Like a valuable means to offer computing services to clients when needed, cloud setting is becoming more appealing. In the view reason for providers of cloud, profit is easily the most major problem that is mostly determined by way of cloud platform arrangement in specified market demand. Ideas study concerning the multi-server configuration and services information contributor so that its profit is used. A dual leasing product is forecasted for providers which combine lengthy-term leasing by way of short-term leasing, which assures quality-of-service needs in modifying system workload, but furthermore decrease resource waste. The forecasted resource leasing product is considered first of all where short-term leasing in addition to lengthy-term leasing are incorporated striving at existing issues. By way of our suggested resource leasing design, temporary servers are leased for the whole demands whose duration of waiting are equal to limit, that may assurance the entire demands are offered by high service quality hence our bodies is advanced to established resource leasing plan regarding service excellence

Wildlife Collisions to Aircraft in India

Wildlife strikes (mainly birds, but also includes bats and other mammals on the ground) with aircraft isa serious economic and safety concern in the aviation industry. The solution to the problem can be evolved byidentifying the species involved in the incidents/ accidents. In the Indian context, such an attempt was started in1980. In the recent past, the Indian Air Force adopted the DNA Bar-coding technology to identify the species involved. The extent of the problems faced by the country and involvement of different species in various time blocks has been compared with the objective of analyzing changes over different periods to gauge the changes and assess the future requirements. The data indicates that over the years, the number of strikes has increased manifold in the civil aviation sector. The number of species involved in strikes has almost doubled. The serious strikes due to Vultures have nearly disappeared and their place has been mainly taken over by Black Kites. In the recent past, Black Kites are the cause of the highest damages and also have the highest probability of causing damages (61.17%) when struck. Adoption of DNA Barcoding technology has helped to identify the species in incidents where minimal bird remnants were found. Although the number of accidents has decreased, the economical losses continue to rise due to the high cost of modern aircraft

Cyber security is the process of preventing unauthorized access, theft, damage, and interruption to computers, servers, networks, and data. It entails putting policies into place to guarantee the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of information and information systems. Cyber security seeks to protect against a variety of dangers, including as hacking, data breaches, malware infections, and other nefarious actions.  Cyber security has grown to be a major worry as a result of the quick development of digital technology and the growing interconnection of our contemporary society. In order to gain insight into the constantly changing world of digital threats and the countermeasures put in place to address them, this survey seeks to study current trends and issues in the area of cyber security. The study includes responses from end users, business executives, IT administrators, and experts across a wide variety of businesses and sectors. The survey gives insight on important problems such the sorts of cyber threats encountered, the efficacy of current security solutions, future technology influencing cyber security, and the human elements leading to vulnerabilities via a thorough analysis of the replies. The most important conclusions include an evaluation of the most common cyber dangers, such as malware, phishing scams, ransom ware, and data breaches, as well as an investigation of the methods and tools used to counter these threats. The survey explores the significance of staff education and awareness in bolstering cyber security defenses and pinpoints opportunities for development in this area. The survey also sheds insight on how cutting-edge technologies like cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are affecting cyber security practices. It analyses the advantages and disadvantages of using these technologies while taking into account issues like data privacy, infrastructure security, and the need for specialized skills. The survey also looks at the compliance environment, assessing how industry norms and regulatory frameworks affect cyber security procedures. The survey studies the obstacles organizations encounter in attaining compliance and assesses the degree of knowledge and commitment to these requirements. The results of this cyber security survey help to better understand the current status of cyber security and provide organizations and individual’s useful information for creating effective policies to protect digital assets. This study seeks to promote a proactive approach to cyber security, allowing stakeholders to stay ahead of threats and build a safe digital environment by identifying relevant trends and concerns

Comparative Effect of Modified Constraint Induced Movement Therapy, Proprioceptive Training and Task-Oriented Training on Functions of Upper Extremity among Stroke Patients

Background: Stroke causes a variety of impairments that compromise the quality of life. Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) is a technique used in rehabilitation medicine to treat individuals with decreased upper extremity functions. The study compares the effectiveness of modified constraint-induced movement therapy (mCIMT), proprioceptive training, and task-oriented training on upper extremity functions among stroke patients. Methods: This study was an experimental study of pre and post-type. The study was carried out in ACS Medical College and Hospital, Chennai. Sixty male and female samples from the stroke population were selected and allocated to three groups by random sampling method. Group A, B & C were allocated with twenty samples in each group. The study duration was six months with an intervention duration of 30 minutes per day/alternate days of a week for four weeks. The FMA-UE and Motor Activity Log assessed upper extremity function and pain as the main outcome measures. Dependent t-tests were used to find out the effects within the group. ANOVA was used to compare the effectiveness between the groups. Results: Comparative study between Groups A, Group B, Group C showed a significant difference in the effectiveness of Motor Function, Sensory Function, ROM, Joint Pain, Muscle use, and Quality of Movement with a P value of 0.0001 on functions of upper extremity among stroke patients. Conclusion: The study concluded that modified constraint-induced movement therapy got more improvement than proprioceptive and task-oriented training on upper extremity functions among stroke patients

Enhancement of Power Quality in Domestic Loads Using Harmonic Filters

This study deals with the mitigation of current harmonics, which is primarily important to alleviate power quality problems in modern times. Current harmonics produced by different widely used loads have been evaluated and related parameters have been tabled. Using the data obtained, a non-linear load was modelled to serve as the test load. Different mitigation solutions and techniques were studied to select an appropriate filter design for domestic single-phase application. The Active Power Filter (APF)'s steady-state and dynamic output was evaluated with reference current extraction techniques like PQ and SRF theories in Simulink. For a fair comparison, various parameters related to the filter design were kept identical between the tests conducted; and to test the dynamic performance, a highly inductive load was connected halfway through simulation. The reactive power compensation offered by the filter was studied by using various waveforms and parameters are investigated and tabulated. The study was carried out to identify a reference current extraction technique that yields the best performance and understand the implementation of the same to identify inherent issues that can sometimes be overlooked because of their simplicity and ease of implementation. The performance of two commonly used reference current extraction techniques were analyzed by subjecting it to highly non-linear and highly inductive loads that were modelled based on various loads that were analyzed
