    The purpose of this paper is to develop mechanisms to improve the efficiency of reconstruction and overhaul of buildings based on the use of energy-saving technologies. As a result of the study, ways have been developed to increase the efficiency of reconstruction and overhaul based on energy conservation, including legal regulation, institutional and organizational development, technical and information support for energy conservation measures as part of the overhaul and reconstruction of residential and public buildings. A method has been formed for the selection and assessment of the efficiency of energy-saving technological solutions, taking into account both technical and economic criteria, which allows assessing the long-term sustainability of investment projects for the implementation of energy-saving measures and determining the necessary degree of government participation in investment

    Improving the quality of high-rise buildings under modern conditions should be based not only on compliance with the norms of technical regulations, but also on ensuring energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and intellectuality, which can be achieved only through the introduction of innovations at all stages of the life cycle of the investment project. Authors of this article justified the need for a mechanism of technological and price audit of projects. They also suggested the model of life cycle of organizational and economic changes, connected with implantation of the mechanism of projects audit. They showed innovation character of ecological high-rise construction for the whole life cycle. Authors also made proposals to change the audit system for high-rise construction projects in the focus of its environmental friendliness

    The aim of the study is to form an effective management structure for enterprises in the energy sector of the economy, operating in an unstable external environment. The result of the analysis of modern types of organizational structures is the proposed form of management structure, which takes into account the construction specifics. The developed set of guidelines for assessing the efficiency of the management structure can be applied not only in the construction industry but also in other industries, including in the energy sector. Special attention is paid to the analysis of external and internal factors affecting the activities of enterprises. Various structures of enterprise management are modeled using mathematical models and the preference matrix method when assessing the integral indicator of the management structure efficiency
