Динамика и тенденции заболеваемости болезнями кожи и подкожной клетчатки населения Москвы, ЦФО и РФ

Morbidity data in diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue during the period from 2010 to 2017 are presented in the article, and features of spread of these diseases within Moscow, the Central Federal District (CFD) and the Russian Federation (RF) are defined. In order to establish the general trend of the process in the specified territories modeling of trend and calculation of approximation coefficients were carried out. The decrease in the level of general morbidity of diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue in the Russian Federation and the Central Federal District was of a reliable nature, taking into account the presence of a high approximation coefficient - 0.7983 and 0.7059, respectively. Due to oscillation in the general morbidity rate in the population of Moscow the general trend was characterized by stagnation that was confirmed by a very low approximation rate of 0.0446. When ranking the most common forms of diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue in the population of Moscow in 2017, it was found that a significant share was for contact dermatitis (19.6%), the second place was atopic dermatitis (3.5%), the third - psoriasis (2.6%) [1,2,3]. In the comparative analysis it was shown that the total incidence of diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue in Moscow was constantly lower than in the Central Federal District and the Russian Federation, but the ranking above the listed diseases was similar despite the revealed different trends in their dynamics in various years in the population of the Russian Federation, Central Federal District and Moscow.В статье представлены данные заболеваемости болезнями кожи и подкожной клетчатки в период с 2010 по 2017 гг., и определены особенности распространения этих заболеваний в пределах г Москвы, Центрального федерального округа (ЦФО) и Российской Федерации (РФ) в целом. Для установления общей тенденции процесса в указанных территориях было проведено моделирование трендов и расчет коэффициентов аппроксимации. Снижение уровня общей заболеваемости болезнями кожи и подкожной клетчатки в РФ и в ЦФО имело достоверный характер, учитывая наличие высокого значения коэффициента аппроксимации - 0,7983 и 0,7059, соответственно. В связи с колебаниями показателя общей заболеваемости у населения г. Москвы общая тенденция характеризовалась стагнацией, что было подтверждено очень низким коэффициентом аппроксимации - 0,0446. При ранжировании наиболее распространенных форм болезней кожи и подкожной клетчатки у населения г. Москвы в 2017 г. было установлено, что значительная доля приходилась на контактный дерматит (19,6%), на втором месте находился атопический дерматит (3,5%), на третьем - псориаз (2,6%) [1,2,3]. При проведении сравнительного анализа было показано, что общая заболеваемость болезнями кожи и подкожной клетчатки в г. Москве была постоянно ниже, чем в ЦФО и РФ, однако ранжирование выше перечисленных заболеваний было сходным, не смотря на выявленные разнонаправленные тенденции в их динамике в различные годы у населения РФ, ЦФО и г. Москв

Удовлетворенность больных хроническими дерматозами получаемой медицинской помощью

The article deals with the opinion of patients about different activities of medical organizations. It was established that opinion of patients about the activities of medical organizations depends on many factors, among which the most important were the place of residence, social status, level of education, material security and others. Purpose of the study. To study the satisfaction of patients with chronic dermatoses with the medical care they receive in a metropolis. Materials and methods. The satisfaction of patients with chronic dermatoses with the quality of the services provided in dermatovenerological clinics was studied on the basis of a questionnaire survey of 412 patients living in Moscow. Results. It was established that 74.0% of patients were satisfied with the quality of dermatological care, 19.6% were more likely satisfied than not, 5.8% were more unsatisfied than yes, 0.6% were not satisfied. The attentive and friendly attitude of medical personnel to patients in polyclinic and inpatient departments of specialized medical organizations noted in 91.7 % of respondents, inattentive - in 0.6 % and found it difficult to answer - 7.7 %. The majority of respondents (97.8 %) rated the schedule of doctors as convenient and waiting time for a dermatovenerologist's appointment in the clinic is not long (96.8%).The minimum proportion of patients (1.3%) indicated a refusal to conduct the necessary in their opinion examinations and treatment. Conclusion. The majority of patients were satisfied with the specialized care received and practically had no difficulties visiting specialized medical organizations in view of their sufficient number in different areas of the city.Мнение пациентов о разных сторонах деятельности медицинских организаций зависит от многих факторов, среди которых наиболее значимыми являются место жительства, социальное положение, уровень образования, материального обеспечения и другие. Цель исследования. Изучить удовлетворенность получаемой специализированной помощью пациентов с хроническими дерматозами в условиях мегаполиса. Материалы и методы. Удовлетворенность пациентов с хроническими дерматозами качеством оказанных услуг в клиниках дерматовенерологического профиля была изучена на основе анкетного опроса 412 больных, проживающих в г. Москве. Результаты. Качеством оказания дерматологической помощи были удовлетворены 74,0% пациентов, скорее удовлетворены, чем нет - 19,6%, скорее не удовлетворены, чем да - 5,8%, не удовлетворены - 0,6%. Внимательное и доброжелательное отношение медицинского персонала к пациентам в поликлинических и стационарных отделениях профильных медицинских организаций отметили 91,7% респондентов, невнимательное - 0,6% и затруднились с ответом - 7,7%. Большинство респондентов (97,8%) оценили график работы врачей как удобный, а время ожидания приема врача-дерматовенеролога в поликлинике как непродолжительное (96,8%). Минимальная доля пациентов (1,3%) указали на отказ в проведении необходимых, по их мнению, обследованиях и лечении. Заключение. Большинство пациентов были удовлетворены полученной специализированной помощью и практически не испытывали трудностей при посещении профильных медицинских организаций ввиду достаточного их количества в разных районах города
