Chinese Subjective Sentence Extraction Based on Dictionary and Combination Classifiers
AbstractFor extracting of Chinese subjective sentence, this paper proposes a new dictionary-based extraction method and a novel classifier combination strategy. For the first method, we use the training data to score the subjective dictionary, which was composed of indicative verb, indicative adverbs, sentiment words, interjection and punctuation. Then we use the dictionary to score the test data, and filter the sentences by setting a reasonable threshold. New classifier combination strategies base on the maximum error correction capability. To enhance the accuracy, the method improves the traditional single error correction and achieves the dual error correction both in positive and negative classes. Experimental results show that the two methods are effective .And the final results show that the combination of two ways achieves a satisfactory subjective sentence extraction performance
Just ClozE! A Novel Framework for Evaluating the Factual Consistency Faster in Abstractive Summarization
The issue of factual consistency in abstractive summarization has received
extensive attention in recent years, and the evaluation of factual consistency
between summary and document has become an important and urgent task. Most of
the current evaluation metrics are adopted from the question answering (QA) or
natural language inference (NLI) task. However, the application of QA-based
metrics is extremely time-consuming in practice while NLI-based metrics are
lack of interpretability. In this paper, we propose a cloze-based evaluation
framework called ClozE and show the great potential of the cloze-based metric.
It inherits strong interpretability from QA, while maintaining the speed of
NLI- level reasoning. We demonstrate that ClozE can reduce the evaluation time
by nearly 96% relative to QA-based metrics while retaining their
interpretability and performance through experiments on six human-annotated
datasets and a meta-evaluation benchmark GO FIGURE (Gabriel et al., 2021).
Finally, we discuss three important facets of ClozE in practice, which further
shows better overall performance of ClozE compared to other metrics.Comment: The manuscript for JAI
Trends in sperm quality by computer-assisted sperm analysis of 49,189 men during 2015â2021 in a fertility center from China
BackgroundSperm quality, including semen volume, sperm count, concentration, and total and progressive motility (collectively, âsemen parametersâ), has declined in the recent decades. Computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA) provides sperm kinematic parameters, and the temporal trends of which remain unclear. Our objective is to examine the temporal trend of both semen parameters and kinematic parameters in Shanghai, China, in the recent years.MethodsThis retrospective study analyzed semen parameters and kinematic parameters of 49,819 men attending our reproductive center by using CASA during 2015â2021. The total sample was divided into two groups: samples that surpassed the WHO guideline (2010) low reference limits (âabove reference limitâ group, ARL; n = 24,575) and samples that did not (âbelow reference limitâ group, BRL; n = 24,614). One-way analysis of variance, KruskalâWallis test, independent samples t-test, and covariance analysis were used to assess the differences among groups. Year, age, and abstinence time were included in the multiple linear regression model of the ARL group to adjust the confounders and depict the trends in sperm quality.ResultsAmong all the total sample and the ARL and BRL groups, the age of subjects increased in recent years. Semen volume and sperm count showed declined tendency with years in the total sample, the ARL and BRL groups, and the subgroup of age or abstinence time, whereas sperm velocities showed increased tendency with years on the contrary. The multiple linear regression model of the ARL group, adjusting for age and abstinence time, confirmed these trends. Semen volume (β1= â0.162; CI: â0.172, â0.152), sperm count (β1= â9.97; CI: â10.813, â9.128), sperm concentration (β1 = â0.535; CI: â0.772, â0.299), motility (β1 = â1.751; CI: â1.830, â1.672), and progressive motility (β1 = â1.12; CI: â0.201, â0.145) decreased with year, whereas curvilinear line velocity (VCL) (β1 = 3.058; CI: 2.912, 3.203), straight line velocity (VSL) (β1 = 2.075; CI: 1.990, 2.161), and average path velocity (VAP) (β1 = 2.305; CI: 2.224, 2.386) increased over time (all p < 0.001). In addition, VCL, VSL, and VAP significantly declined with age and abstinence time.ConclusionThe semen parameters declined, whereas the kinematic parameters increased over the recent years. We propose that, although sperm count and motility declined over time, sperm motion velocity increased, suggesting a possible compensatory mechanism of male fertility
Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of Inertial Friction Welded Ti 2
Investigations into the Microstructure and Texture Evolution of Inertia-Friction-Welded Dissimilar Titanium Alloys
The welded joint of a dissimilar titanium alloy was obtained via inertial friction welding technology. The characteristics of the bonding interface and the microstructure of the welded joint were investigated via optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and electron backscattered diffraction. The results show that fine, equiaxed grains and interdiffusion bands of the elements Mo and Sn were formed in the weld zone under the high temperature and plastic deformation of the inertial friction welding. The weld zone and thermo-mechanically affected zone formed â¨1ÂŻ21ÂŻ0âŠÂ Îą texture and â¨111âŠÂ β texture, respectively
Early Cyberspace Emergency Response by Predicting Social-Emotional Security
With the intensified social conflicts and cyberspace crises, the public is facing the emotional impact and lack of security feelings responding to emergencies. The most recent research only focuses on the influence of discrete emotions, but the induced stressful feeling of emotional security has not been a concern by the government. In this work, we first propose a concept of social-emotional security, evolving from the classical theories of risk society and psychological resilience. Second, we integrate a social-emotional security index measurement method with the proposed three metrics: emotional bias, situational risk, and potential hazard. We also suggest a grading scheme for the emotional regulation strategy with a 0.3 safety valve. Finally, the accuracy is over 78% for detecting the potential risk of emerging events, and the method is feasible in another 30 social safety events with a trend coincidence beyond 63.3%

Jointing Achievement and Performance Evaluation of Bogie Crossmember Ring Joint Welded via Inertia Friction Welding
As a major load-bearing component of trains, the weld quality of the bogie beam is critical to the safety of railway operations. This study specifically investigates the inertia friction welding process of S355 bogie crosshead tubes, with the aim of improving the weld quality and achieving one-time formation of the crosshead tube and tube seat. The microstructural features and mechanical properties of S355 inertia-welded joints were also compared with the base metal. Research indicates that inertia friction welds have no visible defects, and that the microstructure of the welding seam (WS) consists of granular bainite, acicular ferrite and little pearlite. The thermo-mechanically affected zone (TMAZ) consists of granular bainite bands and ferrite + pearlite bands. The hot work strengthening mechanism of inertia friction welding results in a higher level of hardness for both WS and TMAZ. The tensile property of the welded joints can be compared to the base metal. The yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the welded joints, respectively, reach 87.5%, 100% and 79.5% of S355. However, the impact toughness of the welds at room temperature is lower than that of the base material, particularly in the TMAZ zone. Conversely, in an environment with a temperature of â40 °C, WSâs impact toughness surpasses that of the parent material
