    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Berkat Cahaya Novena. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh berjumlah 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai t hitung (7,478 ) > t tabel (2,002). Kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung  (6,777)> t tabel (2,002). Secara simultan kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung (48,789) > F tabel (2,770) dengan konstribusi  sebesar 63,1%

    Geomorphological Mapping of Razzaza–Habbaria Area using Remote Sensing Techniques

    Landforms on the earth surface are so expensive to map or monitor. Remote Sensing observations from space platforms provide a synoptic view of terrain on images. Satellite multispectral data have an advantage in that the image data in various bands can be subjected to digital enhancement techniques for highlighting contrasts in objects for improving image interpretability. Geomorphological mapping involves the partitioning of the terrain into conceptual spatial entities based upon criteria. This paper illustrates how geomorphometry and mapping approaches can be used to produce geomorphological information related to the land surface, landforms and geomorphic systems. Remote Sensing application at Razzaza–Habbaria area southwest of Razzaza Lake shows the different geomorphologic units and the land use maps that were delineated from Landsat ETM+ Image. Digital Image unsupervised classification was adopted to delineate the different classes by applying ERDAS 8.4 software.     Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat membawa dampak munculnya sistem pembayaran baru, dimulai dari Uang Elektronik sampai Mata Uang Kripto atau biasa disebut cryptocurrency salah satunya adalah Bitcoin. Keberadaan Bitcoin di satu sisi sangat bermanfaat sebagai alat investasi, namun di sisi lain sangat membahayakan ketika digunakan sebagai alat suatu Tindak Pidana. Bitcoin menggunakan sistem jaringan pembayaran dengan menggunakan sistem peer – to - peer (P2P), Bitcoin seringkali digunakan pada beberapa situs illegal dan aksesbilitas yang hanya bisa diakses melalui Dark Web. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Bitcoin sebagai alat transaksi pembelian Narkotika dan juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui perskeptif Hukum Pidana pada Bitcoin yang digunakan sebagai alat transaksi Tindak Pidana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan. Disajikan dalam bentuk teks naratif dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Bitcoin dapat digunakan sebagai alat pembayaran suatu Tindak Pidana dengan cara mengakses Dark Web yang hanya dapat diakses menggunakan The Onion Router (TOR) hal ini sangat memungkin dijadikan sebagai alat transaksi suatu Tindak Pidana dan sampai saat ini praktis hanya Undang – Undang Nomor Undang – Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2011 tentang Mata Uang yang hanya membahas mengenai Mata Uang yang sah. Jika melihat dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 18/40/PBI/2016 dan Nomor PBI 19/12/2017 hanya mengatur sanksi administrasi bukanlah sanksi pidana

    Generation and characterization of pigment mutants of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii CC-124

    The induced mutagenesis method for deriving pigment mutants of a green microalga, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii CC-124 and their pigment composition as well as ability to assess mutability of contaminated aquatic ecosystems were studied. In the present study, 14086 mutants (colonies) were obtained by exposure of the wild strain, C. reinhardtii CC-124, to 1, 2, 3, 5 min of ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. After screening, these mutants (colonies) revealed four pigmented mutants (124y-1, 124p-1, 124y-2 and 124p- 2). Compared to the wild CC-124, these mutants are characterized by a decrease in chlorophyll a & b content and an increase in carotenoids. The lowest decrease in chlorophyll a was three to four folds, while the highest increase in carotenoids was two to four folds. The result of bio-test, using the resulting pigment mutant of C. reinhardtii 124y-1 showed that mutagenic activity was observed significantly in both Tekeli River and Pavlodar Oil Refinery in Kazakhstan; the waste water of the Pavlodar Oil Refinery had high-toxicity while the water of the Tekeli River had medium-toxicity.Keywords: Ultraviolet (UV) mutagenesis, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, biotesting

    The position and the area of any spot can be determined in different modes and using satellite image is one of them. For this mode there are many applications like in determining the positions and the areas of the water pollution spots (the rivers, the streams, the marshes….etc.), the air pollution spots, for different agriculture lands ….etc. In this mode, the area of any spot on the satellite image can be determined by finding the planimetric (Grid) coordinates (x, y) for the periphery points of the spot using ERDAS Imagine Software Programme Ver. 9.2 if the satellite image is rectified , but if it isn’t a special method is used for the rectification of the satellite image then the positions and the areas can be determined

    OPTIMIZATION OF DEM INTERPOLATION

    Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) are simply regular grids of elevation measurements over the land surface. DEMs are mainly extracted by applying the technique of stereo measurements on images available from photogrammetry and remote sensing. DEMs play a vital role in many scientific, environmental, engineering as well as military applications which need accurate and dense DEMs. However, generating a dense and accurate DEM comes with the price of spending both time and money on the field measurements. Fortunately, advanced space technology has provided much single (if not stereo) high resolution satellite imageries almost worldwide with the available global or local DEMs. This study included evaluating both DEM produced from topographic map and raster DEM after resolution enhancement by using single satellite image. According to the results of these experiments, a strategy was proposed for using the reflectance data to enhance the accuracy of DEM interpolation.     Balance assessment in Multiple Sclerosis and cerebellar ataxia: rationale, protocol and demographic data

    A core set of standardized balance measures are required for use in rehabilitation among people with multiple sclerosis (MS) and cerebellar ataxia. An earlier systematic review and Delphi survey identified the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), the Timed Up and Go test (TUG), Posture and Gait sub-component of the International Co-operative Ataxia Rating Scale (PG of ICARS) and the gait, sitting and stance sub-components of the Scale for the Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA Bal) as suitable balance measures. This study aims to estimate the reliability, validity and interpretability of these measures. This study will recruit 60 participants with multiple sclerosis with secondary cerebellar involvement across four centres in New Zealand and the United States of America. Participants will be assessed and videotaped performing the BBS, TUG, SARA Bal and PG of ICARS by trained physiotherapists. Barthel Index, Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS), Disease duration, ICARS and SARA will also be assessed to determine validity. A second assessment to determine reliability will be conducted by assessors watching the video-recording. Data collection is in progress, 44 samples have been collected and the demographic data are presented. The findings of this study will recommend a core set of reliable, valid and interpretable measures that are suitable for clinical practice and research for the assessment of balance among adults with MS and cerebellar ataxia. Minimal Clinically Important Difference (MCID) and cut-off scores to predict the use of assistive walking device will be established

    Equitable development is one of the pillars that lead to a golden Indonesia 2045. Equitable development in the aspect of education is the main key for a country to excel in global competition. Education is considered the most strategic field for realizing national welfare. Therefore, students' comfort in learning and ease of access to education must be guaranteed because this is the first step in helping to realize national welfare. Many factors can affect a student's learning outcomes, one of which is inadequate infrastructure. This research aims to explore the influence of infrastructure on student learning continuity. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected using interview and observation techniques. The results show that infrastructure is indeed proven to affect student learning outcomes and in realizing equitable development in this aspect of education there are still challenges that continue to arise, such as lack of funding. Therefore, this study recommends that the central government can focus the state budget in terms of education budget to equalize access to education in Indonesia and realize the creation of national welfare and a superior golden generation
