This paper establishes an objective and comprehensive evaluation index system of online P2P lending platforms based on the online P2P lending theory with the Analytic Hierarchy Process in the perspective of lenders. It also makes the empirical analysis which takes ten P2P platforms as examples. The results show that the evaluation system is scientific and reasonable, which can provide references of the rational choice of investment platform for lenders

Research on the Maritime Logistics Pricing Model of Risk-Averse Retailer-Dominated Dual-Channel Supply Chain

    No full text
Price decision is studied in a risk-averse retailer-dominated dual-channel supply chain, which consisting of one manufacturers and one retailer with both off-line and on-line channels. Firstly, two mean-variance models in centralized and decentralized supply chain are established. Secondly, the optimal solutions under the two decision modes are compared and analyzed. The results shows that the price of dual-channel of retailer decreased with the increase of retailers’ risk- aversion coefficient and the standard deviation of the fluctuation of market demand, while the wholesale price changes is on the contrary; in addition, when the market demand is greater than a certain value, the prices of dual channel are correspondingly higher in decentralized supply chain than in centralized supply chain, and vice versa. In addition, when the retailer’s risk aversion is in a certain interval, the expected utility of the whole supply chain is greater in centralized supply chain than in decentralized decision, and vice versa. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the above conclusions

Lug joint is a kind of structure widely used in missile empennages connection. Aiming at the problem of the lug joints in a static experiment,we built the equal simplified FEA model, and systematically analyzed the influence of bolts distribution, stiffness matching of connected parts, bolt fit clearance and bolt preload on stiffness and strength of the joints. Finally, based on the analysis and manufacturability, the original structure got improved and validated by FEA simulation

Effects of Al3+ Substitution on Structural and Magnetic Behavior of CoFe2O4 Ferrite Nanomaterials

A sol-gel autocombustion method was used to synthesize Al3+ ion-substituted cobalt ferrite CoAlxFe2−xO4 (x = 0–1.5). According to X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), cobalt ferrite was in a single cubic phase after being calcined at 1000 °C for 3 h. Moreover, the lattice constant decreased with increase in aluminum substituents. When the sample was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), we found that uniformly sized, well-crystallized grains were distributed in the sample. Furthermore, we confirmed that Al3+ ion-substituted cobalt ferrite underwent a transition from ferrimagnetic to superparamagnetic behavior; the superparamagnetic behavior was completely correlated with the increase in Al3+ ion concentration at room temperature. All these findings were observed in Mössbauer spectra. For the cobalt ferrite CoAlxFe2−xO4, the coercivity and saturation magnetization decrease with an increase in aluminum content. When the annealing temperature of CoAl0.1Fe1.9O4 was steadily increased, the coercivity and saturation magnetization initially increased and then decreased

Research on Degradation of GaN-Based Blue LED Caused by γ Radiation under Low Bias

GaN multiquantum-well blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were radiated with 60Co γ-rays for accumulated doses up to 2.5 Mrad (SiO2). The radiation-induced current and 1/f noise degradations were studied when the devices operate at the low bias voltage. The current increased by 2.31 times, and the 1/f noise increased by 275.69 times after a dose of 2.5 Mrad (SiO2). Based on Hurkx’s trap-assisted tunneling model, the degradation of current was explained. γ radiation created defects in the space-charge region of LEDs. These defects as generation-recombination centers lead to the increase in the current. In addition, based on the quantum l/f noise theory, the degradation of 1/f noise might be also attributed to these defects, which caused an increase in the Hooge constant and a decrease in the carrier lifetimes. The current and 1/f noise degradations can be attributed to the same physical origin. Compared to the current, the 1/f noise parameter is more sensitive, so it may be used to evaluate the radiation resistance capability of GaN blue LEDs

The effects of surgical treatment with chondroblastoma in children and adolescents in open epiphyseal plate of long bones

Abstract Background Chondroblastoma is a rare benign cartilaginous tumor, which primarily occurs in children and adolescents. Chondroblastoma commonly originates in the epiphyseal plate of long bones. An aggressive curettage treatment is recommended to manage lesion, which may jeopardize an open epiphyseal plate and result in limb shortening and deformity as the limb grows and develops. The purpose is to observe surgical effects of chondroblastoma on open epiphyseal plate of long bones in children and adolescents and explore influences on limb growth and development. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 18 cases of long bone chondroblastoma with open epiphyseal growth plate during March 2004 to October 2010 in our center. Seven females and 11 males with mean age of 11.6 ± 2.0 years old (8–15 years) were included. Patients, who suffered from trauma and pathological fracture of the epiphyseal plate or congenital diseases such as poliomyelitis, congenital dementia, and cartilage malnutrition, were excluded. All patients were treated with meticulous intralesional curettage and inactivity with alcohol followed by bone grafts. All cases were followed up 8.2 ± 1.7 years (5–11.5 years). Results All had no local recurrence and distance metastasis. The length of the affected limb was short, 18.47 ± 7.22 mm (1.5–30 mm). There was no obvious relativity with tumor activity (P = 0.061). Meanwhile, there were obvious relativity with the greatest dimension of the lesion (TGD) (P = 0.003), the vertical dimension between edge of lesion and epiphyseal line (TVD) (P = 0.010), and area ratio of lesion to local epiphysis (lesion/growth plate) (P = 0.015). The MSTS93 (Revised Musculoskeletal Tumor Society Rating Scale 93) and SF-36 (Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey) had been significantly improved (P < 0.01). Conclusion Managing of chondroblastoma located in open epiphyseal plate of a long bone with meticulous curettage, inactivity, and bone grafts can control tumor progression and recurrence effectively. Meanwhile, early detection and prompt surgical treatment intervention, which reduced significantly the tumor to influence limb growth and development, get encouraging limb function. Trial registration This is a retrospective study, which was not registered in any trial registry

Preclinical and clinical evidence of NAD+ precursors in health, disease, and ageing

    No full text
NAD+ is a fundamental molecule in human life and health as it participates in energy metabolism, cell signalling, mitochondrial homeostasis, and in dictating cell survival or death. Emerging evidence from preclinical and human studies indicates an age-dependent reduction of cellular NAD+, possibly due to reduced synthesis and increased consumption. In preclinical models, NAD+ repletion extends healthspan and / or lifespan and mitigates several conditions, such as premature ageing diseases and neurodegenerative diseases. These findings suggest that NAD+ replenishment through NAD+ precursors has great potential as a therapeutic target for ageing and age-predisposed diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease. Here, we provide an updated review on the biological activity, safety, and possible side effects of NAD+ precursors in preclinical and clinical studies. Major NAD+ precursors focused on by this review are nicotinamide riboside (NR), nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), and the new discovered dihydronicotinamide riboside (NRH). In summary, NAD+ precursors have an exciting therapeutic potential for ageing, metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases.ISSN:0047-6374ISSN:1568-163
