Objective: to evaluate behavioral risk factors (BRF) in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and to determine the ways of improvement of the approaches to preventive consulting targeted to increase medico-economic efficiency of the prevention of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs).Material and methods. A total of 107 patients aged 40β60 years old that attended health-promoting schools for patients with AH at the institutions of primary medical help in Moscow in 2017β2019 were surveyed. The authors used diagnostic criteria of the risk factors for noncommunicable diseases that have behavioral character according to the classification of the World Health Organization (WHO). Along with that, the authors reviewed the opinion of 128 top managers of the institutions of primary medical help that attended the courses of their qualification improvement βOrganization of public healthcareβ in 2019. The course was dedicated to the possible ways of improvement of preventive consulting of patients with AH and BRF. The methods of content analysis, synthesis, statistical analysis, comparison, etc. were applied. The authors analyzed the documentation on the prevention of CVDs, scientific publications on the subject from eLibrary, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Scopus databases, and official sites of biomedical journals.Results. The sociological survey revealed data on the presence of BRF of non-communicable diseases in patients aged 40β60 years old with verified AH based on scientifically proven criteria and WHO classification. These criteria allowed to evaluate the degree of the proneness of patients with AH to the influence of harmful risk factors (smoking, alcohol consumption, lack of physical activity, unhealthy eating habits) and their combinations. The sociological survey data obtained from the top management of institutions of primary medical help indicated the necessity of the improvement of approaches to group preventive consulting of patients with AH and BRF.Conclusion. The results of the study revealed the main areas of the systemic mistakes in the preventive consulting of patients with AH that have BRF, associated with the evaluation of individual-psychological peculiarities of a personality, and in the organizational aspects of preventive counseling.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ:

Purpose: study and evaluation of modifiable potential risk factors of health of heads of medical organizations in terms of structural and technological modernization of the health system, the growing need for highly qualified management personnel. Efficiency of activity of medical associations largely due to the level of health managers, allowing to solve problems of activities of medical organizations in the modern fastchanging environmental conditions. Based on international experience and our own research the authors identified features of the state of health of heads of medical organizations, and the degree of exposure to risk factors for no communicable diseases; considered approaches to assess motivation and psychological readiness to promote the health and potential of managerial personnel in the formation of health-saving behavior. Methods: in the present study, the following methods were used: systemic approach, content analysis, methods of social diagnosis (questionnaires, interviews), comparative analysis, method of expert evaluations, and method of statistical processing of information. Results: reviewed and proposed approaches to use preventive measures prevention of risk factors of non-communicable diseases healthcare leaders, forming health-preserving behavior. Conclusions and Relevance: in modern scientific studies on the health of medical workers, including heads of medical institutions, defined the modern methodological approaches to formation of health-saving behavior and maintaining healthy lifestyle health care workers. Despite the high awareness of heads of medical organizations in the area of influence of risk factors on health, accessibility of medical care for the diagnosis and correction of risk factors of chronic no communicable diseases, risk factors of health among healthcare leaders have sufficient prevalence. Health-promoting behavior model is not a conscious lifestyle leader and formed as a reaction if you have symptoms of health disorders. Among the leaders of medical organizations appears typical for the whole population the situation: lack of awareness of the true state of their health, the presence of manifestations of the negative impact of modifiable risk factors of health, low motivation and psychological readiness for health promotion. The necessary intensification of actions aimed at shaping the attitudes of the heads of medical institutions for their health as the managed category healthy behavior. The health of the heads of medical institutions affect the efficiency of healthcare organizations and is reflected in the quality of medical care provided to the population.Β Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ: ΠΠ·ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΠΈ ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΊΠ° ΠΌΠΎΠ΄ΠΈΡΠΈΡΠΈΡΡΠ΅ΠΌΡΡ

Direct high-precision measurement of the mass difference of As-Se related to neutrino mass determination
The first direct determination of the ground-state-to-ground-state
-decay -value of As to Se was performed by
measuring their atomic mass difference utilizing the double Penning trap mass
spectrometer, JYFLTRAP. The resulting -value is 684.463(70) keV,
representing a remarkable 24-fold improvement in precision compared to the
value reported in the most recent Atomic Mass Evaluation (AME2020). With the
significant reduction of the uncertainty of the ground-state-to-ground-state
-value and knowledge of the excitation energies in Se from
-ray spectroscopy, the ground-state-to-excited-state -value of the
transition As (3/2, ground state) Se
(5/2, 680.1035(17) keV) was refined to be 4.360(70) keV. We confirm that
this potential low -value -decay transition for neutrino mass
determination is energetically allowed at a confidence level of about
60. Nuclear shell-model calculations with two well-established
effective Hamiltonians were used to estimate the partial half-life for the low
-value transition. The half-life was found to be of the order of 10
years for this first-forbidden non-unique transition, which rules out this
candidate a potential source for rare-event experiments searching for the
electron antineutrino mass.Comment: 8 pages, 4 figure
High-precision measurements of low-lying isomeric states in In with JYFLTRAP double Penning trap
Neutron-rich In isotopes have been studied utilizing the double
Penning trap mass spectrometer JYFLTRAP at the IGISOL facility. Using the
phase-imaging ion-cyclotron-resonance technique, the isomeric states were
resolved from ground states and their excitation energies measured with high
precision in In. In In, the states were
separated and their masses were measured while the energy difference between
the unresolved and states, whose presence was confirmed by
post-trap decay spectroscopy was determined to be keV. In addition,
the half-life of Cd, s, was extracted.
Experimental results were compared with energy density functionals, density
functional theory and shell-model calculations.Comment: 11 pages, 7 figure

First investigation on the isomeric ratio in multinucleon transfer reactions: Entrance channel effects on the spin distribution
The multinucleon transfer (MNT) reaction approach was successfully employed
for the first time to measure the isomeric ratios (IRs) of Po
(25/2) isomer and its (9/2) ground state at the IGISOL facility using a
945 MeV Xe beam impinged on Bi and Pb targets. The
dominant production of isomers compared to the corresponding ground states was
consistently revealed in the -decay spectra. Deduced IR of Po
populated through the Xe+Pb reaction was found to enhance
1.8-times than observed for Xe+Bi. State-of-the-art
Langevin-type model calculations have been utilized to estimate the spin
distribution of an MNT residue. The computations qualitatively corroborate with
the considerable increase in IRs of Po produced from Xe+Pb compared to Xe+Bi. Theoretical investigations indicate
a weak influence of target spin on IRs. The enhancement of the Po
isomer in the Xe+Pb over Xe+Bi can be
attributed to the different proton ()-transfer production routes.
Estimations demonstrate an increment in the angular momentum transfer,
favorable for isomer production, with increasing projectile energy. Comparative
analysis indicates the two entrance channel parameters, projectile mass and
-transfer channels, strongly influencing the population of the high-spin
isomer of Po (25/2). This is the first experimental and theoretical
investigation on the IRs of nuclei produced via different channels of MNT
reactions, with the latter quantitatively underestimating the former by a
factor of two.Comment: 5 figure
Isospin symmetry breaking in the T=1, A=70 triplet
Excited states in the Kr70 and Br70 nuclei were populated via the Ca40(S32,2n)Kr70 and Ca40(S32,pn)Br70 fusion-evaporation reactions at the Accelerator Laboratory of the University of JyvΓ€skylΓ€. The 2+βΆ0+ and 4+βΆ2+ transitions in Kr70 have been found to be 881(1) keV and (tentatively) 1037(2) keV, respectively. Several new Ξ³-ray transitions were also identified in Br70, and the T=1 band has been tentatively extended up to JΟ=10+. The newly observed transitions in Kr70 and Br70 resolve discrepancies in the previously reported results for these nuclei. The experimental Coulomb, triplet, and mirror energy differences are compared with the results of two independent shell-model calculations. The comparisons aim to investigate the shape evolution and the role of the isospin breaking interactions in this mass region
Laser Spectroscopy of Neutron-Rich 207,208Hg Isotopes : Illuminating the Kink and Odd-Even Staggering in Charge Radii across the NΒ =126 Shell Closure
International audienceThe mean-square charge radii of Hg207,208 (Z=80, N=127, 128) have been studied for the first time and those of Hg202,203,206 (N=122, 123, 126) remeasured by the application of in-source resonance-ionization laser spectroscopy at ISOLDE (CERN). The characteristic kink in the charge radii at the N=126 neutron shell closure has been revealed, providing the first information on its behavior below the Z=82 proton shell closure. A theoretical analysis has been performed within relativistic Hartree-Bogoliubov and nonrelativistic Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov approaches, considering both the new mercury results and existing lead data. Contrary to previous interpretations, it is demonstrated that both the kink at N=126 and the odd-even staggering (OES) in its vicinity can be described predominately at the mean-field level and that pairing does not need to play a crucial role in their origin. A new OES mechanism is suggested, related to the staggering in the occupation of the different neutron orbitals in odd- and even-A nuclei, facilitated by particle-vibration coupling for odd-A nuclei
