All researches and documents have a philosophical basis and since paradigm refers to the system of thinking, it can be basis for research patterns. Despite of the various discussions on information system paradigms and code of ethics , non of them deal with paradigm of code of ethics. Due to this gap the aim of this research is explaining the position of ethics paradigm in organizations code of ethics which work in information systems. In this research, features of ethics in paradigms is demonstrated in by using meta-synthesis. Extracted information shows organizational code of ethics which active in information system fields and totally specifies paradigms of each provision of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). Totally our surveys shows that modern and post-modern are dominant paradigm of code of ethics which represent the dominance of applied ethics, ethical responsibility, Resistance oriented, critical training, domination struggles training and democratic training in ACM code of ethics

Recent growth and developments in internet and electronic services play a significant role in banking industry all over the world especially in Iran. It caused an intensive competition between governmental and non- governmental banks in the field of using e-banking services in a way that each bank attempts to attract more customers using high-quality e-services. Ways of delivering services, quality of services and specifications of e-banking services have direct relationship with tendencies and orientations of customers in using e-banking services. This fact also affects satisfaction and loyalty of customers. In this situation, customers will be more high-expected for receiving e-services in higher quality. By investigating e-banking literature; authors discovered lack of a comprehensive model for evaluating different aspects of e-banking services. As a result, the purpose of this research is to deeply explore the broad literature and to identify the most significant factors and indicators in evaluating the quality of e-banking services. Then by defining fuzzy set of factors affecting the selection of e-banking services which includes quality of service and trust, ease of use, responsiveness, information quality and also defining fuzzy membership functions and fuzzy rules, a comprehensive fuzzy inference system is provided so as to evaluate the tendency to use of e-banking services for Iranian banks. Finally satisfaction of e-banking services in Sepah bank as the first Iranian bank is evaluated through the model developed in this research

In spite of importance of IT deployment, nowadays in many organizations we are witness of appearing problems related to dissatisfaction of business needs due to high investment in the field of IT. The fervent debate concerning IT productivity–or lack of such productivity- named productivity paradox persuade us to survey relationship between IT–business alignment and business performance. The purpose of this research is to investigate whether IT-business alignment could have a decisive influence on their performance in IT-base firms by adopting a contingency theory perspective and operationalizing the fit systemically. Also to measure organizational performance, we adopt BSC framework which is not applied in this matter yet. Finally, this paper will explore the notion that alignment between business and IT is the key to achieving improved business performance through IT

Success and effectiveness of websites is largely dependent on the quality of the website. The biggest share of the quality`s new concept is that the technical aspects of products and services combines with customers usage and understanding. Therefore, websites evaluation based on the maximum usage and perception of the customers is considered an important issue to announce to the related organizations the success of website. This ranking and evaluation should be performed in a special activity domain so that the first place of website rank determines among its other competitors. In this article achieving the information of websites is automatic and without the intervention of human so that the instant evaluation could be possible. In this study, one of the Multi criteria Decision-making methods called TOPSIS is used and the weights of the criteria have been achieved of the method entropy in the mentioned method. Eventually, according to the Alexa ranking report the 791 ranking news website have been obtained which have most visitors of the Iranian users, but on the other hand, just a numerical rank as a final output of websites evaluation can’t be very inconsistent with the purpose of competition between websites, so, these numerical ranking from TOPSIS method used as output in machine learing method for seprating websites from excellent to very poor in six categories as lables for training dataset in classification, instead of using manual lables achieved from experts and users’ opinion. For this classification, Machine learning techniques, including artificial neural network and support vector machine were used

In recent years, lack of appropriate understanding of IS user requirements, has been one of the most important causes of IS development failure. Therefore, many methods were introduced for better analyzing user requirements; some of them were philosophically different. Organizational semiotics (OS) is one of these methods, which with phenomenological and action-oriented view, tries to get better system requirement analysis. In this research, first, organizational semiotics and SSADM was compared, with focus on their ability to elicit and analyze IS user requirements, and then, OS was applied in analyzing an IS requirement analysis case. Research findings show that OS in many dimensions is superior to SSADM; although SSADM has superiority in few dimensions too. Therefore using OS can help analyzing IS user requirements more appropriately
