Investigation on Qingdao, China Public Physical Fitness Activities and Skills
This paper investigates and analyses different groups of people’s physical fitness skills by using literature research and statistical treatment methods. The result of the investigation shows that physical fitness skill is one of the most important elements influencing physical fitness activities. Therefore, this paper suggests China need to perfect the system of community physical instructor, reform physical education in schools and finally improve national physical fitness skills. This paper also provides certain reasons for enhancing national physical fitness activities and the application of “National Fitness Program”.Key words: Fitness Activities; Fitness Skills; Situation;Investigatio
Find a Reasonable Ending for Stories: Does Logic Relation Help the Story Cloze Test?
Natural language understanding is a challenging problem that covers a wide
range of tasks. While previous methods generally train each task separately, we
consider combining the cross-task features to enhance the task performance. In
this paper, we incorporate the logic information with the help of the Natural
Language Inference (NLI) task to the Story Cloze Test (SCT). Previous work on
SCT considered various semantic information, such as sentiment and topic, but
lack the logic information between sentences which is an essential element of
stories. Thus we propose to extract the logic information during the course of
the story to improve the understanding of the whole story. The logic
information is modeled with the help of the NLI task. Experimental results
prove the strength of the logic information.Comment: Student Abstract in AAAI-201
The viability of achieving chiral separation through the optical manipulation of molecules
Several different optical methods have recently been proposed for the potential separation of chiral molecules according to their intrinsic handedness. Applying fundamental symmetry and electrodynamical principles provides a perspective that casts doubt over the viability of some of the more extravagant claims. However there is a genuine basis for achieving chiral separation by using circularly polarized light to deliver chirally sensitive optical forces. The mechanism comes into play when molecules (or nanoscale particles) are optically trapped in a laser beam by forward Rayleigh scattering, as a result of trapping forces that depend on positioning within the beam profile. In such a setup, chiral molecules experience subtle additional forces associated with a combination of electric and magnetic transition dipoles; when circularly polarized light is used for the trapping, a discriminatory response can be identified that has the capacity to separate left- and right-handed molecular isomers. Here, clear differences can be observed between the behavior of isotropic liquids and poled solutions or liquid crystals. Detailed analysis provides an objective basis to assess new prospects for the recognition and differentiation of molecules with opposite chiral form, identifying and paving the way for future commercial applications
