kalangan pelajar laki-laki Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (Laki-Laki) Methodist
Kuala Lumpur.

and use of higher level of technology. A model developed and empirically tested through survey data obtained from 135 organizations. This model was analyzed using SPSS and test exploratory factor analysis. The result indicates effort expectancy has been removing and this study decides to replace this construct resistance to use. Thus,
this study contributes to existing literature by incorporating resistance of use of new construct UTAUT theory as a proposed model
Empowering smart customer to participate in electricity supply system
In the current discussion towards a more energy efficient supply and demand in
household settings, nations such as smart grid, smart meters and smart appliances are of

The Characteristics of Users in the Adoption of Low Loss Microwave Transmission Glass: A Conceptual Paper
AbstractThis paper aims to examine the relationship between users’ characteristics towards adopting the LLMTG. These relations were found correlated in its intention to adopt this type of glass in building structures. Despite the indication provided by numerous empirical studies, the organizations that adopt the LLMTG will gain more competitive advantage and improvement. It is strongly believed that this attempt would contribute both to knowledge of the diffusion of innovation and to implications for practice by assisting the industry to understand the important factors when adopting innovation. Rich data will be collected using questionnaire among managers from all industrial in Malaysia
Entrepreneurial Potential: An Exploratory Study Of A Community In Johor
Two frequently cited personal traits associated with entrepreneurial potential are internal locus of control and innovativeness. This paper hypothesizes that internal
locus of control and innovativeness is sufficient to explain entrepreneurial potential. This hypothesis was tested on a set of 124 responses to a survey did to a community in Johor. Eighteen items in the survey instrument were used to construct scales for innovativeness and locus of control. Items for the innovativeness scale were adapted
from the Jackson Personality Inventory while items used for the locus of control scale were adapted from Rotter’s I-E scale. The results found an increased likelihood of an
internal locus of control and innovativeness that support entrepreneurial orientation. To be motivated to act, potential entrepreneurs must perceive themselves as capable
and psychologically equipped to face the challenges. This work has been supported by Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.

Personality-Environment Congruency of Land Settlement Youth Entrepreneurs in Malaysia
The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of person-environment congruency on the relationship between organisational culture and organisational commitment. Data were obtained from entrepreneur youth who were member and in the leadership position of FELDA Youth Organisation in Malaysia (n=408). Person-environment congruency was found to be a significant mediator of the relationship between organisational culture and organisational commitment. This has wide-ranging implications for organisational development consultants who intend to shape the culture of various organisations, on the assumption that certain organisational cultures directly lead to certain desirable employee outcomes. Leaders need to pay attention to not only their organisational culture such as training, rewards, teamwork and communication, but to also ensure that they are aimed towards improving the fit between individuals and their work environment. Whereas previous research tends to look at P-E congruency as a predictor of employee outcomes, this is one study to provide evidence of P-E fit as a mediator of the relationship between organisational culture and organisational commitment
