Research on the Application of Enterprise Brand Advertising Localization in All-media Era
This paper discusses the strategy of enterprise brand to realize advertising localization in the era of all media. Advertising localization means that enterprises customize advertising content in different geographical and cultural backgrounds to better attract and influence local consumers. Specific measures are proposed to address this challenge, including language and cultural adaptation, the use of symbols and images, and the cooperation of local partners and opinion leaders. In addition, through data analysis and adjustment, enterprises can evaluate the effectiveness of advertising in real time and adjust their strategies in time. Through the combined application of these strategies, companies are able to localize their advertising in the all-media era and build stronger connections with local consumers
Research on Teaching Evaluation Index System of Applied Undergraduate Teachers
With the continuous development of our country's social economy and undergraduate education teaching reform, colleges and universities should "focus on training innovative, compound, applied talents", the applied talents training mentioned a prominent position, for higher education talent training pointed out the direction. As the backbone and foundation of the development of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, the society from all walks of life is paying more and more attention to the training quality of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities and the teaching evaluation of teachers. This paper is committed to exploring and constructing a set of teaching evaluation index system for applied undergraduate college teachers that meets the development requirements of the new era, has the characteristics of standardization, science and strong practical operation, so as to further optimize the teaching evaluation mechanism of applied undergraduate college and continuously improve the level of teaching quality management in colleges and universities. At the same time, it helps and promotes teacher education and teaching to be more professional, standardized and targeted, so as to better promote the development of teachers' career
Strategic Trade Policy with Endogenous Choice of Quality and Asymmetric Costs
This paper examines the strategic trade policy incentives for investment policies towards quality improvements in a vertically differentiated exporting industry. Firms first compete in qualities and then export to a third country market based on Bertrand or Cournot competition. Optimal policies are asymmetric across the two producing countries. Under Bertrand competition, the low-quality country subsidizes investment to raise export quality, while the high-quality country imposes a tax so as to reduce the quality of its already high quality exports. Under Cournot competition, the results are reversed with a tax in the low-quality country and a subsidy in the high-quality country.
Curriculum Reform and Practice Exploration of "Foundation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship" for College Normal Majors
According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education, the scale of ordinary college graduates in 2023 is expected to reach 11.58 million, an increase of 820,000 compared with 2022 (General Office of the State Council of China, 2015). This figure once again hit a record high in employment, and the employment situation is becoming more and more severe. All walks of life in society have higher and higher expectations for the comprehensive ability of college students, and college students are facing greater pressure and challenges in the process of job-hunting. This paper will discuss the curriculum design, teaching mode, education and teaching reform strategy, experimental research, conclusions and prospects, so as to provide some useful references for the education and teaching reform of innovation and entrepreneurship management courses for college students, and improve the quality of graduate training and employment competitiveness
On asymptotic stability of discrete-time non-autonomous delayed Hopfield neural networks
AbstractIn this paper, we obtain some sufficient conditions for determining the asymptotic stability of discrete-time non-autonomous delayed Hopfield neural networks by utilizing the Lyapunov functional method. An example is given to show the validity of the results
Approximation results for a minâmax location-routing problem
AbstractThis paper studies a minâmax location-routing problem, which aims to determine both the home depots and the tours for a set of vehicles to service all the customers in a given weighted graph, so that the maximum working time of the vehicles is minimized. The minâmax objective is motivated by the needs of balancing or fairness in vehicle routing applications. We have proved that unless NP=P, it is impossible for the problem to have an approximation algorithm that achieves an approximation ratio of less than 4/3. Thus, we have developed the first constant ratio approximation algorithm for the problem. Moreover, we have developed new approximation algorithms for several variants, which improve the existing best approximation ratios in the previous literature
Calibration on MEPDG Low Temperature Cracking Model and Recommendation on Asphalt Pavement Structures in Seasonal Frozen Region of China
In order to implement the Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide (MEPDG) to design and maintain asphalt pavements in China, it is necessary to calibrate transfer functions of distresses in MEPDG with local conditions, including traffics, environment, and materials as well as measured pavement distresses data in field. Comprehensive single factor sensitivity analyses of factors that influence thermal cracking of asphalt pavements were conducted utilizing the MEPDG low temperature cracking (LTC) model. Additionally, multiple factor sensitivity analyses were carried out as well, based on which pavement structures with sound thermal cracking resistance were recommended for seasonal frozen regions in China. Finally, the field data of thermal cracks on typical asphalt pavements in China was utilized to calibrate the LTC model in MEPDG. An improvement was proposed on MEPDG LTC model, after which was applied, the predicted thermal cracking from MEPDG LTC model agrees well with measured thermal cracking in China
The effect of dopant and optical micro-cavity on the photoluminescence of Mn-doped ZnSe nanobelts
Pure and Mn-doped ZnSe nanobelts were synthesized by a convenient thermal evaporation method. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and corresponding element mapping, and transmission electron microscope were used to examine the morphology, phase structure, crystallinity, composition, and growth direction of as-prepared nanobelts. Raman spectra were used to confirm the effective doping of Mn(2+) into ZnSe nanobelts. Micro-photoluminescence (PL) spectra were used to investigate the emission property of as-prepared samples. A dominant trapped-state emission band is observed in single ZnSe(Mn) nanobelt. However, we cannot observe the transition emission of Mn ion in this ZnSe(Mn) nanobelt, which confirm that Mn powder act as poor dopant. There are weak near-bandgap emission and strong (4)T(1) â (6)A(1) transition emission of Mn(2+) in single [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] nanobelt. More interesting, the (4)T(1) â (6)A(1) transition emission in [Formula: see text] nanobelt split into multi-bands. PL mapping of individual splitted sub-bands were carried out to explore the origin of multi-bands. These doped nanobelts with novel multi-bands emission can find application in frequency convertor and wavelength-tunable light emission devices
