El acervo escolar: manual de organización y cuidados básicos

The purpose of this study was offering sanitation techniques, conditioning (precautionary preservation) and little restoration for preserving the most important documentation of the school´s history. In 2004 was published “ El Acervo Escolar Manual”: organization and documents basic cares which work was done by the filing-clerk Iomar Zaia together with El Centro de Memoria de la Educación de la Facultad de Educación de la USP. Due to the great interest showed by researchers and scholar teams about how to keep the scholar records, also there was an interest that has to do with update documental preservation searching techniques as theoretical discussions suggested by the Education History field. For solving this issue it was provided a guide to the schools that allowed their teams to find support for doing the scholar records documental preservation. This work was decisive for extending the possibilities of understanding of the school history from then and now. Debido al interés cada vez mayor mostrado por investigadores y por equipos escolares en relación a los Archivos Escolares – tanto entorno de la búsqueda de técnicas más actualizadas de conservación documental como de discusiones teóricas colocadas por el campo de la Historia de la Educación–, se ofrece una guía para que las escuelas y su equipo encuentren soporte para el trabajo de conservación documental de los Archivos Escolares, fundamental para ampliar las posibilidades de comprender la historia de la escuela de ayer y hoy. The text has as main proposal to present some questions related with the treatment of historical educational archives inside of the education institutions in that it says respect to the access to the information by the development of researches. One understands that, for beyond the practical ones of research also has the practical ones of the archive that relates concerns about the preservation of the documentary support, its organization and its access. The treatment, in the present text of these questions takes as base the experiences accumulated in the participation in three projects organized for professors of the College of Education of the Universidty of São Paulo (FEUSP) as researchers of the Center of Memory of the Educacion (CME-FEUSP), throughout almost one decade

O lugar do arquivo permanente dentro de um centro de memória escolar

One understands that, for beyond the practical ones of research also has the practical ones of the archive that relates concerns about the preservation of the documentary support, its organization and its access. The treatment, in the present text of these questions takes as base the experiences accumulated in the participation in three projects organized for professors of the College of Education of the Universidty of São Paulo (FEUSP) as researchers of the Center of Memory of the Educacion (CME-FEUSP), throughout almost one decade. O texto tem como proposta principal apresentar algumas questões relacionadas ao tratamento de arquivos educacionais históricos dentro das instituições de ensino no que diz respeito ao acesso à informação para o desenvolvimento de pesquisas. Entende-se que, para além das práticas de pesquisa, há também as práticas do arquivo que relacionam preocupações quanto à preservação do suporte documental, sua organização e seu acesso. O tratamento, neste texto, dessas questões toma como base as experiências acumuladas na participação em três projetos organizados por docentes da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de São Paulo (FEUSP) como pesquisadores do Centro de Memória da Educação (CME-FEUSP), ao longo de quase uma década.
