In thiscase we present sporadic Morganella morganii infectionon sinonasal region with the presence of sinusitis, sinocutaneousfistula, preseptal cellulitis and hard palate defecton 58 year old male diabetic patient. Microbiologicalassessment from open wound and sinuses were reportedas Morganella morganii.
