Strings And Colorings Of Topological Coding Towards Asymmetric Topology Cryptography

We, for anti-quantum computing, will discuss various number-based strings, such as number-based super-strings, parameterized strings, set-based strings, graph-based strings, integer-partitioned and integer-decomposed strings, Hanzi-based strings, as well as algebraic operations based on number-based strings. Moreover, we introduce number-based string-colorings, magic-constraint colorings, and vector-colorings and set-colorings related with strings. For the technique of encrypting the entire network at once, we propose graphic lattices related with number-based strings, Hanzi-graphic lattices, string groups, all-tree-graphic lattices. We study some topics of asymmetric topology cryptography, such as topological signatures, Key-pair graphs, Key-pair strings, one-encryption one-time and self-certification algorithms. Part of topological techniques and algorithms introduced here are closely related with NP-complete problems or NP-hard problems.Comment: Asymmetric topology encryption is a new topic of topological coding towards the certificateless public key cryptograph

Prognostic utility of preoperative inflammatory markers in patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma after hepatic resection: A systematic review and meta‐analysis

Abstract Background The prognostic value of preoperative systemic inflammatory markers, including the neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and lymphocyte‐to‐monocyte ratio (LMR), remains controversial in patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). Therefore, this meta‐analysis aimed to investigate the prognostic value of preoperative NLR, PLR, and LMR in patients with ICC who underwent hepatic resection. Methods We conducted a comprehensive search of four electronic databases. Two researchers assessed the quality of the available data using the Newcastle–Ottawa Scale. We selected overall survival (OS) as the primary outcome and recurrence‐free survival (RFS) and disease‐free survival (DFS) as secondary outcomes. Hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were merged to evaluate the associations between inflammatory markers and ICC patient prognosis. Results Fifteen studies (18 cohorts) with 4123 cases were included in this meta‐analysis. The results revealed that a high preoperative NLR was associated with short OS and RFS (HR = 1.04, 95% CI: 1.01–1.07, and HR = 1.29, 95% CI: 1.04–1.60, respectively) in patients with ICC. However, the association between PLR or LMR and ICC prognosis was not statistically significant. In addition, the publication bias and sensitivity analyses demonstrated that the results were reliable and stable. Conclusion Our meta‐analysis revealed that preoperative NLR may be a useful prognostic predictor for patients with ICC

Large-Scale, Bandwidth-Adjustable, Visible Absorbers by Evaporation and Annealing Process

Abstract Optical absorbers have received a significant amount of attention due to their wide range of applications in biomedical sensing, solar cell, photon detection, and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. However, most of the optical absorbers are fabricated with high-cost sophisticated nanofabrication techniques, which limit their practical applications. Here, we introduce a cost-effective method to fabricate an optical absorber by using a simple evaporation technique. The absorbers are composed of evaporated nanoparticles above a silver (Ag) mirror separated by a silicon oxide layer. Experimental results show over 77% absorption in the wavelength range from 470 to 1000 nm for the absorber with isolated Ag nanoparticles on the top. The performance of the absorber is adjustable with the morphology and composition of the top-layer nanoparticles. When the top layer was hybrid silver-copper (Ag-Cu) nanoparticles (NPs), the absorption exceeding 90% of the range of 495–562 nm (bandwidth of 67 nm) was obtained. In addition, the bandwidth for over 90% absorption of the Ag-Cu NP absorber was broadened to about 500 nm (506–1000 nm) when it annealed at certain temperatures. Our work provides a simple way to make a highly efficient absorber of a large area for the visible light, and to transit absorption from a narrow band to broadband only by temperature treatment

Objective To study the role of osteopontin (OPN) during hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HI/RI) in rats. Methods The rats were divided into sham operation group (sham) and ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) 6, 12 and 24 h groups, with 6 rats in each group. HE staining was used to observe the morphological changes of liver tissue. The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in plasma, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver tissue were measured by colorimetric method. The expression of OPN mRNA in liver tissue was determined by RT-qPCR. The content of OPN in liver tissue was determined by ELISA. Results Compared with the sham group, HE staining showed obvious degeneration and necrosis of hepatocytes after I/R, which was most obvious in the I/R 24 h group. The plasma levels of AST and ALT increased, most significantly at I/R 12h(PPPPConclusions OPN is involved in the pathogenesis of HI/RI in rats and is a potential indicator applied in the evaluation of liver injury

HDAC6 Regulates the Chaperone-Mediated Autophagy to Prevent Oxidative Damage in Injured Neurons after Experimental Spinal Cord Injury

Hypoxia-ischemia- (HI-) induced oxidative stress plays a role in secondary pathocellular processes of acute spinal cord injury (SCI) due to HI from many kinds of mechanical trauma. Increasing evidence suggests that the histone deacetylase-6 (HDAC6) plays an important role in cell homeostasis in both physiological and abnormal, stressful, pathological conditions. This paper found that inhibition of HDAC6 accelerated reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and cell apoptosis in response to the HI. Deficiency of HDAC6 hindered the chaperone-mediated autophagy (CMA) activity to resistance of HI-induced oxidative stress. Furthermore, this study provided the experimental evidence for the potential role of HDAC6 in the regulation of CMA by affecting HSP90 acetylation. Therefore, HDAC6 plays an important role in the function of CMA pathway under the HI stress induced by SCI and it may be a potential therapeutic target in acute SCI model
