The role of catecholamines, melatonin and nitric oxide in the mechanisms of stress damage to the body

    Get PDF
The mechanisms of response and adaptation of the body’s regulatory systems to stress factors is an urgent fundamental task and the goal of this study. The study used four experimental models of stress: acute stress, chronic stress, and their sequence

Study of the selective phenolic inhibitors of arginase 2 acute toxicity

    Get PDF
We have previously shown that the isolated arginase 2 inhibitors have a pronounced endothelioprotective level. A strategy is proposed for the targeted search for isolated arginase 2 inhibitors among compounds of a phenolic nature. Received 3 compounds, isolated arginase inhibitors 2. As a result of the study, the acute toxicity of the compounds obtained was studie

Comparative assessment of the effects of Soderm®- Forte, Cytoflavin® and their combination on microcirculation in the gingival mucosa in rats

    Get PDF
The aim of the study was to identify whether Soderm®-Forte, Cytoflavin® and their combination can improve microcirculation in the gingival mucosa in rat

Pathomorphological analysis of the gum tissues in the application of the combination of Soderm®- Forte gel with Cytoflavin® in experimental periodontitis in rats

    Get PDF
The combination of TDT, Soderm®-Forte and Cytoflavin® in EP has a more pronounced therapeutic effect, manifested by early regression of pathological changes and acceleration of tissue regeneration in the gu

The effect of the composition of Soderm-Forte gel and the new injectable form of Rexod on pathology findings in gingival tissue in experimental periodontitis in rats

    Get PDF
The combination of TDT, Soderm-Forte gel and the NIF of Rexod shows the most beneficial effect on the pathological processes in the gum. The pharmacotherapeutic effect of the studied combination promotes the earliest regeneration of damaged gum tissues and reduces the risk of persistent pathology changes in the

The influence of the vagus nerve and indole derivative SS-68 on excitation processes in the SA node

    Get PDF
The aim of the study was to identify the components of the takeover process of central rhythmogenesis by the SA node in the conditions of atrial fibrillation when stimulating the vagus nerve and using substance SS-6

Molecular mechanisms of wound healing: the role of zinc as an essential microelement

    Get PDF
Wound healing is a complex multi-phase process consisting of several phases. Each stage involves metal ions, primarily zinc, which stimulates re-epithelialization, decreases inflammation and bacterial growth. The use of known zinc-based drugs is accompanied by side effects and low efficacy due to low skin absorption. These factors significantly limit use of such drugs and highlight the urgency of finding new, more effective and safe treatmen

The effectiveness of Soderm® - forte gel and a new injectable dosage form of Rexod® in the complex treatment of experimental periodontitis in rats

    Get PDF
Insufficient effectiveness of traditional drug therapy in a treatment of patients with chronic generalized periodontitis, as well as high social significance of this problem, determines the need to search for new drugs and their compositions aimed at solving i

Anti-inflammatory and analgesic propertiesof SS-68 indole derivative

The experiments with rats show that when administered intravenously (5 mg/kg) and intragastrically (5, 10, 15 and 20 mg/kg), SS-68 compound exerts an antiinflammatory effect (AIE) on models of acute inflammation, caused by carrageenin and serotonin, and exerts no AIE in case of edema induced by complete Freund‘s adjuvant (CFA) and histamine, except for intragastric administration at a dose of 20 mg/kg. By its antiphlogogenic effect in case of carrageenin and serotonin edemas, SS-68 is comparable to diclofenac (5, 10 and 15 mg/kg intragastrically) and indomethacin (10 mg kg intragastriccally), and exceeds piroxicam (20 mg/kg intragastrically). By reference to its therapeutic index (TI), in the first case SS-68 exceeds diclofenac, indomethacin and piroxicam 2.2, 15.6 and 5.6 times, and in the second case it exceeds them 1.8, 12.8 and 4.4 times, respectivel
