Enterprise Culture Evaluation Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation
In view of the indexes of enterprise culture evaluation system are difficult to quantify, this article will apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the enterprise culture evaluation, establish a multi-level and multi-indexes evaluation system of the enterprise culture. Experimental study on gas and coal dust explosive overpressure and flame dynamic characteristics in an engineering-level test roadway
The continuous development of coal science and technology has made gas and coal dust explosion disasters an important factor that restricts efficient and intelligent coal mining, which seriously threatens the safe production process of coal mines. To explore the gas and coal dust explosive overpressure and flame propagation characteristics in an actual roadway, the dynamic characteristics of gas and coal dust mixed explosion propagation and evolution laws of explosion flames were investigated using an integrated explosion test system and a high-speed image acquisition system in an engineering-level test roadway with a length of about 700Â m and a cross-sectional area of 7.2Â m2. Experimental results showed that the peak overpressure measured at each measuring point during the propagation process of explosion shock wave in the roadway did not rise or fall monotonously but fluctuated. The power of explosion shock wave was significantly strengthened by adding coal dust, while the flame propagation speed sharply increased in a certain zone, which generally showed a first increasing and then declining trend. In addition, the flame was blue white after the gas in the roadway was ignited, developed in an irregular shape, and ignited the surrounding combustible gas soon, which further ignited the coal dust under the combined action of pressure wave and flame front. In this case, the flame was deep yellow on the whole. The gas and coal dust explosion flame propagated along the longitudinal section above the roadway, and the flame propagated at an accelerated speed on the transverse section due to the disturbance of obstacles. The study results will provide an important theoretical basis for the R&D of technical active explosion suppression equipment in coal mines and the improvement in their installation technologies
Identification and verification of a prognostic signature based on a miRNA–mRNA interaction pattern in colon adenocarcinoma
The expression characteristics of non-coding RNA (ncRNA) in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) are involved in regulating various biological processes. To achieve these functions, ncRNA and a member of the Argonaute protein family form an RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC). The RISC is directed by ncRNA, especially microRNA (miRNA), to bind the target complementary mRNAs and regulate their expression by interfering with mRNA cleavage, degradation, or translation. However, how to identify potential miRNA biomarkers and therapeutic targets remains unclear. Here, we performed differential gene screening based on The Cancer Genome Atlas dataset and annotated meaningful differential genes to enrich related biological processes and regulatory cancer pathways. According to the overlap between the screened differential mRNAs and differential miRNAs, a prognosis model based on a least absolute shrinkage and selection operator-based Cox proportional hazards regression analysis can be established to obtain better prognosis characteristics. To further explore the therapeutic potential of miRNA as a target of mRNA intervention, we conducted an immunohistochemical analysis and evaluated the expression level in the tissue microarray of 100 colorectal cancer patients. The results demonstrated that the expression level of POU4F1, DNASE1L2, and WDR72 in the signature was significantly upregulated in COAD and correlated with poor prognosis. Establishing a prognostic signature based on miRNA target genes will help elucidate the molecular pathogenesis of COAD and provide novel potential targets for RNA therapy
The first prospective application of AIGS real-time fluorescence PCR in precise diagnosis and treatment of meningioma: Case report
BackgroundThe emergence of the new WHO classification standard in 2021 incorporated molecular characteristics into the diagnosis system for meningiomas, making the diagnosis and treatment of meningiomas enter the molecular era.Recent findingsAt present, there are still some problems in the clinical molecular detection of meningioma, such as low attention, excessive detection, and a long cycle. In order to solve these clinical problems, we realized the intraoperative molecular diagnosis of meningioma by combining real-time fluorescence PCR and AIGS, which is also the first known product applied to the intraoperative molecular diagnosis of meningioma.Implications for practiceWe applied AIGS to detect and track a patient with TERTp mutant meningioma, summarized the process of intraoperative molecular diagnosis, and expounded the significance of intraoperative molecular diagnosis under the new classification standard, hoping to optimize the clinical decision-making of meningioma through the diagnosis and treatment plan of this case
Is time-variant information stickiness state-dependent?
This paper estimates information stickiness with regard to inflation expectations in the United States and the Eurozone for the 1981/06–2015/12 and 1998/Q4–2015/Q2 periods, respectively, and further investigates whether such information stickiness is state- dependent. Based on a bootstrap sub-sample rolling-window estimation, we find that information stickiness varies over time, which contradicts the strict time dependency implied under sticky-information theory. We provide evidence that information stickiness depends on inflation volatility, which indicates that information stickiness is state-dependent and that it has a time trend. Using a threshold model, we estimate structural changes in the state- dependence and time-trend of information stickiness. The results show that information stickiness has been more dependent on inflation volatility and has had a higher time-trend in both regions following the 2008 financial crisis.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
