EFFECTS OF MUSCULAR STRENGTH TRAINING IN HANDBALL PLAYER
INTRODUCTION: Isokinetic training and dynamometer assessment is extensively used in sports medicine. At the present time, isokinetic training provides an important method for development of muscle strength, explosive force and for recovery of joint and muscle strength after injuries abroad. However, locally, most tests on the joints and muscle strength of athletes have been done by the isokinetic dynamometer system. The subjects that are tested are usually athletes. Differences in muscle strength of males and females were also reported by this method. Therefore, the purpose of this paper was to determine the changing pattern of isokinetic eccentric contractions of the hand ball athletes. The data produced by this study could provide some theoretical framework for coaches and athletes. This will enable those involved to make out a specific strength-training plan based on isokinetic training theory. Application of the results obtained from this study had shown that overall muscle strength of the athletes increased remarkably after winter training especially explosive force of lower extremities
Tuning the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya Interaction in Pt/Co/MgO heterostructures through MgO thickness
The interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) in the
ferromagnetic/heavy metal ultra-thin film structures , has attracted a lot of
attention thanks to its capability to stabilize Neel-type domain walls (DWs)
and magnetic skyrmions for the realization of non-volatile memory and logic
devices. In this study, we demonstrate that magnetic properties in
perpendicularly magnetized Ta/Pt/Co/MgO/Pt heterostructures, such as
magnetization and DMI, can be significantly influenced through both the MgO and
the Co ultrathin film thickness. By using a field-driven creep regime domain
expansion technique, we find that non-monotonic tendencies of DMI field appear
when changing the thickness of MgO and the MgO thickness corresponding to the
largest DMI field varies as a function of the Co thicknesses. We interpret this
efficient control of DMI as subtle changes of both Pt/Co and Co/MgO interfaces,
which provide a method to investigate ultra-thin structures design to achieve
skyrmion electronics.Comment: 18 pages, 11 figure
SOT-MRAM-Enabled Probabilistic Binary Neural Networks for Noise-Tolerant and Fast Training
We report the use of spin-orbit torque (SOT) magnetoresistive random-access
memory (MRAM) to implement a probabilistic binary neural network (PBNN) for
resource-saving applications. The in-plane magnetized SOT (i-SOT) MRAM not only
enables field-free magnetization switching with high endurance (> 10^11), but
also hosts multiple stable probabilistic states with a low device-to-device
variation (< 6.35%). Accordingly, the proposed PBNN outperforms other neural
networks by achieving an 18* increase in training speed, while maintaining an
accuracy above 97% under the write and read noise perturbations. Furthermore,
by applying the binarization process with an additional SOT-MRAM dummy module,
we demonstrate an on-chip MNIST inference performance close to the ideal
baseline using our SOT-PBNN hardware
Population Shrinkage, Public Service Levels, and Heterogeneity in Resource-Based Cities: Case Study of 112 Cities in China
Resource-based cities (RBCs) have become an important part of shrinking cities, and their population shrinkage brings many challenges for RBCs. A lot of literature analyzes the effects of shrinkage in RBCs, but very few explore the impact of population shrinkage on changes in their public service levels (PSLs). How the population shrinkage affects public services in RBCs, whether it is heterogeneous concerning the degree of shrinkage, and what the policy implications are all need to be studied in this paper. We propose the criteria for defining population shrinkage grades in terms of population size, population proportion, and population reduction rate, and we define the shrinkage grades of 112 RBCs. We select 12 indicators to build an index system to measure the PSLs of China’s RBCs, define the shrinkage grades of 112 RBCs, measure their PSLs, and analyze the impact of population shrinkage on the public services in China’s RBCs. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the rate of population reduction (pr) and the increased range of PSLs (PSLIR). The population shrinkage generally contributes to the improvement of PSLs in RBCs, but the effect is heterogeneous among the different shrinkage grades. In cities with population growth, it inhibits the improvement of PSLs, while in cities with population shrinkage, it promotes the improvement of PSLs. This promotion effect is phased and can only occur in the early stages of population shrinkage. The results also reveal the effects of the control variables on the PSLs of all the RBCs, as well as the RBCs with different shrinkage grades. These results can provide a reference for the sustainable development of RBCs
