The article deals with the development of research work among resident doctors at the Department of Dermatovenereology of the Ural State Medical University. The results of the implementation of information and telecommunication technologies in the educational process are presented. The work also shows the attitude of residents to distance learning on the example of video conferencing.В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития научно-исследовательской работы среди врачей-ординаторов на кафедре дерматовенерологии Уральского государственного медицинского университета. Представлены результаты внедрения информационных и телекоммуникационных технологий в образовательный процесс. Features of organization of medical care in a pandemic of COVID-19 on the example of hospitals in Sverdlovsk region

The present study considers the peculiarities of the work of the "Regional Specialized Center for Medical Rehabilitation" Lake Chusovskoye "to ensure the provision of specialized medical care in conditions of coronavirus infection. Measures implemented to repurpose the hospital and prepare for the admission of infectious patients are reflected. The analysis showed the effectiveness of a nonstandard approach in using this medical institution as a temporary buffer for recovering patients with COVID-19.В настоящем исследовании рассмотрены особенности работы ГАУЗ СО "Областной специализированный центр медицинской реабилитации "Озеро Чусовское" по обеспечению оказания специализированной медицинской помощи в условиях коронавирусной инфекции. Psoriasis and metabolic syndrome: a review

Psoriasis is the most common chronic dermatosis and affects 1–2% of the population of developed countries. In Russia, psoriasis incidence rate has increased by 11% since 2011. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory and immune-mediated skin disease and it is often associated with metabolic syndrome and its components such as obesity, arterial hypertension, insulin resistance and dyslipidemia. The risk of developing metabolic syndrome in patients with psoriasis is 40% higher than in the general population. Psoriasis and metabolic syndrome share some pathogenic mechanisms such as chronic low-grade systemic inflammation and an increased level of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Systemic inflammation causes obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes. These conditions increase the risk of mortality among patients. There is a link between the severity of psoriasis and metabolic syndrome and associated with severe rash, reduction of the remission and higher risk of psoriatic arthritis development. The carriers of the risk allele of FTO gene are associated with severe psoriasis, presence of psoriatic arthritis and obesity. Clinical case of subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus at woman

Lupus erythematosus (LE) is an autoimmune connective tissue disease of internal organs and skin. Either a vermillion border of lips and oral mucosa could be affected. There are two main forms of LE – the systemic lupus erythematosus and cutaneous lupus erythematosus. The cutaneous lupus is divided into the acute, subacute and chronic forms. The incidence of subacute form (SCLE) is 8-10% of all LE cases. Both the current diagnostics and treatment approaches of subacute form are difficult because of similarity of SCLE clinical features with psoriasis, Sweet`s syndrome, erythema multiforme.Красная волчанка (КВ), lupuserythematoides – мультифакториальное аутоиммунное воспалительное заболевание соединительной ткани, поражающее внутренние органы, кожу, так же в процесс могут вовлекаться слизистая оболочка полости рта и красная кайма губ. COVID-19 infectionhas spread to at least200 countries. It’s the largest pandemic for a decade. Several vaccines and medications had been developedin a short time frame. This resulted in reduction the incidence. But medical communityis faced with the Long COVID-19. There are myocarditis or pericarditis, new-onset diabetes and thyroiditis, hepatitis, abnormal liver enzymes and telogen effluvium, which is characterized by diffuse hair shedding 2-3 months after astressor.
