Peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Puisi Menggunakan Media Gambar dan Video Pada Siswa Kelas VA SD Muhammadiyah 22 Sruni Surakarta Tahun 2015/2016
The purpose of this research is to improve the skills of writing poetry in the fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Surakarta Sruni 22. Learning by using media images and videos selected to give a different feel in learning activities, assist students in determining their imagination vocabulary or diction. The study was conducted in two cycles so that more optimal results. Subjects in this study were students in grade 22 Sruni VA SD Muhammadiyah Surakarta with 40 students, consisting of 24 female students and 16 male students. The research was conducted from October to January 2016. The data collection technique used was through observation, tests and interviews. Based on the data obtained are in accordance KKM is 13 people or 32.5%, whereas that is not in accordance with the KKM is 27 people or 67.5%. The average score writing poetry in the first cycle is 78.30. The score in the second cycle showed an increase of cycle I. Students who obtain the value of ≥75 is 39 children and students who received grades ≤75 is 1 child. So students who received grades ≥75 is 97.5%, while the students who have not met the KKM contained 2.5% of the total number of students. The average value of free poetry writing students in the second cycle to increase from the first cycle, ie from 78.30 into 79.05. It can be concluded that the learning activity meets the criteria of success. And it can be said that the media images and video can improve the students' writing skills puisis
The Influence of Teachers’ Teaching Skills and School Organizational Culture in Students’ Perception to Students’ Learning Achievement in Reading Skill at Junior High Schools in the District of Sintang
This research aims to investigate the influence of the teachers’ teaching skills and school organizational culture collectively to the students’ learning achievement in reading at junior high schools in the District of Sintang. Furthermore, this research also to investigate the influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.
This research was an ex-post facto research applying the quantitative approach. The subjects were Year VIII students of six SMPN’s in the District of Sintang A sample of 260 students from six schools based on Krejcie and Morgan formula was established using the cluster sampling technique. The data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires in five categories, with the criteria of always, often, sometimes, ever, and never. The instrument validity was assessed using the scale product moment correlation, while the instrument reliability was assessed using the Spearman Brown formula. The data were analyzed using the multiple linier regression analysis with two independent variables and a dependent variable, anova test, and test of multiple linier regression analysis prerequisites (test of multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, normality, and linierity).
The results of the multiple regression analysis are as follows: (1) there is a significant (β = 0,030, p <0,0001) influence of teachers’ teaching skills on students’ learning achievement; (2) there is a significant (β = 0,014, p <0,0001) influence of school organizational culture on students’ learning achievement; and (3) there is significant (R ² = 0,155, Ftest = 23, 593, p < 0,0001) influence of teachers’ teaching skills and school organizational culture collectively on students’ learning

Media Alternatif Untuk Pertumbuhan Bakteri Menggunakan Sumber Karbohidrat Yang Berbeda
Mahalnya media instan mendorong peneliti untuk menemukan media alternatif dari bahan yang mudah didapat dan murah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan bakteri pada media alternatif menggunakan sumber karbohidrat yang berbeda. Sumber karbohidrat yang digunakan adalah umbi-umbian yaitu ganyong, gembili, serta garut dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan media Nutrient agar (NA). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dua faktor. Faktor 1 adalah jenis bakteri yaitu Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus dan faktor 2 adalah jenis media alternatif yaitu umbi ganyong, gembili, dan garut. Bakteri uji diinokulasi dengan metode spread plate dan di inkubasi pada suhu 37oC selama 24 jam. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah populasi dan ukuran koloni bakteri. Pada Escherichia coli, populasi tertinggi pada media umbi ganyong (7,56x107CFU/ml), umbi gembili (6,86x107CFU/ml), media NA (6,21x107CFU/ml) dan umbi garut (5,49x107CFU/ml) sedangkan pada Staphylococcus aureus populasi tertinggi pada umbi ganyong (8,17x107CFU/ml), umbi garut (5,13x107CFU/ml), umbi gembili (4,26x107CFU/ml), dan media NA (4,02x107CFU/ml). Berdasarkan ukuran koloni bakteri, hasil terbaik pada media dari umbi gembili (koloni bakteri besar dan terlihat lebih jelas). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media dari umbi ganyong, umbi gembili, dan umbi garut dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif untuk pertumbuhan bakteri dan media yang paling optimal adalah media dari umbi gembili
PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN SIMULASI SOSIAL TERHADAP KECERDASAN SOSIAL DAN BERBICARA ANAK USIA DINI DI RA ANISAH
This research is based on the problem of the still low social and speaking intelligence of children in RA Anisah. In general, the root of this problem is "does the social simulation learning strategy affect the social intelligence and speaking of early childhood in RA Anisah?". The formulation is as follows: (1) How is the condition of social intelligence and speaking at early childhood before the social simulation learning strategy is implemented in RA Anisah? (2) How is the influence of social simulation learning strategies on early childhood social intelligence and speaking in RA Anisah? (3) To what extent is the influence of social simulation learning strategies on early childhood social intelligence and speaking in RA Anisah? then (4) What are the obstacles experienced by the teacher in implementing social simulation learning strategies? The goal to be achieved is to obtain an overview of the effect of social simulation learning strategies on children's social intelligence and speaking in RA Anisah. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) to improve the learning process so that it can improve social intelligence and early childhood speech. The CAR was carried out in three cycles, with the subjects of group B children in Sakura RA Anisah's class totaling fourteen children. From the results of the implementation and observations made, there was a considerable influence, especially in cycle 2 (two). It is recommended for teachers to develop children's social intelligence and speaking skills in learning and implementing and evaluating learning. As for future researchers, it is hoped that they can make research on children's social intelligence and talk through other strategies
PENINGKATAN KEDISIPLINAN ANAK DENGAN TEKNIK MODELLING KELOMPOK A1 RA AL HUDA SIMOJAYAN AMPELGADING DAMPIT-MALANG
PThe increasing discipline in early childhood through modeling techniques by paying attention to aspects of the teacher's role and school culture at RA Al Huda Simojayan is running optimally. The aim of the research is to describe improving discipline through modeling techniques for children. The research methodology used is PTK (Classroom Action Research) with cycle stages produced in six meetings through observation data collection techniques, cycle instrument assessment, and documentation. This increase in ability can be seen from the results of the evaluation percentage obtained from each cycle, including the pre-cycle discipline aspect, 47%. In cycle I, the disciplinary aspect was 68.7% at the third meeting. After carrying out Cycle II, children's discipline increased to 93.4% for the average percentage of 4 variables from achieving an average value of 3.7 from 4 variables and with the highest value being 4. Suggestions that can be given include instilling discipline in early childhood using modeling techniques, children's development is in the imitative phase, so we as educators must be good models for them. Furthermore, it is hoped that we can provide discipline learning to children without having to force or pressure them, and use several innovations so that children's discipline research does not feel boring and stressful
Tinjauan Hukum Islam terhadap Praktek Jual Beli Uang Rusak (Study Kasus di Pasar Kayen Pati)
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya praktek jual beli uang rusak yang terjadi di Pasar Kayen Pati. Praktek ini berbeda dengan praktek pertukaran uang asing karena dalam praktek ini akad yang diucapkan oleh pihak-pihak yang terlibat adalah akad jual beli. Uang yang telah rusak dibeli oleh pihak pembeli dengan harga yang tidak sama dengan nilai mata uang yang tertera dalam uang tersebut. Dalam hukum Islam, jual beli merupakan aktifitas yang diperbolehkan dan terkandung rukun dan syarat-syarat yang akan menjadi ukuran legalitas jual beli dalam hukum Islam. Praktek jual beli yang terjadi di Pasar Kayen itu menjadi sebuah hal yang umum. Dan banyak orang yang melakukan transaksi jual beli uang rusak itu.
Oleh sebab itu penulis merasa tertarik untuk mengetahui praktek tersebut dalam tinjauan hukum Islam. Dalam penelitian ini diajukan dua rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana praktek jual beli uang rusak di Pasar Kayen Pati? Bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap praktek jual beli uang rusak di Pasar Kayen Pati?
Adapun untuk menjawab pertanyaan diatas, dilakukan upaya Penelitian, dan metode penelitian yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang mana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara (interview), dokumentasi dan observasi. Sedangkan proses analisis dilakukan dengan mendasarkan pada metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif.
Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat diketahui bahwa praktek jual beli uang rusak di Pasar Kayen merupakan jenis jual beli yang didasarkan pada pembelian dan penjualan nominal mata uang. Praktek jual beli uang rusak di Pasar Kayen kurang sesuai dengan hukum Islam karena masih adanya aspek kerusakan (kemadlaratan) sehingga tidak sesuai dengan kaidah menolak kerusakan lebih diutamakan dari menarik kemaslahatan

The purpose of this research is attempting to identify the influence of self-efficacy on teacher performance and student success. Self-efficacy has been studied in a unique and different way because it is linked to teaching in schools using different variables collected from previous studies. The research population is the teacher who teaches at SDIT Al Bariyah Jakarta. The findings show that there is an effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance. Self-efficacy has been proven to have an influence on teacher performance in their teaching processes in all dimensions except for the emotional cues dimension. The recommendations in this study indicate that teachers must be more efficient so that they can improve interactional education processes, and must be more organized, better interactions and build good relationships with students to improve teaching performance, and to practice coping with difficulties such as stress and anxiety and not allowing this emotional dimension to affect teacher performance
