    Thoughts on the Construction of Beautiful Villages with Poverty Alleviation in the Perspective

    Accurate poverty alleviation has become an important task in implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Since the 19th CPC National Congress, Chinese government institutions have been striving to take measures to lift poor rural areas out of poverty. This essay takes Tailai district as the blueprint to start the research on precision poverty alleviation, explores and discusses the construction of beautiful villages, proposes strategies for sustainable development, makes people change concepts to coordinate the relationship between interests and concepts. It also points out the target that using the industry as a guide, using technology to alleviate poverty and make the village vibrant. Therefore, the endogenous power will be derived from the roots, and the agriculture, farmer and rural area will be fed back, in order to provide a reference for the Construction of Beautiful Villages in Heilongjiang

    Emotional brain network decoded by biological spiking neural network

    IntroductionEmotional disorders are essential manifestations of many neurological and psychiatric diseases. Nowadays, researchers try to explore bi-directional brain-computer interface techniques to help the patients. However, the related functional brain areas and biological markers are still unclear, and the dynamic connection mechanism is also unknown.MethodsTo find effective regions related to different emotion recognition and intervention, our research focuses on finding emotional EEG brain networks using spiking neural network algorithm with binary coding. We collected EEG data while human participants watched emotional videos (fear, sadness, happiness, and neutrality), and analyzed the dynamic connections between the electrodes and the biological rhythms of different emotions.ResultsThe analysis has shown that the local high-activation brain network of fear and sadness is mainly in the parietal lobe area. The local high-level brain network of happiness is in the prefrontal-temporal lobe-central area. Furthermore, the α frequency band could effectively represent negative emotions, while the α frequency band could be used as a biological marker of happiness. The decoding accuracy of the three emotions reached 86.36%, 95.18%, and 89.09%, respectively, fully reflecting the excellent emotional decoding performance of the spiking neural network with self- backpropagation.DiscussionThe introduction of the self-backpropagation mechanism effectively improves the performance of the spiking neural network model. Different emotions exhibit distinct EEG networks and neuro-oscillatory-based biological markers. These emotional brain networks and biological markers may provide important hints for brain-computer interface technique exploration to help related brain disease recovery

    Association of tea and its extracts with colorectal adenomas: meta-analysis and systematic review

    BackgroundThere are many studies on the association of tea and its extracts with colorectal adenomas, but the results have varied. The study aims to investigate the effect of tea and its extracts on colorectal adenomas using meta analysis and systematic review.MethodsLiterature was obtained through PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase and Chinese BioMedical Literature Service System since the establishment of the database until April 31, 2023. Search terms include adenomas, polyps, colorectal, rectal, rectum, tea, epigallocatechin, drinking and beverages. Meta-regression analysis was used to infer the source of heterogeneity. Heterogeneity was assessed using I2 statistics and Q test. The effect measures were odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95% CI). Stata17.0 software was used for data processing.ResultsThe findings indicated that study design (t = 0.78, P = 0.454), types of tea intake (t = 1.35, P = 0.205), occurrences (t = -0.19, P = 0.852), regions (t = 1.13, P = 0.281) and grades of adenomas (t = 0.06, P = 0.952) were statistical homogeneity. Tea and its extracts were negatively correlated with the risk of colorectal adenomas (OR = 0.81, 95% CI: 0.66–0.98). No publication bias was found in this study (t = -0.22, P = 0.828) and the results are robust.ConclusionThis study suggests that tea and its extracts have a certain protective effect on colorectal adenomas, which provides scientific evidence for preventive strategies for colorectal adenomas. As for the causal relationship between tea and its extracts on colorectal adenomas, further prospective studies are needed

    Warming Increases Nitrous Oxide Emission from the Littoral Zone of Lake Poyang, China

    Littoral wetlands are globally important for sustainable development; however, they have recently been identified as critical hotspots of nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions. N2O flux from subtropical littoral wetlands remains unclear, especially under the current global warming environment. In the littoral zone of Lake Poyang, a simulated warming experiment was conducted to investigate N2O flux. Open-top chambers were used to raise temperature, and the static chamber-gas chromatograph method was used to measure N2O flux. Results showed that the littoral zone of Lake Poyang was an N2O source, with an average flux rate of 8.9 μg N2O m−2 h−1. Warming significantly increased N2O emission (13.8 μg N2O m−2 h−1 under warming treatment) by 54% compared to the control treatment. N2O flux in the spring growing season was also significantly higher than that of the autumn growing season. In addition, temperature was not significantly related to N2O flux, while soil moisture only explained about 7% of N2O variation. These results imply that N2O emission experiences positive feedback effect on the ongoing warming of the climate, and abiotic factors (e.g., soil temperature and soil moisture) were not main controls on N2O variation in this littoral wetland

    Remote Excitation Polarization-Dependent Surface Photochemical Reaction by Plasmonic Waveguide

    For the first time, we report remote excitation polarization-dependent surface photochemical reaction by plasmonic waveguide. Remote excitation polarization-dependent surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra indicate a surface photochemical reaction that p-aminothiophenol is converted to p,p'-dimercaptoazobenzene (DMAB) induced by the plasmonic waveguide. Surface plasmon polaritons generated at the end of a silver nanowire can propagate efficiently along the nanowire, and be coupled by nanoparticles near the nanowire as a nanoantenna. Massive electromagnetic enhancement is generated in the nanogap between the nanowire and the nanoparticles. The remote excitation polarization-dependent SERS spectra can be obtained experimentally in the nanogaps; furthermore, the remote excitation polarization-dependent SERS spectra of DMAB reveal the occurrence of this surface catalytic reaction. Theoretical simulations using finite-difference time-domain methods strongly support our experimental results

    An Incentive Factor-Based Dynamic Comprehensive Evaluation on a High-Speed Railway Track

    Peak management and mean management are common ways to manage the quality of high-speed railway tracks at present. The most popular method for evaluating such tracks is the track quality index (TQI) method, which can reflect the overall state of the equipment to a certain extent. However, this method is likely to ignore some potential risks that threaten the operation of a high-speed train. For more effective risk identification, an incentive factor-based dynamic comprehensive evaluation (DCE) method was introduced to assess the geometric parameters of a high-speed railway track. Moreover, the weights of geometric parameters were computed by a combination of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy based on the correlation coefficient. The proposed method can highlight the sensitivity index of the geometric parameters, which is an advantage over the TQI method. A case study of a high-speed railway track was performed using the two methods, and the results were verified with the original data. It was found that the TQI method identified only one obvious risk while the proposed method identified one obvious risk and two potential risks. This suggests that the proposed method is more accurate in identifying the risky sections than the TQI method

    The repair and reconstruction of tracheal defects is a challenging clinical problem. Due to the wide choice of materials and structures, weaving technology has shown unique advantages in simulating the multilayer structure of the trachea and providing reliable performance. Currently, most woven stent-based stents focus only on the effect of materials on stent performance while ignoring the direct effect of woven process parameters on stent performance, and the advantages of weaving technology in tissue regeneration have not been fully exploited. Therefore, this review will introduce the effects of stent materials and fabric construction on the performance of tracheal stents, focusing on the effects of weaving process parameters on stent performance. We will summarize the problems faced by woven stents and possible directions of development in the hope of broadening the technical field of artificial trachea preparation
