    Dalam menghadapi persaingan global, perusahaan konstruksi selain dituntut untuk memberikan nilai tambah (value) pada hasil pekerjaannya, juga dituntut untuk memberikan harga dengan penawaran terbaik pada konsumen. Value Engineering (VE) merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan efisiensi waktu dan biaya dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi tanpa mengurangi fungsi serta mutu pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui perbandingan waktu, perbandingan biaya dan mengetahui perbandingan jumlah tenaga kerja metode bekisting papan GRC dengan multiplek. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada pekerjaan bekisting pile cap. Berdasarkan tahapan VE maka yang akan dibahas dalam artikel ini adalah tahap evaluasi. Dari hasil penelitian, kesimpulannya adalah metode pemasangan bekisting dengan menggunakan papan GRC lebih mempercepat durasi waktu pemasangan sekitar 80%, biaya yang dibutuhkan metode pemasangan bekisting dengan menggunakan papan GRC lebih murah sekitar 22% dan bekisting multiplek membutuhkan tenaga lebih banyak daripada bekisting dari papan GRC. They are being required to provide price with the best offer to consumers. Value Engineering (VE) is a method to make time and cost efficiency in construction implementation, without reducing the function and quality of work. The purposes of this research are, to find out the comparison of time, cost and the number of manpower, using the method of GRC board formwork and the multiplex formwork. This research is limited to pile cap formwork. Based on the VE stage, what will be discussed in this article is the evaluation stage. The conclusions are that the method of installation of GRC board formwork accelerates the installation time duration about 80%, the cost efficiency by the formwork installation method using GRC board is around 22%, and multiplex formwork requires more manpower than GRC board formwork

    Puri Market, which is located on Jalan Colonel Sunandar, precisely in the center of Pati Regency, is a traditional market which is the basis for the people of Pati to sell and buy all life-sustaining needs. This needs to be taken into account considering that the existence of an activity center must have as few parking areas as possible. Therefore, this study was carried out with the aim of providing recommendations for parking characteristics, parking space capacity and planning the most optimal parking layout for Puri Pati Market. Conditions are reviewed on 1 weekend and 3 weekdays. Namely Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. From 06.00 to 12.00. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research are that the characteristics of motorbike parking spaces for the Puri Pati Market area are 345 SRP which is in accordance with the 1996 Directorate General of Land Transportation standards. At Puri Pati Market There are also no entrances and exits that use electronic parking. With the existing motorbike parking space capacity of 280 SRP at Puri Pati Market, it can still meet existing parking needs. From the calculations that have been carried out, it is known that the need for motorbike parking space at Puri Pati Market is 345 SRP. In planning the parking layout using a 90Âș angle in the motorbike and car parking area as planned, namely being able to accommodate 280 motorbikes and 100 cars. With a comparison using an angle of 60Âș, we get only 152 motorbikes and 80 cars per plot

    Unsignalized intersection Jl. Raya Cangkiran - Jl Cangkiran Gunung Pati, Tambangan kec.Mijen, Semarang is a three-way intersection that has access to the Cupan Terminal. Many people pass through this intersection. In conditions at these intersections, traffic jams occur during rush hours, and there is no traffic light which makes traffic conditions even more irregular, the safety of motorists is also threatened. Therefore, this study was carried out to analyze unsignalized intersections, planning the use of traffic lights, and knowing the traffic characteristics of Jl. Raya Cangkiran - Jl. Gunungpati Cup, Semarang. Data collection was carried out for 3 days, namely Saturday 25 February 2023, Monday 27 February 2023, and Wednesday, 1 March 2023 by taking peak hours at 06.00 WIB - 08.00 WIB, 12.00 WIB - 13.00 WIB, and 16.00 WIB - 18.00 WIB. Data collection methods used are capacity, degree of saturation, delays, queue opportunities, and Traffic Signaling Devices (APILL). The performance analysis of this unsignalized intersection uses the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) to calculate the degree of saturation. As for the level of service using the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 96 PM 2015. The results of the research are that in the existing conditions, alternative B is chosen as the best alternative for planning traffic lights with 2 phases of the 1-hour peak scenario on Saturday morning with a degree of saturation of 0.823 pcu/hour, a queue length of 103,045 m on the West approach, and a value delay of 14,784 veh/sec. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the results of calculating the traffic evaluation for the current conditions obtained that the highest vehicle volume occurred on Monday, 27 February 2023. Then Jl. Raya Cangkiran – Boja, Semarang, fulfills the criteria for installing traffic lights and needs to install traffic lights or traffic control lights.     Material merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi dan pemakaiannya harus dikontrol dengan baik sehingga tidak banyak sisa-sisa material yang terbuang dan menumpuk. Untuk minimalisasi sisa material akan menguntungkan  pihak kontraktor dan bisa mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Sisa material konstruksi banyak sekali jenisnya seperti sisa material bata, pasir, split, begesting, dll. Pada pekerjaan plesteran membutuhkan pasir yang sudah diayak sesuai saringan yang dibutuhkan dan akan didapatkan sisa material ayakan pasir yang berbentuk kerikil. Sisa material kerikil dari ayakan pasir apabila tidak digunakan akan menumpuk dan dapat mengganggu pada penempatan material lain apabila lahannya tidak cukup luas. Sisa kerikil dari ayakan pasir tersebut dapat dipakai sebagai agregat kasar pada campuran beton sehingga sisa material tersebut dapat dioptimalkan lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji karakteristik beton dengan mengoptimalisasikan sisa material, dalam hal ini kerikil sisa ayakan pasir sebagai pengganti agregat kasar campuran beton perbandingan 1 PC : 2 PS : 3 KR dengan variasi pengaruh material sisa ayakan pasir terhadap agregat normal beton sebesar 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%. Dari hasil uji laboratorium, karakteristik umum kuat tekan beton perbandingan 1 PC : 2 PS : 3 KR dengan agregat kasar memakai kerikil sisa ayakan pasir menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar persentase substitusi batu pecah dengan grosok maka kuat tekannya semakin turun. Karakteristik Kuat Tekan Kubus Beton Penambahan Portland Cement (PC) dengan Substitusi Grosok 5% cukup dipengaruhi oleh besarnya penambahan PC, semakin besar persentase penambahan  PC maka kuat tekannya semakin besar Kata Kunci: Agregat Kasar, Waste material, Karakteristik Beto

    Indonesia merupakan negara tropis yang rmemiliki banyak kekayaan hayati. Salah satu kekayaan hayati tersebut adalah bukitbukit kapur dan pohon kelapa yang tumbuh di seluruh pelosok Indonesia. Sabut kelapa banyak dimanfaatkan untukmembuat perkakas rumah tangga. Sabut kelapa memiliki bobot ringan dan merupakan serat alami yang dapat digunakansebagai pengganti serat sintetis. Selain sabut kelapa, ketersediaan kapur di Indonesia sangat melimpah. Kapur juga ringan dandapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki sifat fisika adukan beton dalam jumlah tertentu. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan sabut kelapa dan kapur dalam campuran batako. Tujuannya adalah untukmembandingkan daya serap air dan bobot batako yang dicampur kapur dan sabut kelapa dengan batako biasa Penelitian inimenggunakan komposisi campuran dengan perbandingan bagian/volume bahan susun batako yang terdiri dari semenportland pozzolan, kapur, sabut kelapa dan pasir. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada komposisi campuran semen:pasir:kapur 1:5:5dengan penambahan sabut kelapa sebanyak 25gr, 50gr dan 75gr. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya penambahansabut kelapa dan kapur, berat udara batako akan menjadi lebih ringan tetapi daya serap airnya masih cukup tinggidibandingkan dengan batako biasa

    Abstract. Jepara Satu Market is a traditional market built by the Jepara Regency government. With the large number of sellers in the market, indirectly the number of visitors also increases every day. This is what causes Ratu Jepara Market to have the necessary facilities, namely the need for parking space. This research aims to analyze the capacity and need for parking space in the Ratu Jepara Market area and plan optimal parking patterns for motorbike and car parking. From the results of the analysis, the need for motorbike and car parking space in the Ratu Jepara Market parking area still meets existing capacity, namely of 390 SRP. The motorbike parking pattern used for on street motorbike parking in the Ratu Jepara market area uses a one-sided parking pattern, namely a 90° angle.     AbstractThe space are available for parking vehicles on the roadside in the downtown area and along main highways is carried out with still restrictions and controls and arrangements or is often called on-street parking (Clarkson Grg Lesby and Bary Hicks, 1988). This research is motivated by the problem of less than optimal traffic performance caused by the presence of on street parking on the bicycle lane on Jalan Kartini, Salatiga City. In overcoming these problems, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of parking and the effect of on street parking along Jalan Kartini, Salatiga City. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach. Collecting data obtained from interviews, field notes, personal documentation, researcher notes, and other resident documents. This study shows that parking characteristics and the effect of on street parking on traffic performance on Jalan Kartini, Salatiga City, for parking duration are categorized as Category I and high turnover which means short duration, generally parking vehicles are less than one hour with short parking durations. for parking in shopping centers, with a road capacity of 2489.22 smp/hour, a free-flow speed of 37.665 km/hour and a level of service belonging to the Level Of Service (LOS) B category (0.20-0.44) with stable flow characteristics, speed is slightly limited by traffic, driver can still freely choose his speed.Keywords: parking, on street parking, characteristic

Traffic congestion is caused by an imbalance between the increase in vehicle ownership and the growth of available road infrastructure and the effective capacity of existing road sections is smaller than the planned road capacity due to roadside obstacles.The phenomenon of traffic jams is an interesting thing to study, as is the traffic jam caused by the influence of factory activities on Jalan Ngemplak Simongan.     REWORK COST ANALYSIS ON COLUMN WORK IMPLEMENTATION METHODS “CASE STUDY: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF HOSPITAL ROEMANI MUHAMMADIYAH PARKING BUILDING SEMARANG”

    The word of construction is no stranger to rework. In the course of the implementation of construction, rework work may occur which can cause delays in the work process and swelling of the project cost budget. This can be influenced by several problems or factors that are often encountered during development work such as human resourse factors, documentation and disign, managerial with this can be from sevaral that have been mentioned that must be considered when planning construction development. In this study using descriptive research that directly takes data in the field by means of interviews, documentation, observation in order to be able to answer the research objectives properly and correctly according to the data obtained from the aforementioned data collection process. So that it can be seen the most frequently encountered rework jobs in the field. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the dominant factor causing rework was managerial factor. The type of work that often experiences rework work is the finishing work of the second floor column casting. With the details of the causes of rework, the results obtained are design and documentation 22.5%, managerial 40.4%, and human resources 37.2%. The process of rework in the construction of the R S Roemani Semarang building can be concluded that there are several problems or identification of rework, namely porous columns, column slopes and column centring
