    Each of students appealingly is entitled to gain a chance to achieve a satisfactory academic performance. In other words, s/he has the same opportunity to gain satisfactory learning outcomes. As the matter of fact, every student has various differences both in terms of intellectual abilities, talents, interests, willingness, attention, participation, family background, attitudes, and study habits that sometimes very conspicuous between one to another. Consequently, they receive diversity in satisfactory learning outcomes. This study aims to illustrate the improvement of students' understanding in diagnostic lectures of learning difficulties through tutorial teaching using method of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students enrolled in one of the difficulty diagnostic lecture sessions during semester of January - June 2016 amounted to 37 people. This research used observation format as research instrument through tutorial activity, diagnostic PTK diagnostic instrument and answer sheet. Data was analysed applying descriptive statistical techniques, whereas the analysis of diagnostic PTK instruments of learning difficulties based on scores obtained by the students and described in tabulation. The results of this study revealed that there is an improvement in student understanding in diagnostic lecture of learning difficulties through tutorial teaching

    Hubungan Persepsi Siswa tentang Proses Peminatan dengan Aspirasi Karir Siswa

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan, mendeskripsikan aspirasi karir siswa, dan menguji  hubungan persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan dengan aspirasi karir siswa. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif  korelasional dengan sampel 85 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan dan instrumen aspirasi karir siswa yang dikembangkan oleh Afriyadi Sofyan (2013). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui sebagian besar persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan berada pada kategori cukup baik, namun memiliki kecenderungan baik, sebagian besar aspirasi karir siswa berada pada kategori sedang, namun memiliki kecenderungan tinggi, serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan dengan aspirasi karir siswa. Perlu upaya guru BK untuk lebih  meningkatkan pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling, agar pelaksanaan proses peminatan dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan dan dapat meningkatkan aspirasi karir siswa

    The teenager who have more motivation in studying will do many activities that be useful in learning process. If they are able to think and make sure about their will have more motivation to study, have a good socialization and can manage their passion. The purpose of the research is analyzing about correlation between self-esteem with motivation in studying of  teenage orphanage ‘Aisyiyah Lubuk Bagalung Padang. Kind of research is quantitative by using correlation descriptive. The subjects of the research are 30 students. The instruments are inventory and questionnaires. The result of the research shows that there are correlation between self-esteem and motivation in studying significantly by lowing correlation

    Perilaku Sosial Siswa di Sekolah dan Implikasinya terhadap Pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling

    Adolescences tend to join and interact with their social groups or peer groups better than their parent. Good social behavior provide acceptance in social groups, otherwise improperly social behavior can provoke rejection. This research is purposed to describe student’s social behavior in school in terms of aggression, conformity and nonverbal communication, and its implication to guidance and counseling treatment. This research is descriptive, with research subject of 47 students of VIII and IX class in SMP N 25 Padang. Research finding reveal that social behavior of students in school in term of aggression is unfavorable (58.39%), social behavior of students in school in term of conformity is unfavorable (60.95%), and social behavior of students in school in term of nonverbal communication is unfavorable (63.91%). Overall, the social behavior of students in school is unfavorable (61.56%)

Research methods used are descriptive analysis. Population research derived from class XI SMA Negeri 1 Padang. Sample of research taken by using Proportional Random Sampling. Research findings of adolescence’s ability in a more mature relationship with peers and level of adolescence’s ability in performing sections of youth social roles according to gender in general terms has been reached.     Hambatan Siswa dalam Mematuhi Peraturan Sekolah

    Conducive conditions of school make support students to develop their potential. In order to create conducive environment, it is required rules and regulations to organize student’s behavior. Base of phenomena, there are plenty of students whose break the rules. This research objective is to describe barriers that students in order to abide school’s rules in study, dress, and time. This research use descriptive method with purposive random sampling technique amount of 50 students. Instrument use questioner student’s barrier in complying school’s rules and regulations with r 0.966. Results of this research reveal that student’s barriers in complying school’s rules and regulations for study, dress, and time are 63.4%, 59.3%, and 56.9% respectively. It is suggested for counselors to guide their students to complying school’s rules and regulations and develop student’s awareness in the importance of school’s rules and regulations
