Regional Innovation and Investment Development in Conditions of Cluster Industrial Policy

An important task of the modern industrial policy of the region is to ensure the growth of the industrial component on the basis of innovation and investment development of industries. Issues of post-crisis development and economic growth in conditions of limited resources were considered. The effectiveness of industrial policies in the region needs to be matched to real innovation and investment opportunities. On the basis of the analysis, a model on the formation of directions of innovation and investment development of industrial policy of the Samara region was developed. The relationship between the factors of innovative development of enterprises and the level of investment activity in the industrial sector of the region has been determined.
