    Entrepreneurship is a universal thing that can be done, including MSMEs, MSMEs should receive tips for good entrepreneurship from an early age. Entrepreneurship certainly does not only talk about theoretical matters but also the application of the knowledge of entrepreneurship that has been studied. Some MSMEs currently have entrepreneurial knowledge in their business processes, but this process has not been able to optimally encourage MSMEs to create a business idea that is poured into a business proposal. The purpose of this activity is to equip MSMEs in Nagari Gasan, Padang Pariaman Regency, who have an entrepreneurial spirit so they can understand and apply their business ideas using the right methods. The debriefing is carried out by introducing a business planning method, namely the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The Business Model Canvas as a strategy in management in the form of a visual chart consisting of 9 elements can provide a more comprehensive picture of business planning but is relatively easier to understand and apply. Through the introduction of the Business Model Canvas, it is hoped that MSMEs can translate and apply their business ideas into these 9 elements in a more structured and detailed manner, thus facilitating the process of preparing the right business proposals for MSMEs

    This study aims to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Dividend Policy, and Profitability on Debt Policy in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, the population in this study amounted to 27 people with a sample of 55 respondents. The data was obtained by looking at the financial statements, then processed and tested using SPSS.From the research conducted, it is known that based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the results of hypothesis testing indicate that. Based on a partial hypothesis test (t test) it shows that the managerial ownership variable has no significant effect on DAR. The DPR variable has a positive and significant effect on DAR. And the ROA variable has no significant effect on DAR

    This time the community service is aimed at Bougenvile Vocational School students located on Jl. Patih Aminuddin No. 177 Parit Rantang Mudik nagari Lubuk Basung, Lubuk Basung District. This community service aims to provide education to Bougenvile Vocational High School students about financial literacy and financial inclusion. The method for implementing Community Service activities consists of three stages of activity. The first stage of preparation includes pre-survey, team formation, preparation and submission of proposals, team and partner coordination and preparation of training tools and materials. The second stage is the screening stage, in the form of preparing speakers, ensuring complete supporting facilities and infrastructure, consumption, surprises and others. The third stage is the activity implementation stage. Provide material on motivation, financial literacy and financial inclusion. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the conditions of the partners before and after the implementation of the program using interview and observation methods. By carrying out this activity, SMK Plus Banking students have a deep understanding of financial literacy and inclusion. After that, a report is prepared for further publication in the form of articles in electronic media/national journals
