INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF ORGANIZING SCHOOL NUTRITION
The experience of organizing school nutrition in Europe and usais analyzed. It is noted that long term programs aimed at optimizing schoolchildren nutrition have a beneficial effect on the children's health, culture of their nutrition and quality of life. The importance of carrying out similar programs in Russia is beyond any doubt: according to population research, the basic principles of good nutrition are often not observed, and school breakfasts and lunches do not correspond to the age physiological needs of children and teenagers for nutrient materials and energy. In this situation, the available experience of using vitaminbenriched products as well as vitamin and mineral complexes in children will permit to quickly resolve the existing problems of the improper, and sometimes, insufficient, nutrition.Key words: school nutrition, organization, international experience.</strong

THE FEEDING AND PHYSICAL GROWTH OF THE SCHOOL CHILDREN WITH THE HIGHER LEVEL OF THE BONE TISSUE MINERALIZATION
The article analyzes feeding organization and quality for the children aged between 10 and 16 with the higher level of the bone tissue mineralization. The authors noted down the radical excess of the ration calorie content together with the excess of the protein and especially fat components. The researchers revealed the reduced content of the main vitamins, which contributes to the increase of the bone tissue mineralization levels among children and change in their morphofunctional status with the obesity development. in the given situation, it is necessary to speak of the ration correction according to the main components and distribution of its daily calorie content, as well as the ration supplements by introducing missing vitamins, which the polyvitaminic complexes may prove to be a good alternative to.Key words: children, bone tissue mineralization, food ration, vitamins
FEEDING IN THE ORGANIZED CHILDREN COLLECTIVES AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PHYSICAL GROWTH AND CAPACITY FOR WORK OF THE CHILDREN AGED 6
The authors carried on the study with regards to the feeding, which the preschool children received in the 1141st preschool educational institution. The study of 123 children aged 6 provided the findings in the areas of the physical growth and capacity for work. The average and upper average levels of the physical capacity for work were disclosed among 60β74% of the examined children irrespective of the biomaturity rates and among 86% of children with harmonious and even among 67% of children with disharmonious morpho-functional status.Key words: feeding, physical growth, physical capacity for work, preschool children

The paper presents the possibilities of using biologically active phospholipids, as part of nutrition- al correction of children with mental retardation (CRD). Eighty-five children, 42 children with CRD were examined - the main group of subjects examined for 12 weeks received biologically active phospholipids, isolated112from egg yolk. The control group consisted of 43 children with normal mental development, enrolled in secondary general education. The effect of biologically active phospholipids on the state of lipid metabolism in children with CRD was evaluated. Lipid spectra of erythrocyte and serum membranes were studied before correction and in dynamics after 4 and 12 weeks of nutritional support. Positive shifts in the lipid spectrum in children with CRD were noted with the most pronounced changes by week 12; Dynamic lipid homeostasis is formed, which at the level of cell membranes obeys adaptive changes. The use of biologically active phospholipids is a justified means of nutritional correction of metabolic disturbances in children with mental retardation.Π ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΠ΅ ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½Ρ Π²ΠΎΠ·ΠΌΠΎΠΆΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΠΏΡΠΈΠΌΠ΅Π½Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ Π±ΠΈΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈ Π°ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΡ

HYGIENIC ESTIMATION OF NUTRITION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN ORENBURG REGION (IN THE CONTEXT OF EXPERIMENTAL PROJECT OF NUTRITION ORGANIZATION)
Hygienic peculiarities of nutrition of schoolchildren in 2β3 forms were analyzed in this article. Decreased consumption of biologically valuable food staffs, misbalanced receipt of basic nutrients and insufficient use of some micronutrients (iodine, zinc, vitamins d, Ρ and Π²1, folat) were discovered. Comparison between nutrition of schoolchildren in city and in village showed that there's a significant differences between using of most of nutrients.Key words: schoolchildren, nutrition, macronutrients, micronutrients

To improve the intellectual abilities of children with delay of mental development (DMD) requires an adequate nutritional correction. The article presents the results of the study of the possibility of using biologically active phospholipids (BAPs) in the correction of lipid metabolism of children with DMD. 85 children were examined, of which 42 children with DMD (correctional boarding school) - the main group which received BAPs isolated from egg yolk for 12 weeks. The control group consisted of 43 secondary schoolchildren with normative mental development. An assessment of the effect of BAPs on the state of lipid metabolism in children with DMD was carried out. Lipid spectra of erythrocyte and serum membranes were studied before the correction and in the dynamics after 4 and 12 weeks of nutritional support. Positive shifts in the lipid spectrum in children with DMD with the most pronounced changes had been observed by the 12th week: the dynamic lipid homeostasis at the level of cell membranes was characterized by adaptive changes. The use of BAPs is a justified means of nutritional correction of metabolic disorders of phospholipids in children with DMD.ΠΠ»Ρ ΡΠ»ΡΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΈΠ½ΡΠ΅Π»Π»Π΅ΠΊΡΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡ
