Research Advance on the Relationship between Wee1 and Tumor Genesis and Progression

    Get PDF
In the process of biological genetic information transmission, complete and correct genetic information can make cell mitosis proceed normally. In the development of most tumor cells, G2/M cell cycle checkpoint becomes the key checkpoint in the process of mitosis due to the lack of G1/S cell cycle checkpoint, which mainly depends on the abnormal DNA information blocked by Wee1 protein kinase in G2 phase to enter M phase and prolong the time of G2 phase to complete DNA sequencing So that the normal genetic information can be passed on. Wee1 protein kinase expression is significantly increased in most tumor cells, making it a potential target for tumor therapy

Negative exponential behavior of image mutual information for pseudo-thermal light ghost imaging: Observation, modeling, and verification

When use the image mutual information to assess the quality of reconstructed image in pseudo-thermal light ghost imaging, a negative exponential behavior with respect to the measurement number is observed. Based on information theory and a few simple and verifiable assumptions, semi-quantitative model of image mutual information under varying measurement numbers is established. It is the Gaussian characteristics of the bucket detector output probability distribution that leads to this negative exponential behavior. Designed experiments verify the model.Comment: 13 pages, 6 figure

Binary sampling ghost imaging: add random noise to fight quantization caused image quality decline

When the sampling data of ghost imaging is recorded with less bits, i.e., experiencing quantization, decline of image quality is observed. The less bits used, the worse image one gets. Dithering, which adds suitable random noise to the raw data before quantization, is proved to be capable of compensating image quality decline effectively, even for the extreme binary sampling case. A brief explanation and parameter optimization of dithering are given.Comment: 8 pages, 7 figure

Simplified Printed Log-Periodic Dipole Array Antenna Fed by CBCPW

    Get PDF
A novel simple approach for designing single-layer printed log-periodic dipole array (PLPDA) antenna fed by conductor-backed coplanar waveguide (CBCPW) is presented. The PLPDA antenna has the merits of wide bandwidth, low profile, and stable radiation pattern, which should be fed by the balanced line. The balanced line, created by the geometric features of the CBCPW, provides a balun with a considerably wide bandwidth with low profile, broad bandwidth, low insertion loss, and so forth. The prototype of the proposed CBCPW-fed printed log-periodic array at Ka band is designed and fabricated; the measured data are in good agreement with the simulated results
