PENGEMBANGAN MODUL FISIKA BERBASIS KONTEKSTUAL MATERI DINAMIKA PARTIKEL
This reserch is a research and development with the aim of developing Contextual-Based Physics Module on Particle Dynamic to Improve Learning Achievement of Students Grade X of SMA Negeri 5 Jayapura. The total number samples of this research is 32 students of SMA Negeri 5 Jayapura grade X, using one group pre-test post-test design with percentage descriptive data analysis technique to know the feasibility of the module. The research shows that: 1) the development of module with collecting information phase through bibliography research and field research, product design includes draft writing, design validating, and product design revising, and development phase consists of validating and trial, 2) the feasibility of the module compiled based on material validator resulted on average of 92% with feasible category and students response category of 88% with feasible category, 3) there is progress of achievement of studens grade X with learning using contextual-based physic module in particle dynamic with n-Gain RPP1 0,52, RPP2 0,58, RPP3 0,61, and the average is 0,57 medium category, and 4) the strengths of contextual-based physics module are: simple language used, providing material with contextual illustrations and examples, and equipped with guidance manual that eases the students to do individual learnin
EDUKASI GIZI DAN PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN MAKANAN TAMBAHAN SEHAT DAN BERGIZI PADA IBU HAMIL
Abstrak: Kehamilan merupakan suatu proses fisiologis yang terjadi pada setiap wanita. Masa ini merupakan periode yang sangat penting bagi pembentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa yang akan datang karena tumbuh kembang anak akan sangat di tentukan oleh kondisi pada saat janin dalam kandungan. Bila status gizi ibu normal pada masa sebelum dan selama hamil kemungkinan besar akan melahirkan bayi yang sehat, cukup bulan dengan berat badan normal. Oleh karena itu perbaikan gizi penting untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabmas ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi gizi dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan tambahan yang sehat dan bergizi pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Multiwahana Palembang. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, demonstrasi dan pendampingan pembuatan makanan tambahan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan pada ibu hamil sebesar 44 point dan sebanyak 25 orang (100%) ibu hamil telah berhasil membuat makanan tambahan dari tiga resep yang sudah dicontohkan. Disarankan kepada ibu hamil selalu mengkonsumsi makanan tambahan yang sehat dan bergizi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi selama hamil.Abstract:Â Pregnancy is a physiological process that occurs in every woman. This period is a very important period for the formation of the quality of human resources in the future because the growth and development of children will be largely determined by the conditions at the time of the fetus in the womb. If the nutritional status of the mother is normal before and during pregnancy, it is likely that she will give birth to a healthy, full-term baby with a normal weight. Therefore, improving nutrition is important to improve the health of pregnant women. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide nutrition education and training on making healthy and nutritious complementary foods to pregnant women in the work area of the Palembang Multiwahana Health Center. The methods used are counseling, demonstration and assistance in making additional food. The results obtained indicate that there is an increase in the average knowledge of pregnant women by 44 points and as many as 25 pregnant women (100%) have succeeded in making additional food from the three recipes that have been exemplified. It is recommended that pregnant women always consume additional healthy and nutritious foods to meet nutritional needs during pregnancy

Religious Harmony Construct Amid A Plural Community in East Java
This study examined the harmonization of five religions (Islam, Catholicism, Protestantism, Hinduism, and Buddhism) that are adhered to by the people of Mojorejo Village, Batu, East Java. This village has an important role, as it becomes the first area in Batu, East Java – that implement and develop the concept of religious pluralism and harmonization in one village area thus it has been awarded as “A Village that is Aware of Religious Harmony” from the government of Batu. Therefore, this study aimed to understand the constructs of religious harmony that have been successfully established in Mojorejo Village, Batu, East Java. The theory underlying this study is Nurcholis Madjid’s theory of humanist pluralism. This study used a qualitative approach to produce descriptive data in the form of oral, written, and observable behavior. Through three data collection methods (observation, in-depth interview, a study of documents), this study concludes that the religious harmony construct of the Mojorejo Village community is established from a pattern of accustoming mutual respect among villagers which is carried out both naturally and sustainably. This continuity manifests through cooperation in three ways: religious, social, and cultural cooperation so that it can lead to the emerge of perspectives, ideas, and a social environment capable of maintaining and preserving religious plurality in harmony. Therefore, the application of religious harmony in Mojorejo Village, Batu, East Java can be used as an alternative solution for other areas in locating and facilitating religious plurality so that it remains harmonious amid a pluralistic community
Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam Melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah
Based on observations and documentation, it is found that in SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Singosari Malang in the last three years the number of students has decreased. From 2016 with a number of students totaling 180 people, decreased in 2017 to 160 people and in 2018 to 150 students. This phenomenon is the focus of the problem so this research aims to analyze the role of the headmaster of the Muhammadiyah 4 Junior High School in Singosari Malang in improving the quality of education through school-based management. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Muhammadiyah 4 Junior High School Singosari was used as the object of research. The results of the study stated that: 1) The headmaster of Muhammadiyah 4 Junior High School had performed the managerial task well. The planning aspect is done by placing the human resources of educators according to their competencies. In the aspect of implementation and supervision the school principal is fully responsible. In the aspect of administration evaluation done well, but in the aspect of indicators, it has not been clearly determined in each semester / year. 2) There are two obstacles experienced by school principals, namely non-permanent human resources in schools and infrastructure facilities especially the PAI laboratory for the means of knowledge and development of PAI in schools
Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah sebagai Landasan Kepala Sekolah dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam
As a management concept in the field of education management, School Based Management (SBM) was born in the midst of an era of freedom that has emerged since 2004. Through a central government policy that gives flexibility to each education unit in the region to manage their respective institutions. The aims of this article is to analyze: 1) Philosophical foundation of School Based Management (MBS) implementation at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang, 2) The role of school headmaster in improving the quality of Islamic Education at Muhammadiyah 4 SMP Malang. Therefore, this research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. By using observations, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques, this study concludes namely: 1) The philosophical foundation of policy implementation in SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang refers to the vision and mission announced by the school, 2) The headmaster of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang has carried out a managerial process well. Abstrak
Sebagai sebuah konsep manajemen di bidang pengelolaan pendidikan, Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) lahir di tengah-tengah era kebebasan yang telah mengemuka sejak tahun 2004 silam. Melalui kebijakan pemerintah pusat yang memberi keleluasaan pada tiap satuan pendidikan di daerah untuk mengelola lembaganya masing-masing. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini ialah untuk menganalisis: 1) Landasan filosofis implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang, 2) Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang. Oleh karenanya, riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, penelitian ini berkesimpulan antara lain: 1) Landasan filosofis implementasi kebijakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang mengacu pada visi misi yang dicanangkan oleh sekolah, 2) Kepala SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang telah melakukan proses manajerial dengan baik. Namun, pada tahapan evaluation terdapat beberapa aktivitas yang belum dilakukan proses evaluasi dengan baik, sehingga tidak mampu menemukan letak kekurangan dalam proses kegiatan yang dilakukan.

Obstacles Faced by College Students in Solving Probability Word Problems
There are many difficulties that can be identified when students solve mathematic problems especially in solving probability word problems. This study was conducted to identify the major obstacles faced by matriculation college students while solving the probability of an event word problems. Seven college students were the sample for this case study. Clinical interviews are used as a data collection. This data collection technique was selected based on the researcher’s observation on the participants as they answered the probability word problem task. The task was given during the interview session. Semi structured interviews are used to obtain in depth information. Think-aloud analysis involves observations leading to individual behaviours in the oral or nonverbal form of participants and the researcher’s field notes. Participants were found to have difficulty interpreting probabilities. There are three categories of difficulties that have been identified, namely not knowing the meaning of the word, not knowing the nature of the probability and not being able to identify the goal of the probability word problem
Edukasi Kewirausahaan Dalam Kemandirian Remaja Masjid Ar Ridwan Pamulang
Karakter wirausaha merupakan salah satu cerminan dari revolusi karakter yang ditunjukkan ciri kepribadian individu yang mengarah pada jiwa-jiwa kemandirian. Kondisi pandemic Covid 19 menuntut kreatifitas untuk mandiri dalam segala hal, termasuk dalam hal mengembangkan usaha. Karenanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diperuntukkan bagi generasi muda untuk bangkit dan mandiri dengan tujuan edukasi kewirausaan bagi remaja masjid dalam mempersiapkan diri menjadi generasi yang mandiri dan mampu membuat usaha sendiri. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 15 orang peserta dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan yaitu lecture,  demonstrasi dan pendampingan. Hasil pelatihan diperoleh bahwa peserta sangat tertarik berminat untuk memiliki usaha sendiri, hal ini sesuai dengan jawaban responden bahwa materi yang diberikan jelas, mudah diikuti dan relevan dengan objektivitas pelatihah  sebanyak 14 orang (96 %) menyatakan sangat baik. Selain itu Sebagian besar peserta pelatihan tertarik untuk mengembangkan usaha mandiri. Kata Kunci: Edukasi; Kewirausahaan; Remaja Masjid; Mandiri
PENERAPAN EMPLOYER BRANDING DALAM SUATU PERUSAHAAN : STUDI BEBERAPA LITERATURE
Employer branding pada dasarnya adalah sebuah konsep yang bisa diterapkan di dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk membuat para pekerja atau karyawan nyaman dan merasa perusahaan tesebut adalah tempat yang baik untuk bekerja. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan harus memberikan keuntungan lebih kepada karyawan atau fasilitas yang dapat mendorong karyawan agar merasa seperti tinggal dirumah sendiri. Employer branding sendiri sebenarnya memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, employer branding dilakukan untuk membuat karyawan yang bekerja merasa senang bekerja di perusahan tersebut dan yang kedua bertujuan untuk proses seleksi karyawan baru agar lebih mudah menemukan kandidat terbaik serta mempertahankannya. Jadi dengan memanfaatkan employer branding maka perusahaan menjadi lebih baik dimata karyawan begitu juga akan ada banyak calon karyawan baru yang berminat bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case studi yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi branding perusahaan dan efeknya terhadap kinerja organisasi.
