show that Level of received services by users in Thementined are more than the minimum expected level. In analyzing the different findings of researchs which are mentioned in the literature review of this research, the maximum expected level of users has not been satisfied in none of the various kinds of libraries.
