Tinjauan Sakralitas Kepemimpinan Pendidikan dalam Perspektif Al-qur\u27an

The problem dealt with in this research is quranic educational leadership related with educational leadership principles; sacred, profane and combined one. This research uses quranic verses concerning educational leadership. The method used in collecting data is recollecting, arranging, describing, and mentioning leadership concept. Techniques used to verify data are observation, triangulation technique, colleague verifying technique, and content analysis. Steps for this research are done by collecting, investigating, deciding, and amalgamating Quranic verses to search leadership concept within it. This research is bibliographical research with mawdu\u27iy method and explorative qualitative approach to reconstruct.This research results in several following conclusions: first, sacred leadership has six terms, that is, Al-Malik, Al-Hada, Al-Wala, Al-Rabb, Al-Qahhar and Al-Kabar. These terms have six advantages --responsibility and mercy in the hereafter and this world and flipsides -- in human kind point of view there is less democracy (syura), justice (‘adalah), freedom (hurriyah), equality (musawa), and guaranted availability of absolute perfectness.Secondly, profane leadership has eight terms; Khalifah, Ulil Amri, Mala\u27, Im_mah, Sultan, Naqab, Sadah, and Qawwaman. These terms have disanvantages--responsibility and mercy only in this world and plus point --there is more democracy (syura), justice (‘adalah), freedom (hurriyah), equality (musawa), and there is no guaranted availability of absolute perfectness. Thirdly, educational leadership, which combines sacred and profanity, creates realistic educational leadership. Integration between human\u27s submission to God and his rationality brings him to happiness in this world and the hereafter. Hence, combination of sacred and profane educational leadership produce the leadership of “Khalifah Rububiyah” which is equilibrium between sacred teachings and reality in this world. Thus, the principles; democracy, (syura) justice, (‘adalah) freedom (hurriyah) and equality (musawa) in educational leadership can be achieved optimally based on responsibility and mercy in this world and hereafter and guarantee of this world perfectness

PT DSA is a company engaged in the industry which produces plastic ore used as the main ingredient manufacture of household appliances. Problems faced by PT DSA are: the presentation of information in terms of ore production cost of plastic, in which top management as users can not report quickly and accurately obtain the required data in decision-making. And the problem is formulated: "How Implementation Effectiveness Production Cost Control at PT DSA?" In the discussion of the data analysis section, it can be concluded that the results of research at PT DSA responsibility accounting is used for cost control has not been implemented effectively. It can be seen from the budgeting process and who is responsible for reporting on the implementation of the work that has been accomplished. Manufacturing cost reporting systems can still be used to assess the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of each department for the report did not provide a comparison between the budget and expenses. And PT DSA in preparing budget reports do not separate the cost of production with a controllable costs uncontrollable. As well as the PT DSA, there are departments that have the dual task of making the department that has the double task becomes ineffective. In order for the accounting responsibility on PT DSA can run effectively, it should have a separation of functions of employees to run operations effectively, and preferably in preparing the production budget to separate between production costs can be controlled with uncontrollable. Robusta Coffee (Coffea robusta L.) seed germination response in various plant natural growth regulators with soaking duration

One of causes coffee germination process takes a long period of time, because of the caffeine contained in coffee beans can inhibit the activity of amylase enzyme plays a role in the coffee germination process. Therefore, a study was conducted on the provision of Natural Growth Regulatory Substances (Natural PGR). This research was conducted at the Green House, Faculty of Agriculture, Univeritas Sumatera Utara, Medan from October 2019 to January 2020 using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors : Factor 1 Natural PGR:  A0 (water), A1 (bamboo shoot extract), A2 (shallot extract), and A3 (bamboo shoot extract + shallot extract). Factor 2 soaking duration : L1 (6 hours), L2 (12 hours), and L3 (18 hours). The results showed that the application of natural growth regulators (bamboo shoot extract or shallot extract) significantly increase the germination rate and seed vigor index. Soaking durationof 18 hours significantly increase presentation of germination but not different significantly from soaking for 12 hours, but there was no interaction between the two treatment factors.   Keywords: Germination, Robusta coffee, natural PGR, soaking duratio

Exspectations of quality education is very desirable by all parties. One of the factors that determine which teacher is competent enough to carry out the lesson well. Madrashah Aliyah boarding School distriet Khunuzul Imam Kauman Bondowoso. With goverment support, the commite, along with the teachers who served in it are competent teacher who is able to carry out their duties to the fullest, effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is for describe development of curiculum in Regency of Pelalawan which covering the concept of-concept curriculum of development and Implementation curriculum development. Expected the results of thus research as one of a donation towards curriculum development in Madrasah Aliyah Khunuzul Imam Kauman Bondowoso. This is a source of research data Madrasah head, deputy head of the madrasah curriculum, teachers, documentation and literature related to curriculum development, while the method used is descriptive and qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection using interviews and documentation, while the analysis of the data presented in the form of words instead of numbers refers to the reducation of data or display of data and drawing conslusions. The results of this research is teachers-teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Khunuzul Imam Kauman Bondowoso not yeat all meet the Quanlitative the academic for educational unit level madrasah, is it as completed the bachelor education (S1), Which already in accordance with academic qualifications there are 12 persons (57.13%) which not yeat in accordance with the eyes subjects who nurtured as many as 9 persons (42.86%). All all of the teachers involved in developing the curriculum. Issue in this study focused on the concepts of curriculum development that includes the principles of curriculum development and curriculum development principles. Principles of curriculum development consisting of goal-oriented, relevance, efficient and effective, flexible (flexibility), and continuous (continuity), an integrated, quality, as well as the nation's berdasrkan filosophy, psychological and sosiologis. Then in focus also on implementasi curriculum development consists of the annual program, the semester program, RPP and minimum completeness criteria (KKM)
