    Website sekolah saat ini tengah menjadi trend di dunia pendidikan dan website memperoleh perhatian, tanggapan yang sangat bagus dari berbagai pihak baik dari tenaga kependidikan, siswa serta masyarakat.  Website sekolah adalah website yang khusus diperuntukkan untuk instansi sekolah. Website ini bisa digunakan sebagai media siswa-siswi dalam mencari informasi seputar sekolah maupun sebagai salah satu sarana pendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Dhuafa Padang adalah salah satu sekolah kejuruan di Kota Padang yang menyediakan pendidikan gratis bagi siswanya. Saat ini SMK Dhuafa Padang belum memiliki website sekolah. Oleh karena itu tim pelaksana melakukan pengabdian dengan membuatkan sebuah website sekolah serta melaksanakan pelatihan tata kelola website. Pelaksanaan pengabdian terdiri atas dua tahap kegiatan yaitu pembuatan website sekolah SMK Dhuafa Padang dan pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis pengelolaan website sekolah. Setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian, SMK Dhuafa Padang telah memiliki sebuah website sekolah yang dapat menjadi sarana promosi sekolah bagi masyarakat.     This study aims to analyze factors of the readiness of the Regional Government, especially the Bukittinggi City Government in implementing the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 47 of 2021 and the E-BMD Application. The population in this study were all OPDs in Bukittinggi City, which amounted to 29 SKPD. The sampling method was carried out by using a purposive sampling technique to determine the sample. Sampling is done by taking samples from the population based on certain criteria. A total of 100 respondents participated in the study consisting of Regional Property Management Officers, OPD Property Administration Officers, OPD Property Managers and Assistant OPD Property Managers. The data collection technique is carried out using a questionnaire sent via Google Form. The results of the analysis using multiple regression show the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Technology and Information, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture that affect Readiness in the Implementation of Permendagri Number 47 of 2021 and E-Applications BMD. The results of the research have contributed to the government in preparing the implementation of regulatory changes.</jats:p

    Dalam pembelajaran Administrasi Server membutuhkan infrastruktur dan spesifikasi yang lengkap seiring dengan kebutuhan server yang semakin meningkat. Dengan mengatasi kendala kendala infrastruktur, Cloud Computing menawarkan infrastruktur server yang lebih efisien dan fleksibel. Salah satu platform yang menawarkan infrastruktur dan spesifikasi server adalah Openstack. Teknologi komputasi awan dibangun menggunakan sistem operasi Ubuntu Server 18.04 dan versi Victoria dari platform penerapan OpenStack dengan Devstack. Hasil tugas akhir ini diimplementasikan dan digunakan di laboratorium jaringan. Openstack dapat menjalankan 30 pengguna. Pembuatan instance berdasarkan ragam ukuran m1.nano, m1.micro, cirros256, m1.tiny, ds512m, ds1G, dan m1.small. Gambar yang digunakan pada instance adalah cirros-0.5.1-x86_65-disk dan Ubuntu Server 18.04.</jats:p

The final result of this research is the design and implementation of the https protocol for data communication security that occurs between visitors and the p3m.pnp.ac.id website. The https protocol that has been implemented is tested to ensure the data traffic on the p3m.pnp.ac.id website is guaranteed to be safe and protected from possible piracy and data theft.&#x0D;  </jats:p

    Sistem Kontrol Berbasis Pemrograman LabVIEW MyRIO untuk Monitoring Kualitas Udara Dalam Ruangan

    A multisensor control system based on the LabVIEW myRIO programming has been created for monitoring indoor air quality. The purpose of this research is to create a system to monitor and control the levels of CO and CO2 in the room so that it remains within the threshold of healthy air and does not endanger users. The research phase began with the manufacture of a multisensor circuit and a relay module for the air purifier system and connected to the input and output ports of the myRIO module as a processor programmed with LabVIEW. The process of testing the multisensor response and the activation response of the air purifier on-off is carried out in open areas and indoors by adding artificial air pollution. Besides, air quality control and monitor is also carried out when the level of CO or CO2 gas exceeds the threshold by increasing the number of users and set the air conditioner activation. From the results and data analysis, it was found that the system could be used as a monitor and control the indoor air quality as expected. The range of CO sensor readings is 7.46 ppm - 27.65 ppm and CO2 296.8 ppm - 1190.5 ppm. Air purifier on-off control response time to change of CO and CO2 are 7 and 6 seconds. The air purifier system is able to clean indoor air with a long activation time depending on the number users and the room air conditioner activation settings.&#x0D;  </jats:p

    Detection of Chicken Egg Embryos using BW Image Segmentation and Edge Detection Methods

    This study aims to identify chicken egg embryos with the concept of image processing. This concept uses input and output in images. Thus the identification process, which was originally carried out using manual observation, was developed by computerization. Digital images are applied in identification by various image preprocessing, image segmentation, and edge detection methods. Based on these three methods, image processing has three processes: image grayscaling (convert to a grayscale image), image adjustment, and image enhancement. Image adjustment aims to clarify the image based on color correction. Meanwhile, image enhancement improves image quality, using histogram equalization (HE) and Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization methods (CLAHE). Specifically for the image enhancement method, the CLAHE-HE combination is used for the improvement process. At the end of the process, the method used is edge detection. In this method, there is a comparison of various edge detection operators such as Roberts, Prewitt, Sobel, and canny. The results of edge detection using these four methods have the SSIM value respectively 0.9403; 0.9392; 0.9394; 0.9402. These results indicate that the SSIM values ​​of the four operators have the same or nearly the same value. Thus, the edge detection method can provide good edge detection results and be implemented because the SSIM value is close to 1.00 (more than 0.93). Image segmentation detected object (egg and embryo), and the continued process by edge detection showed clearly edge of egg and embryo.</jats:p

    IoT: Heart Rate Monitoring Tool Using Android with Alert Messanger Telegram System

    Abstract Patients with symptoms of arrhythmias must live a healthy lifestyle and routinely conduct consultations and control the heart rate with the doctor. The most important of these is an integrated health monitoring tool. In this study a portable heart rate monitoring tool is proposed for patients at risk of low-cost IoT-based alert systems using a telegram messager. The ESP8266 Wifi module functions for communication to the web server gateway and pulse sensor to detect heart rates that converted to Bits per Minute (BPM). The heart rate data is then stored in the database server using TCP / IP communication — heartbeat information in realtime with Android display. The system alert will send to the doctor/health worker and family if the heart rate is below 60 BPM and above 100 BPM, the time required for sending system alerts with a telegram messager is around 6 to 7 seconds. Test results show an average error of the heart rate measurement of 4.75% and the entire system is running well. With this tool the patient is at risk of being able to work more safely, and the doctor and family are easier to supervise the patient.</jats:p

    The Generating Super Resolution of Thermal Image based on Deep Learning

    The need for a high resolution to the thermal image is urgent and essential. The high resolution of the thermal image can give accurate information on the heat distribution map of the objects. The accurate heat distribution maps can give accurate temperature information. This accurate temperature measurement is used for measuring many objects such as electric motors, engines, the human body, and so on—this information is used to detect the anomalies of the object to find the damaged parts. The anomalies are considered damaged parts found in solar panels, agricultural fields, buildings, bridges, etc. As the super-resolution of thermal images is very important, generating them is compulsory. The camera for obtaining super-resolution thermal images is rare, not available in the common market. Furthermore, this kind of device is costly too. Therefore not all the users, such as farmers or technicians, can have them. In order to handle the problem, the proposed method has the purpose of generating super-resolution thermal images economically and is more accessible through the deep learning method. The dataset is taken from the solar panel. The results show that the proposed method can handle the low-resolution problem of thermal images.&#x0D;  </jats:p

    Sistem Pelacakan Lokasi Petugas Survei RTLH Menggunakan GPS Android dan WebGIS

    The feasibility of a home for family residence is the basis for growing and developing a better family life. The roof, floor, and walls are data on the indicator of the feasibility of the house at the time of the survey. The need for a system that can display RTLH locations in the Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) accompanied by detailed RTLH data and photos. This study explains how the system tracks the location of RTLH survey data officers using Android GPS, then represents it on WebGIS. The tracking method starts when the clerk fills out the home data input form via the Android application. Location coordinates in the form of latitude and longitude will be detected automatically and become input parameters accompanied by photos and RTLH data details. Offline data will be stored in SQLite then sent to MySQL via database synchronization while online. The purpose of this research is to establish a location tracking system for RTLH survey officers to facilitate the validation process of data suitability between data and facts in the field. This system managed to track the location of RTLH survey officers by being marked by the appearance of markers on the Google Map on the WebGIS application. From a total of 14,949 houses in Kota Solok in December 2018, there were 938 RTLH. From 938 RTLH, the coordinates of the location of latitude and longitude are 100%.</jats:p

    Field Reporting Irrigation System via Smartphone

    Abstract Irrigation is one of the backbones in the field of agriculture. The role of technology in the industrial era 4.0 has increased tremendously in irrigation management systems. Areas, limited internet access, and validation of activity reports are separate issues in monitoring the performance of irrigation field workers in real-time. Therefore, we built a reporting system that is equipped with location tracking using the Smartphone Global Positioning System (GPS) and the Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) application. This field reporting system starts from the report input form on the Android app that detects location coordinates automatically. Reports are stored in an offline SQLite database and sent to the MySQL database server online through the data synchronisation process. From the server-side, information displayed through the WebGIS application. This field reporting is more efficient in monitoring the performance of irrigation systems in real-time.</jats:p
