    Development of information society and postmodern tendencies in the modern world cause qualitatively new understanding of goals and means of political socialization. Provision of conditions for self-determination of an individual as subject of political (civic) interaction has become the main task of the socializing influence. Therefore, the issue of psychological conceptualization of subjectity, its indicators, conditions and factors of its development comes onto the research agenda. The thesis about the determinative role of subjectity in structuring youth political discourse have been formulated in view of the outcomes of the theoretical and empirical research, whose findings are presented in the article.Розвиток інформаційного суспільства та постмодерні тенденції сучасного світу зумовлюють якісно нове розуміння цілей і засобів політичної соціалізації. Головним завдання соціалізувальних впливів постає забезпечення умов для самовизначення особистості як суб’єкта політичної (громадянської) взаємодії, а відтак виникає проблема виявлення психологічної сутності суб’єктності, її індикаторів, умов та чинників розвитку.     General social and personal-microenvironmental determinants of crimes committed by minors in Russian modern society

    © Serials Publications.The article discusses the causes and conditions of juvenile crime in Russia on the basis of analysis of scientific and creative approaches to highlight social and personal microcredit determinants. In the process of writing were used research methods: analysis, synthesis, statistics, comparison and others. The author notes a direct relationship between the causes and conditions conducive to the Commission of crimes minors and insufficient efficiency of measures aimed at neutralization and subsequent elimination. Attention is drawn that the problem of the causes and conditions conducive to the Commission of juvenile crime in Russia involves a comprehensive and systematic scientific approach in their research, which indicates that they are not only criminological and criminal law, and more socio-economic and cultural-educational aspects. Therefore, in order to prevent juvenile crime the necessary socio-economic and cultural-educational factors on the neutralization and elimination of causes and conditions conducive to the Commission of crimes of minors, consistent and efficient operation of all government and law enforcement agencies to prevent, identify and prosecute perpetrators, as well as the constructive activities of the state bodies, public organizations and other institutions of civil society in shaping the law-abiding younger generation of Russian citizens

    Nonlinear material and ionic transport through membrane nanotubes

    Membrane nanotubes (NTs) and their networks play an important role in intracellular membrane transport and intercellular communications. The transport characteristics of the NT lumen resemble those of conventional solid-state nanopores. However, unlike the rigid pores, the soft membrane wall of the NT can be deformed by forces driving the transport through the NT lumen. This intrinsic coupling between the NT geometry and transport properties remains poorly explored. Using synchronized fluorescence microscopy and conductance measurements, we revealed that the NT shape was changed by both electric and hydrostatic forces driving the ionic and solute fluxes through the NT lumen. Far from the shape instability, the strength of the force effect is determined by the lateral membrane tension and is scaled with membrane elasticity so that the NT can be operated as a linear elastic sensor. Near shape instabilities, the transport forces triggered large-scale shape transformations, both stochastic and periodic. The periodic oscillations were coupled to a vesicle passage along the NT axis, resembling peristaltic transport.     Structure, optical, electrical and thermoelectric properties of solution-processed Li-doped NiO films grown by SILAR

    The article presents a new facial synthesis of Li-doped NiO films (NiO:Li) via an easy and cost-effective method Successive Ionic Layer Adsorption and Reaction (SILAR) with the processing of the obtained NiO films in a lithium-containing aqueous solution for their transformation after annealing into NiO:Li layers. Comparative analysis of crystal structure, optical, electrical and thermoelectric properties of the obtained NiO and NiO:Li 420-1050 nm thick films have reveiled a cubic rock-salt NiO structure, at that, NiO:Li samples are nanocrystalline single phased Li-NiO solid solutions. The fabricated NiO and NiO:Li films are p-type semiconductors with activation energy Ea = 0.1 eV and Ea = 0.25‒0.31 eV, respectively. The obtained in-plane Seebeck coefficients Z are in the range 0.20–0.33 mV/К. Notwithstanding the fact that the maximum values of the thermoelectric power factors P=2.2 μW/K2·m, are rather small, they were achieved if the hot end of the NiO:Li film was heated only to 115 °C. Thus, the produced in this work new low cost thermoelectric thin film material is suitable for a production of electrical energy for low-power devices due to absorption of low-potential heat

    A free solid body S regular movement in accordance with some wanted time-space rule is considered. This movement is effected by a system of forces, including the appropriate distributed mass forces of inertia of the body, its constant force of gravity and the two variables in magnitude and in the direction of the tensile force of the pair associated with the body flexible control leashes. Leashes tension forces, adequate to these conditions and the rule of the wanted movement of the body S are defined. A mathematical model of such movement is presented.Рассмотрено регулярное движение свободного твердого тела S, совершаемое по некоторому искомому пространственно-временному закону. Движение осуществляется под действием системы сил, включающей соответствующие распределенные массовые силы инерции этого тела, его постоянную силу тяжести и две переменные по модулю и по направлению силы натяжения пары связанных с телом S его гибких управляющих поводков. Определены силы натяжения поводков, адекватные данным условиям и закону искомого движения тела S. Представлена его математическая модель

    Dynamic constriction andfission of endoplasmicreticulum membranes by reticulon

    The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is a continuous cell-wide membrane network. Network formation has been associated with proteins producing membrane curvature and fusion, such as reticulons and atlastin. Regulated network fragmentation, occurring in different physiological contexts, is less understood. Here we find that the ER has an embedded fragmentation mechanism based upon the ability of reticulon to produce fission of elongating network branches. In Drosophila, Rtnl1-facilitated fission is counterbalanced by atlastin-driven fusion, with the prevalence of Rtnl1 leading to ER fragmentation. Ectopic expression of Drosophila reticulon in COS-7 cells reveals individual fission events in dynamic ER tubules. Consistently, in vitro analyses show that reticulon produces velocity-dependent constriction of lipid nanotubes leading to stochastic fission via a hemifission mechanism.     Measurement of the e+eπ+πe^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^- cross section from threshold to 1.2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector

    The cross section of the process e+eπ+πe^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^- has been measured in the center of mass energy range from 0.32 to 1.2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000. The measurement is based on a full dataset collected below 1 GeV during three data taking seasons, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of about 62 pb1^{-1}. In the dominant ρ\rho-resonance region, a systematic uncertainty of 0.7% has been reached. At energies around ϕ\phi-resonance the π+π\pi^+\pi^- production cross section was measured for the first time with high energy resolution. The forward-backward charge asymmetry in the π+π\pi^+\pi^- production has also been measured. It shows the strong deviation from the theoretical prediction based on conventional sQED framework and is in good agreement with GVDM and dispersive-based predictions.     Measurement of the pion formfactor with CMD-3 detector and its implication to the hadronic contribution to muon (g-2)

    The cross section of the process e+eπ+πe^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^- has been measured in the center of mass energy range from 0.32 to 1.2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000. The measurement is based on an integrated luminosity of about 88 pb1^{-1} out of which 62 pb1^{-1} constitutes a full dataset collected by CMD-3 at center-of-mass energies below 1 GeV. In the dominant region near ρ\rho-resonance a systematic uncertainty of 0.7% has been reached. The impact of presented results on the evaluation of the hadronic contribution to the anomalous magnetic moment of muon is discussed.Comment: 6 pages, 3 figure
