Transferable Positive/Negative Speech Emotion Recognition via Class-wise Adversarial Domain Adaptation
Speech emotion recognition plays an important role in building more
intelligent and human-like agents. Due to the difficulty of collecting speech
emotional data, an increasingly popular solution is leveraging a related and
rich source corpus to help address the target corpus. However, domain shift
between the corpora poses a serious challenge, making domain shift adaptation
difficult to function even on the recognition of positive/negative emotions. In
this work, we propose class-wise adversarial domain adaptation to address this
challenge by reducing the shift for all classes between different corpora.
Experiments on the well-known corpora EMODB and Aibo demonstrate that our
method is effective even when only a very limited number of target labeled

K-quantum Nonlinear Jaynes-Cummings Model in Two Trapped Ions
A k-quantum nonlinear Jaynes-Cummings model for two trapped ions interacting
with laser beams resonant to k-th red side-band of center-of-mass mode, far
from Lamb-Dicke regime, has been obtained. The exact analytic solution showed

Electron Flavored Dark Matter
In this paper we investigate the phenomenology of the electron flavored Dirac
dark matter with two types of portal interactions. We analyze constraints from
the electron magnetic moment anomaly, LHC searches of singly charged scalar,
dark matter relic abundance as well as direct and indirect detections. Our
study shows that the available parameter space is quite constrained, but there
are parameter space that is compatible with the current data. We further show
that the DAMPE cosmic ray electron excess, which indicates cosmic ray excess at
around 1.5 TeV, can be interpreted as the annihilation of dark matter into
electron positron pairs in this model.Comment: 6 pages, 5 figure
Analysis on Heavy Quarkonia Transitions with Pion Emission in Terms of the QCD Multipole Expansion and Determination of Mass Spectra of Hybrids
One of the most important tasks in high energy physics is search for the
exotic states, such as glueball, hybrid and multi-quark states. The transitions
and attract
great attentions because they may reveal characteristics of hybrids. In this
work, we analyze those transition modes in terms of the theoretical framework
established by Yan and Kuang. It is interesting to notice that the intermediate
states between the two gluon-emissions are hybrids, therefore by fitting the
data, we are able to determine the mass spectra of hybrids. The ground hybrid
states are predicted as 4.23 GeV (for charmonium) and 10.79 GeV (for bottonium)
which do not correspond to any states measured in recent experiments, thus it
may imply that very possibly, hybrids mix with regular quarkonia to constitute
physical states. Comprehensive comparisons of the potentials for hybrids whose
parameters are obtained in this scenario with the lattice results are
