Modem PLC and Power Quality

W artykule omówiono obowiązujące aktualnie standardy oraz regulacje prawne w zakresie technologii PLC (ang. Power Line Communications). Scharakteryzowano w skrócie kanał transmisyjny, jaki tworzą zwykłe przewody instalacji elektrycznej. Przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów w sieci energetycznej budynku wielomieszkaniowego dużego polskiego miasta. W pomiarach wykorzystano modemy PLC.In this article present Power Line Communications (PLC) technology standards and regulations were examined. Short characterization of PLC channel made from standard power lines was presented. Results of measurements in a multi-apartment bulding in Poland were presented. W artykule zamieszczono wyniki badań symulacyjnych szerokopasmowej transmisji modemowej w środowisku sieci energetycznej. Przedstawiono charakterystykę kanału PLC i występujących w nim zakłóceń. Wykonano eksperymenty mające na celu sprawdzenie możliwości wykorzystania popularnej techniki OFDM do transmisji sygnałów w kanale PLC.In this article simulation research of the model of broadband PLC broadband transmission in home’s electrical systems were performed.
