Electrical transport properties of bulk MgB2 materials synthesized by the electrolysis on fused mixtures of MgCl2, NaCl, KCl and MgB2O4

Electrolysis was carried out on fused mixtures of MgCl2, NaCl, KCl and MgB2O4 under an Ar flow at 600C. Electrical resistivity measurements for the grown deposits show an onset of superconducting transition at 37 K in the absence of applied magnetic field. The resistivity decreases down to zero below 32 K. From an applied-field dependence of resistivity, an upper critical field and a coherence length were calculated to be 9.7 T and 5.9 nm at 0 K, respectively

Purification, identification and phosphorylation of annexin I from rat liver mitochondria.

Annexin was purified from rat liver mitochondria to an apparent homogeneity with a molecular weight of 35 kDa as determined by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The purified mitochondrial annexin (AXmito) was identified as annexin I by an immunoblot analysis using anti-annexin I antibody. The inhibitory effect of AXmito I on porcine pancreatic phospholipase A2 activity was as potent as that of bovine lung annexin I. The presence of annexin I in mitochondria was confirmed by an electron-microscopic study. AXmito I was shown to be phosphorylated by intrinsic protein tyrosine kinases on its tyrosine residues. This annexin was also phosphorylated by protein kinase C.</p

I have associated with adolescents of non attendance at school in various form for a long time. I performed a variety of practice in the clinical psychology, which were the counseling of adolescents of non attendance at school, the counseling of their parent, group approach, free school, home schooling, and visiting psychological support. In addition, I wrote articles about non attendance at school based on such a practice. Then, in this article, I proposed and explained "12 skills of psychological support for adolescents of non attendance at school" through looking back on my practice and articles

Kohut,H. The prevention of non attendance at school is one of the modern educational problems. In this article, I considered about what was required to children and their supporters in the prevention of non attendance at school. At first I explained the primary prevention, the secondary prevention, and the tertiary prevention. Then, I pointed out two points of “pleasure of the school” and “the nutrient of the heart”, which were required to children in the prevention of non attendance at school. If I apply psychoanalitic selfpsychology theory, the nutrient of the heart (selfobject) consists of the confidence (mirroring selfobject), the hope(idealized selfobject), and the friend (alterego selfobject). Finally I proposed a concept called “adjustment” as the way of relationship which were required to their supporters in the prevention of non attendance at school

Energy metabolism during the maturation of reticulocyte in vitro

    1. For the purpose to clarify the mechanism of the revolutional changes in energy metabolism during the reticulocyte maturation the metabolisms of glucose and of the pentose moieties of acid soluble nucleotides have been observed on rabbit reticulocytes incubated in vitro under various conditions. 2. The maturation of reticulocyte proceeds by using the energy produced by aerobic glycolysis and is arrested in the glucose deficient medium, but the pentose moieties of purine nucleotide and nucleoside added exogenously serve as the energy source for reticulocyte maturation even in the absence of glucose. 3. The test on the utility efficiency of glucose and inosine as the energy source for reticulocyte maturation revealed that glucose is used more effectively than the pentose moiety of inosine under aerobic condition, which is advantageous for reticulocyte maturation, and vice versa under anaerobic condition, which is comparable to the metabolism of mature red cell. 4. From these results it has been suggested that the maturation of reticulocyte is the process of degradation of RNA and acid soluble nucleotides supported by the aerobic glycolysis, where the degradation products of RNA and acid soluble purine nucleotides provide the purine derivatives as the material for ATP synthesis (36) and the pentose moieties as energy source. 5. A possible mechanism for the superior utility of glucose to nucleoside pentose during reticulocyte maturation and vice versa in mature red cell has been discussed.</p

In our practice of psychological support, graduate students have visited the home with adolescents of non attendance at school, and they have performed psychological support. Then,12 skills of visiting psychological support for adolescents of non attendance at school are proposed and explained in this article. These are basic technique of visiting psychological support. These are derived from author’s experience as the supervisor for the visitor

The purpose of this paper is to clarify roles and tasks of the visitor in visiting psychological support for children of non-attendance at school. Visitors have a variety of roles. The most important of these roles is the psychological developmental role in which the visitor builds relationships with the children. The author explained eight basic factors of the psychological developmental role of visitors. The author also described three types of issues (worries) that visitors have: worries about the role of the visitor, worries about the psychological aspects of the visitor, and worries about the structure of visiting psychological support. Finally, the author described the experience and growth, training and supervision of the graduate student visitors
