国会会議録における言語表現の出現頻度に関する時間的変化モデルの検証

National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics会議名: 言語資源活用ワークショップ2019, 開催地: 国立国語研究所, 会期: 2019年9月2日−4日, 主催: 国立国語研究所 コーパス開発センター筆者は、言語表現の出現頻度に関する時間的変化モデルの構築を目的として、国会会議録（衆議院・予算委員会、衆議院・本会議、1947-2012）を対象に、出現頻度の時間的変化が多い言語表現を抽出し、その特徴を分析してきた。その結果、「会議特有の表現の減少」や「改まった場を想定しない表現の増加」の傾向があることが明らかになった。この結果に基づき、聴衆としての国民が受け入れやすい表現に変化するという、メカニズムを持つモデルを作成した。本稿では、モデルの精緻化を行うため、発言者の肩書、発言の種類（例：質問、回答、趣旨説明）などをパラメータとして、五つの仮説を立て、実際のデータで仮説を検証した。検証の結果は、いずれの仮説に対しても矛盾するものではなかった

Fabrication of a Polyimide Film Pneumatic Actuator by Molding and Welding Processes

The bellows pneumatic actuator, which is made by folding a non-stretch film, has been proposed for various applications because it is easy to fabricate and is extremely thin and light. However, it has subpar durability performance, especially in the folded part of the film. In this study, we propose an actuator with a pod structure that possesses high design flexibility and is free from folding. A method of molding a pod structure on a polyimide film was established and a pneumatic actuator was successfully fabricated by using PI films. Two types of PI film pneumatic actuators with the same curvature, bellows type, and pod type were fabricated. Both were confirmed to have equivalent output characteristics. The bending angle and generated torque of the pod-structure actuator were 34 degrees and 3.3 mNm, respectively. In addition, the pod structure has approximately twice the durability of the bellows structure. By using the fabrication method proposed in this paper, it is possible to realize an air chamber (i.e., an actuator) that has both high durability and bending motion

『日本語日常会話コーパス』活用環境の構築

National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics会議名: 言語資源活用ワークショップ2018, 開催地: 国立国語研究所, 会期: 2018年9月4日-5日, 主催: 国立国語研究所 コーパス開発センター本発表では，『日本語日常会話コーパス』を活用するための環境構築について述べる。『日本語日常会話コーパス』は動画・音声，転記テキストを含み，転記テキストには形態素解析結果などの言語学的な情報がアノテーションされている。本発表で提案する活用環境は，全文検索システム『ひまわり』と観察支援システムFishWatchrを統合することにより実現した。本環境を用いることにより，次のことが可能になる。(1)『ひまわり』で転記テキストを全文・単語検索し，当該位置の映像をFishWatchrで閲覧すること，(2)FishWatchr上で動画再生位置に簡易なアノテーション（二つのユーザ定義ラベル，自由テキストを記述可能）を付与すること，(3)FishWatchr上で転記テキストを表形式で表示し，選択した転記テキスト位置の動画を再生すること。また，動画の再生と同期させて転記テキストをスクロール表示すること

全文検索システム『ひまわり』における言語分析支援機能の拡張

会議名: 言語資源活用ワークショップ2016, 開催地: 国立国語研究所, 会期: 2017年3月7日-8日, 主催: 国立国語研究所 コーパス開発センター本稿では，筆者が開発している全文検索システム『ひまわり』の言語分析支援機能の拡張について述べる。元来，『ひまわり』は言語資料の検索と閲覧を目的に設計されたコンコーダンサであり，検索結果を分析するための機能を十分に備えていなかった。しかし，検索対象の資料の規模が大きくなると，大量の検索結果を単に表示するのではなく，集約して分析する必要性が生じる。また，検索結果の統計的な分析には，資料に含まれる文字数といった，基本的な情報を計測できなければならない。そこで，(1) 検索結果の集約機能，(2) 統計的分析のための基礎データの収集機能を『ひまわり』に実装した。拡張された機能を用いることにより，例えば『名大会話コーパス』の各会話中の発話数，文字数，単語数，特定の単語の出現数といった情報を収集できるようになる

国会会議録における言語表現の時間的変化の予備的分析

会議名: 言語資源活用ワークショップ2017, 開催地: 国立国語研究所, 会期: 2017年9月5日-6日, 主催: 国立国語研究所 コーパス開発センター本発表では，国会会議録(衆議院，本会議・予算委員会，1947-2012)を対象に言語表現の時間的変化の予備的な分析を行う。本研究の最終的な目標は，時間的変化のモデルを構築することである。今回はモデルの構築に先立ち，第１回(1947)〜48回(1965)，および，第145回(1999)〜182回(2012)の2区間における文字5gramの比較に基づいて，変化の傾向を分析した。また，出現頻度の増加，低下が大きい表現，変化のない表現については，会議別の差異，年ごとの変化，発言者の分布，発言者の役職などの分布についても，あわせて検討し，全体的な傾向を把握すると共に，会議録の整文などの特殊な変化要因の影響についても議論する。さらに，以上の分析に対して，時間的変化に関する既存モデルに基づいた考察を行う

〈共同研究プロジェクト紹介〉萌芽・発掘型 : 文脈情報に基づく複合的言語要素の合成的意味記述に関する研究 複合動詞用例データベースの構築と活用

国立国語研究所言語資源研究系本プロジェクトでは,複合的な言語要素の意味記述の一環として,日本語の複合動詞を対象に,複合動詞と構成動詞間の関係記述を行った。本稿では,客観的な関係記述を行うための基礎資料である,複合動詞用例データベースの構築方法を示した。構築の結果は,複合動詞3371語(用例数の中央値1173文),構成動詞963語(用例数の中央値5943文)となった。これは岩波国語辞典(第五版)の77.2%の複合動詞をカバーする。構築したデータベースの活用例として,Web上に一般公開した検索システムの機能を紹介した。さらに,共通して取りうる格要素の割合に基づき,「～込む」と前項動詞との関係分類を試み,4種類の関係を明らかにした。Our project investigated the relationship between Japanese compound verbs and their components as part of an effort to describe compound linguistic elements. In this paper, we present a method of constructing a database of Japanese compound verb examples, which provides basic data for objective description. The constructed database includes 3,371 compound verbs (median number of examples = 1,173) and 963 component verbs (median number of examples = 5,943). The database covers 77.2% of the compound verbs included in the dictionary Iwanami Kokugo Jiten (5th edition). As an application of the database, we introduce a Web-based search system and show how the relationship between a compound verb ending in -komu and its first component verb can be classified into one of four types by using the overlap rate of the case-marked elements that both verbs can take
