ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMING THE READINESS OF FUTURE TEACHERS FOR PROJECT ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION OF EDUCATION
Introduction: In the article the organizational and pedagogical conditions of readiness of future teachers for the project activity in conditions of digitalization of education are analyzed. The structure of readiness is defined, which includes the following components: motivational-value, contentprocedural, organizational-managerial, reflex-appraisal. The motivation-value component is aimed at stimulating the motivational attitude of the students to the project activity, understanding its significance for future pedagogical activity. The content-procedural component is aimed at the phased development of the project activities, including the entire life cycle of the project: research, planning, development, deployment and quality assessment. The organizational and management component is aimed at the organization of interaction between teachers, students, administration of the university, developing strategic goals, predicting the result of project activities, performing diagnostics and control in project management. The impact-assessment component is aimed at the formation of a reflective readiness for the project activity. Materials and methods: When writing the article, the following methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis and synthesis of existing special domestic and foreign scientific and methodological literature, a conceptual analysis of scientific articles and publications. An interdisciplinary scientific and theoretical analysis of the problem was conducted on the subject of the research, as a result of which the conclusion was made that the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the readiness of future teachers for the project activity are to be developed.Results: The set of organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary and sufficient for the successful formation of the project activity of future teachers in conditions of digitalization of education is justified. The program of experimental and experimental research of the readiness of future teachers for the project activity on motivational-value, substantive-procedural, organizational and managerial, reflective-evaluative components is implemented, ensuring objectivity, complexity, consistency of monitoring and evaluation of the results of project activities.Discussion and Conclusions: The willingness and ability of future teachers to carry out project activities in the digital environment will effectively organize the educational process in the digital ag
DESIGNING A SINGLE ELECTRONIC PLATFORM FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE UNIVERSITY
Introduction: in the article questions of creation of a modern digital environment of management of educational programs in high school are considered. The implementation of a new model for the management of educational programs in the university requires the creation of a single electronic platform for the management of educational programs, integrated into the electronic information and educational environment of the university, which includes components for managing the content, process, resources, contingent, finances and quality of basic professional educational programs. Under the single electronic platform for the management of educational programs, we will understand the aggregate of information, educational, organizational, managerial solutions that provide interactive interaction between participants in the educational process, aimed at the effective management of educational programs in the university.Materials and methods: when writing the article, the following methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis and synthesis of existing special domestic and foreign scientific and methodological literature, a conceptual analysis of scientific articles and publications on the topic; study and synthesis of both domestic and foreign developments and the implementation of projects to create digital environments in the management of education; application of methods of generalization, comparison, forecastingResults: he principles of building a single electronic platform for the management of educational programs in the university, required for electronic services and necessary for their integration into the IOS: openness, integration, interactivity, personification, nonlinearity are formulated. A system of services for a single electronic platform for managing educational programs has been developed, which includes: the Personal Office of the Head of OPOP, the Profile of the Scientific and Pedagogical Worker, the Card for the Personal and Professional Development of Students, the Assessment of the Profitability of OPOP, and the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of OPOP.Discussion and Conclusions: the creation of a single electronic platform for the management of educational programs in the university will allow to optimize the processes of administering educational programs and improve the quality of service functions for students, scientific and pedagogical staff and university staff

STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE UNIVERSITY
The article deals with issues related to the problems of the existing system of management of the educational process in the context of the implementation of the main professional educational program (OPOP) in the university. Strategic guidelines in the field of management of educational programs are defined. Under the management of OPOP is understood the management of multidimensional educational products, oriented to the labor market and the implementation of social and educational requirements, including: management of content, process, resources, continent, finance, quality. he modern head of the educational program, which is the leader of this area of the program, should be ready to perform various types of activities: design, organizational, managerial, social and psychological covering all stages of the life cycle of the management of educational programs in the university.
